My girl said it tasted more like goat or deer than veal (could have been free roaming grass fed). But she did enjoy it. "It's very very good. Maybe the item title is translated wrong". My Sole was cooked pretty good. A little mushy and I picked up quite a few bones in the first few bites. I did however enjoy it. The veggies were a dry and overlook. No ifs ands or buts about that. The roasted potatoes were also a little over cooked and mushy. I would come again to try other menu items. I do have concerns about the drinks policy. Now of course I am as they say a simple stupid American, but when asking for water with ice, one would expect more than 1 cube per glass. So as far as the drinks, this place gets a flat 1 star. The staff is very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The restaurant is in the perfect location from the Fletcher hotel, but I would make the trip regardless of my stay just for the food and inviting environment. The menu offers plenty to choose from, and everything is absolutely delectable. The beers are cold and the wines always pleasant. As the surrounding area develops, I eagerly anticipate them remaining open on the weekends. For now, I enjoy them regularly during the week and Friday nights. We both ordered burgers. I added Gorgonzola to my burger, which was strong and stinky. My motto is: the stinkier the cheese the better, so this suited me nicely. The bread was a little hard for my liking, but the flavor was top notch. This place has a ton of ambiance, as it's set inside shipping containers.
