I wish I could give this business a zero. The owner is an absolute delusional, aggressive person. We went in to look at the options for a corsage, which I will provide photos of she gave us a price of $35. Saturday morning we request that she make the corsage to be picked up Saturday afternoon. She accepted the order, remembering who we were and made no mention of the fact that the corsage she was going to sell to us was far less and didn't look anything like the photo she provided. When we showed up the corsage was half or even less what the the picture she provided as a sample, but she still made us pay the same amount. The only reason I paid it is because we were down to the wire cause my son had prom later that evening. She should've told me when I called to place the order that there wasn't enough time for her to provide the corsage that she initially showed us as a sample. She said she didn't have time to make the corsage she was selling to it look like the one in the picture because the ribbons were missing and some other details were missing,, she said she didn't have time to add those details which wouldn't have taken much time additionally, when we walked in, she was leaning back in a chair, doing something on her phone not busy working on flowers. She is just someone I would never trust. Mu husband ordered 100 flowers from her for a breast, cancer awareness event and then I went there for this corsage. I can't believe that she would really jeopardize a lucrative relationship like this. Are you even told her you're ruining a relationship that has given you a good amount of business and could in the future She even refused my money. She enticed me to spend cash to save on taxes, but I imagine the bottom line is she doesn't want to record the sales for the government. So when I try to pay her, she even refused the $10 bill because it had tape on it. I told her that's all I have and she ripped the corsage out of my hands and walked over to put it in the refrigerator. Thankfully, my son who is going to prom that evening was with me and said mom don't worry I have another $10 bill. She is an awful awful person to deal with. She's a total rip off. And practices bait and switch with her customers for her own benefit. read more

The owner is very very sweet and helpful, and made sure to ask me how much I m willing to spend and help me with flower decisions for my coworker, and then came back a couple days ago to get another one for my boyfriend and had the same great customer service and help. Very affordable! I got a nice bouquet of sunflowers and red roses for $20. They didn't give me any flower food though, but maybe I needed to ask for it. They are open from 8am-7pm every day. Also, their sign is very difficult to read! Not a great choice in logo design :P read more

I come here every week to get my girlfriend flowers! They always have a great selection of sunflowers which is her favorite flower. I usually grab a bouquet and a sunflower and the owner will combine the two for me. You have to ask the owner for plant food otherwise the flowers die pretty quickly. read more

The flower shop itself is ok, but the customer service is horrible. I paid for a guaranteed delivery after 11am to a business and the driver called and said it had to be done at 9am because he was doing them at that moment. The delivery was 1 mile away from their shop. The business wasn't even open yet. He could care less about the customer service and quickly just said to take a refund. The delivery fee was $20 for just 1 mile and couldn't even stick to the delivery time is ridiculous. Sending someone flowers is expensive and special, I would never use this place again as they don't care about their customers, they care about their own convenience. read more
