I was really excited to visit the food hall next to the newly opened H Mart in Las Vegas, and after dinner, I knew I needed something sweet to end the visit. Tiger Sugar immediately caught my eye since it's the very first stall you see. Ordering is done entirely through a kiosk, and the staff works behind the scenes--so don't expect much interaction or traditional service. Even when picking up my drink, I only realized it was ready when my order number appeared on the screen. I ordered the P2 Taro Pudding with black sugar, boba, taro pudding, and taro juice with milk and cream mousse--and wow, it was absolutely delicious. Every sip was rich, well-balanced, and incredibly satisfying, with no regrets about my choice. I had Tiger Sugar years ago at the Resorts World food hall and thought it was great back then, and years later, it still stands out as one of the best boba tea spots around. After going to the Spring Mountain location, we came to this H-Mart location because they sell Crispy Cream Puffs and Egg Tarts. So we came here just to pick up some pastries. The guy was really nice because they were closing and since we bought a few things, he made my single egg tart order into three. The Crispy Cream Puffs were so good. Tiger Sugar, sounds like some sort of beautiful dance. It's a beautiful balance between sugar and milk tea. Now it's been a minute since we have been to this locality but we were in the area. When is it a good time for milk tea but anytime. The brown sugar tea is a must have. If you like it less sweet then you have to make a special mention for this. Once in a while, the milk teas are good. It's a time of gathering and having some good times so let's have it together. We ordered this time the sweetness level that it actually comes, this could be your drink before the gym and you would be ready to work it out for a few hours . That's the sweetness level it comes as, for me . The coffee boba and matcha are both delicious too. The service is a hi and a smile . For the regular size Tiger Boba Milk, it was pretty premium for me. Yes, I can taste real whole milk in mine. Boba was soft and chewy which blended very well into my drink. Very milky flavor. I like it. 75% sweetness and regular ice. Some places will give you a Tiger Boba Milk which turns out to be overly sweet. Definitely shake this drink well. Mine was perfect in taste today. Having two self service kiosks were helpful. Cashier will assist you in person if paying cash. Quiet here inside the food hall next to HMart Las Vegas during Monday lunchtime. Peaceful experience no lines. They also have pastries over $3 each, so just look at their promotions if any. It looks like a good small stop for beverages. I wish I could give this a better rating. I've had Tiger Sugar at Resorts Worlds several times and it's always been so good! This location is only so so. You order yourself on the machine unless you want to pay cash. I got a classic regular size Brown Sugar 75% sweet with oat milk & boba/tapioca. Why was it almost $10 & it tasted like only oat milk with boba/tapioca. The brown sugar was on the sides but even mixing it this was clearing not 75% sweet. I have gotten this exact drink before several time at the other location and tasted way better. Very disappointed and will not get a drink there again. Tiger Sugar is located inside H Market Eatery Food Hall, right next to H Mart. You'll see them on the left from the entrance. The food court has plenty of seating. They have a kiosk where you can conveniently place your order and make a purchase. The ticket number will show on the screen and makes a bell sound to notify when it's ready for pickup. Menu offers a nice selection of premium and flavor tea, as well as the signature black sugar boba, strawberry sago, matcha, chocolate, and coffee latte. I chose Peach Oolong Tea ($5.59, large +$1.50) at 25% sweet, it has a delightful sweetness with real fruit topping and is super refreshing! Service from Cristian is very kind, friendly, and accommodating. He responds politely to questions I had about the menu and which drink is less sweet, very courteous, knowledgeable, and super helpful in recommending Peach Oolong Tea, which taste amazing at 25% sweet. I wish I could give this place a better rating because the lady who gave me the drinks was very kind. The ambiance was a food hall connected to the HMart. My drink was good but super sweet. My son's drink was not very good. One sip and his face said it all. It was not what he was expecting. He said it tastes like perfume with a hint of gasoline...not really sure how that could be but that does sound pretty gross. This location is within the Hmart food court on the far left stall. They have a kiosk for easy self-pat orders via card. They also take cash, just ask an employee to ring you up. There is plenty of seating available if you'd like to stay and enjoy your drink with your meal. Got the classic signature brown sugar milk tea boba, the strawberry sago, and the mango sago. Drinks had mixed results. Brown sugar milk tea was just right, as expected for a signature drink. The mango sago was pretty sweet (100% sweetness), but a bit balanced with the tart mango flavor - would recommend getting it at 75% or less sweetness. The strawberry sago was a bit disappointing - just too sweet (again, did order at 100%) but not very remarkable overall. It lowkey felt like strawberry milk with some toppings added. Hubby surprised me with a lychee tea with popping boba, and he got a matcha for himself. I was excited to try because, hello, it's boba! But one sip was all I needed to drink. Blech. Not my cup of tea AT ALL. The flavors were just off. Hubby threw his entire drink away. I tried pawning mine off on my kids but my daughter dumped it after saying that she tried to fix it but it still tasted weird. What a waste of money-- not interested in trying anything else from them and honestly don't understand how they are so popular. But I guess if you like it, good for you! It's just not my thing. Better boba drinks in Vegas imho. But don't just take my word for it, try it out yourself. It might have been an off day and you might actually love it. Oh. This location is inside Hmart's food hall. Simple storefront and nice service. Pretty convenient to grab a drink before/after grocery shopping but we left disappointed with their drinks. We got the tea latte with boba since we didn't feel like having brown sugar milk. Tried both Oolong & Black tea. Could not taste the tea at all, both of our drinks tasted like straight milk. Boba was good and chewy with their signature brown sugar. Maybe stick with their signature brown sugar milk drinks. read more

I have been into this location before and got my drink modified the same way as usual. I normally get the tiger mango sago with no aloe and I asked to add extra sago, and that has never been a problem before until today this bald guy with glasses who is a little bit on the heavier side, told me no, and then proceeded to yell numbers in my face, ignoring me and cutting me off customer service zero out of five. we were waiting for a while until he even came out from the back and to take our order because we can't modify it on the self check out kiosks they have. read more
