I had to find a place for flowers and I'm all for supporting small businesses, only until it comes to this flower establishment. They have great customer service but when it comes to their inventory, everyone has different prices when it comes to certain items. They were asking me how much I was told for it as if they didn't know from the beginning. And then I requested balloons that were $8 even after asking me how much I told for them? $8 for a balloon? And then I paid cash and if I wasn't paying attention, she was trying to scam me and saying my change was correct after inputting a different price in her phone calculator from the original price. read more

Our daughter recently graduated from UCI. We were coming from the SF bay area to attend the commencements. I wanted to order her some leis. We were going to be at an Airbnb in Santa Ana. As I looked online and called around to different florists, some offered leis, some did not. Those that did offer, charged $55 to $65 for a single layered lei and and for double layered it ran $80 to $95. Plus they were at least a half hour away from the airbnb. Fortunately, I discovered Flowers by Maria which was 15 minutes away. I spoke to Alex and he said they were making leis everyday and to just come by. I wanted a guarantee that I would have leis of a certain color so I asked to please reserve the 2 types that I wanted. Alex, texted me pictures and I chose the 2.
