She created the most absolutely stunning florals, table settings, and welcome board for the dinner celebration of our son's wedding. She completely transformed the restaurant into a breathtakingly elegant venue -- it felt magical. Every single guest commented on how beautiful everything looked, and we received nonstop compliments all evening. From the very beginning, Jeffeny was professional, punctual, incredibly responsive, and an absolute joy to work with. Her creativity and attention to detail are exceptional, and she made the entire process feel effortless and stress-free. When I realized at the last minute that we didn't have a gift box for cards and gifts, I was panicking. Jeffeny immediately reassured me and went above and beyond -- she personally went to a craft store, found a gorgeous mirrored box and sign, and had it ready for us. Today is my 11 year anniversary, and I went and walked into this florist and they were very helpful. I typically get my flowers at another local florist, but today I want to try this place out. I think I was there before when they were on the other side of the street. Anyway, I told the florist that I usually like to add flowers that are slightly different and then I let the florist be creative. The lady that helped me today, I wish I caught her name, shorter blonde was working at one of the front tables in the back, I told her I wanted an $80 bouquet. She asked me questions about flower colors and I said that she can be creative. My wife came back to find the flowers, and it literally took her breath away. I've given this woman many nice bouquets of flowers, I know, I know... she's EXTREMELY lucky. But I buy nice custom bouquet from local florists. This time it was different! My wife held these up to the light and turned it 360 and was just looking at it and said "this is the best bouquet that you have ever bought me. This is your new place." I swear to god, that's exactly what she said! I mean, they looked beautiful when the florist gave them to me, but my wife's never said that. We went in very clean but no rea help, didn't know priced and had to ask in back, $14.00 a stem it was beautiful but there was no interaction like the old owners and old location! Emi was an excellent point of contact and really guided us through the process. She was easy to work with and listened to every detail - even dialing back if something was outside of our budget, without sacrificing beauty or quality. Blanca, the design team and all who helped put the florals together did an amazing job and created beautiful pieces -- from small accents to centerpiece arches. Carlos and the on-site team made sure everything was picture perfect and were back at the end to take everything down in a very timely manner. I ordered a corsage for my son's date for their Winter Formal this past January. I decided to wait a bit before posting it to let everything sink in first. Here goes... 1. Flowers are fresh and beautiful that I will give them. 2. The lady taking the order was friendly and gave me suggestions...for that thank you! I did ask if I should give them a sample picture of what I wanted and she said no need they will follow what's on the directions. I kind of wish I did now. 3. I wanted rhinestones so I brought them my own items along with the ribbon to use. Thank you for incorporating them in and returning the left over ribbon to me. 4. When I went to pick up the corsage it looked like a boutonnière in my eyes. They forgot to incorporate the roses. Person at the counter brought the paper where the directions were written and said here...you asked for dendrobiums. I said yes, however if you see here you checked off two white roses as well. I don't see any. So she took it back in to have it fixed. They did incorporate the two roses...I wasn't thrilled with the design, but it was too late for them to redo so it was good enough. 5. During picture time my son took the corsage out to place it on his gf's wrist and one of the rose's plopped out. I was mortified...when I looked at it more closely it looked like they glue gunned it onto the side since they forgot to incorporate it at the beginning. Sigh...last minute fixing didn't hold. Suggestions for next time: have your florist team look over the request form more carefully and double check afterwards. Perhaps, consider taking in a suggested design if the customer brings one in to get an idea of what they want...just a thought! Again...the flowers were fresh. Will I come back again...still debating. For the price I paid I just expected more! read more

I love that they sell fresh cut flowers, potted plants, and other gift options. It is a great one place to stop and shop for a loved one. On top of it, they sell rocks and minerals. Such good vibes! About the fresh flowers... I am a huge lover of flowers and I know I will always find quality here at Enchanted Florist. The floral designers do such an amazing job at creating gorgeous arrangements. My favorite thing to do is asking for Designer's Choice and give them a color scheme and occasion for the flowers. A masterpiece will be created. What I've done in the past is buy a rock/mineral and have the designer attach it to the arrangement or potted plant. It makes it unique and everyone I get the flowers to love it. On top of it -- I love the owners and staff. Everyone from TC and Nisie to Blanca whi runs the shop are so fabulous. They are incredible people. I hired this company to do the flowers for my mothers memorial and I'm glad I did. To be very transparent the day of the memorial the flowers that came did not work with the urn that I had. The owner ended up calling and saying he would come directly to my moms memorial and fix it. And I can't tell you what an amazing job he and his associate did. It was breath taking.
