The flowers were okay but this was by far the worst service I have witnessed. There was a funeral in my family and I ordered a white cross with red roses week and a half in advance. The ordering process was easy, however, I never received any confirmation or receipt even though it was promised. The flowers were supposed to be set up before the funeral service around 8:00 am. They did not arrive until 10:30 am during funeral mass. My flowers were missing the ribbon, instead they added a small bouquet card that they hand wrote inside the church. Even worse, the stand they brought with them snapped 2 minutes after they set the flowers up. Grieving family members had to get up during mass and clean up the mess. read more

We had my grandfather's funeral service on April 24, and unfortunately our experience with the florist added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day. The florals were scheduled to be delivered at 8:00 AM. We entered the church for the viewing and service at 9:30 AM, and there were still no florals set up. We had to call to ask where they were, and were told there was a delay due to a tire issue. While delays can happen, what was frustrating was the complete lack of communication. No one reached out to inform us, knowing the viewing and service were starting at 9:30 AM. They didn't arrive until 10:25 AM, well after the service had already begun and while the casket was open. The setup happened in the middle of the service, which was disruptive and upsetting for our family. Additionally, the team arrived in colorful workout attire, which felt inappropriate for a funeral setting. The stands they brought were flimsy and unable to properly support the arrangements, making the setup look unstable and poorly prepared. Guests had to support. Overall, the professionalism and communication were not there when it mattered most. During a time like this, reliability and respect are essential. I would not recommend using this service for a funeral. read more

I regret tipping the 20 because even though I called the day before to confirm the time slot between 8-10 am, they were still over an hour late. I called and was told that the girl who did deliveries was out already and he would call me back to let me know eta (he never did). We had other things to do this morning as it is a Friday, and to wait around for flowers was ridiculous. They finally arrived and the card looked like it was written in the car, no type of professionalism at all. The flowers were pretty, I was happy they weren't terrible, but I could've paid less and got the same quality at the supermarket around the corner. The flowers began dying 4 days later (I mean that's pretty typical, flowers don't last very long). The value was not worth the price of 110 dollars. I would never order here again. read more

I reached out to multiple florists in Westminster, hoping to find a local florist near Peek Funeral Home, where we would be having my sister-in-law's memorial service. Boulevard Florist was the ONLY one to contact me back about my inquiry. I called Carlos back and he was very friendly. He placed me on hold for a while and then the call got disconnected. When I called back, he apologized and said the flower shop was busy and that he "got distracted." I quickly sent him a picture of what I was hoping to order and told me that he would be able to do it. He quoted me a price and I decided to place the order. He said he would text me a receipt. 2 days before the event, I sent Carlos a text asking for an update on the order. He didn't reply. I texted him again the following day and got no reply. So I called him and he answered and said everything was good for delivery. While I was frustrated about the lack of communication and no follow through on receipt, the heart wreath arrangement was beautiful! Many people complimented how nice it was and it really pulled our Hawaiian themed memorial service together nicely. I do wish the shape was more distinct, but they did use a lot more flowers than in the inspiration pic, which made it a little less noticeable. It was still a beautifully made arrangement. Had there been a little better communication, I would've easily given Boulevard Florist 5 stars. read more

Don't ever bring business here again! I've been here a couple of times to order flowers for occasions; it was done right, and the price was reasonable. Today I came to pick up a bouquet for my wedding ceremony. It was ordered 3 days ago, and I made sure it was paid for. The order is for 9am in the morning. When we arrived the shop was not even open, I called the business phone numbers several times then a man called me back with a very rude voice asking what I wanted!
