Kim, who is the one who owner of the shop, was so helpful in assisting me with my order. She asked me what I wanted the bouquet of flowers to look like, so I gave her a picture of the color theme of the wedding and she customized them specifically upon my request. I had placed the order a week in advance and picked them up on the day heading up to Las Vegas. I drove all the way to Las Vegas for the wedding and the bouquet still managed to keep its color and integrity. I paid $100 for a bouquet of pink and white flowers which also came with the groom's corsage. She also threw in a bag of red rose petals as well without free of charge. The customer service is what I really appreciate and because of that, she has a lifetime returning customer. THANK YOU KIM!

Instead, I was told to just pick something random from the fridge because they didn't want to help me. The selection didn't look fresh, and it wasn't the style I was looking for for such a special occasion. What made this even more disappointing was that the store wasn't even busy, so it felt like they simply didn't want my business. Customer service clearly was not a priority today. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be returning.

We did our order over the phone and text. She took our card for payment and arranged delivery in time for mortuary viewing. Since she was able to combine delivery fee, we decided to choose their shop for 3 orders to deliver. We were very happy with the results. The floral arrangements were delivered on time as arranged; they smelled fresh and looked so full and beautiful. We were happy with the flower banners too. We thought they did a great job. There was another order that was delivered and that vendor had charged more and it was half the size as our orders. We were surprised the cross was bigger than expected. Compared to other florists we checked out, they had great quality, fresh flowers, and absolutely best bang for your buck - overall great value for what we paid. We will definitely use their company again and refer others to them. Definitely recommend.

The ordering process was easy, however, I never received any confirmation or receipt even though it was promised. The flowers were supposed to be set up before the funeral service around 8:00 am. They did not arrive until 10:30 am during funeral mass. My flowers were missing the ribbon, instead they added a small bouquet card that they hand wrote inside the church. Even worse, the stand they brought with them snapped 2 minutes after they set the flowers up. Grieving family members had to get up during mass and clean up the mess.
