Since it was beautiful out, I wanted something more fruity and refreshing. The Lychee Tree drink did not disappoint. The menu has various: milk teas, sparkling fruity drinks, Vietnamese coffee, fruit tea, healthy juices, smoothies, signature milk drinks and milk foams. They have several toppings for an extra charge. On my first visit he made a tasty Vietnamese iced coffee. Medium $5.75 and Large $6.75. He balanced the condensed milk and coffee just right for my liking - not too sugary with a good mostly bold earthy roasted coffee flavor. On my second visit I wanted to try one of their "healthy juices". The same guy recommended either the Tropical Twist (pineapple + apple + orange + kale) or the Miami Vice (pineapple + apple + celery + beetroot). I went with the Tropical Twist $9.50 for a medium. The flavors were fresh and not overly sweet. I tasted mostly orange and pineapple. It was refreshing on a warmer spring day. I also ordered a hot Vietnamese coffee.... I wanted it black, but it came with condensed milk. The milk was a little on the heavy side, but it was tasty. I'll have to report on their black coffee when I stop back and post a picture. I'm new to the juice game, but $9.50 seemed high and $5.75 for a cup of black coffee is ridiculous. I'd say I've had two good experiences visiting Bunny Bubble Tea. Thanks guys!

There are benches and seating along the way, making it a great spot to hang out.
