Cute place. A regular place I enjoy visiting. Great Thai tea, not a fan of the boba they have so I do without . Great and quick service.

Came here to snag one of these Hello Kitty X Tiger Sugar cups! Oh the line was so long! I 100% recommend coming earlier in the day, they tend to get super busy. There isnt a whole lot of seating on the inside, but they have a couple tables outside thankfully. This place I've been to a couple times and it tends to be a hit or miss. Sometimes the brown sugar Boba isn't stored properly, so it taste slightly sour other than that if they adjust the right amount of brown sugar to your Boba, it can be perfect. That being said come early in the morning because towards the end of the day, it's not that good because it's not as fresh. I'm really glad they opened a location here in Atlanta because I used to have to fly to New York just to get my tiger sugar fix.

So refreshing and tasty! Ordered their signature drink , the #1, and loved that it has no caffeine. I wish they had more caffeine free options! Overall the service is quick. There is also a self serve kiosk you can order from. The interior is small and has seating along the wall.

I absolutely loveeeeeee this place! The atmosphere and vibes are fantastic. The staff made my drinks so quickly, and the girl who took my order was incredibly sweet. I was a bit indecisive with all the options, but she was super patient and even offered some great recommendations. I went in on a Sunday during the afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all. The only downside is that there's limited seating (shouldn't be a problem since there's a bunch of other great restaurants in the plaza). Aside from that, I highly recommend trying their signature boba drink with pudding if you're ever in the Kennesaw area!

When in for a quick beverage! Only complaint is too much ice, I couldn't enjoy my boba

Went to their grand opening! It's bitter sweet to see ice palace go but at least a new delicious place stepped in their place! We went with option#4 with espresso! We were told to shake 15 times before drinking, I went an extra 15 shakes cause RJ wanted to help! Not sure the magic number of shakes but 30 was good! Flavor was sweet but not too sweet! Kind o like Goldilocks and the three bears....just right! Welcome to the area Tiger Sugar! We will definitely be coming back!

Good spot for milk tea but can be hit or miss. My brown sugar milo was good as always but the strawberry was a little bland this time around. They went light on the strawberry so it tasted like milk with a dash of strawberry. Otherwise I would say a good place to go in Kennesaw and more authentic compared to competitors around. I will say they are quite generous with topping which is a pro in my book. -Regina and Jackson

The egg pudding is super & so are the brown sugar pearls The drink is very sweet, like flavored latte sweet so definitely not an every day tea. There are so many tea options in Atlanta so I wouldn't drive here just for this but if you're nearby, worth a try. Drinks were kinda expensive for how much tea you actually get. $5.50 for an entire cup of ice, scoop of boba, scoop of little pearls & scoop of pudding. It's a 12 oz cup I think so your liquid to solid ratio is a few big gulps. Tiny bubbles will give you a 32oz tea with light ice for like $7 with your pearls, etc I don't think they had any drink customization like less ice, or less sweet. The menu is small so basically one main drink mix & they add different toppings to it like chocolate malt, espresso, boba, pudding, etc. They sometimes sell brown sugar popcorn but were out today & they also have a few cute keychains. Very tiny shop inside with a tiger for photo prop. Tons of parking in the giant shared lot.

Delicious! The tapioca balls are the perfect texture . The teas you can pick your sugar lvl and I wish we could do the same for the milk teas .

Customer service: 5 stars: if you aren't familiar with the menu, ask for recommendations and they will happily give you some. Price point: 4 stars: $6 Is kinda steep when $6 will get you a vinte whatever at Starbucks. I don't even spend that at sweethut down the street but since I wanted to try this place I said what the hell. Drink: 4 stars: wasn't very sweet. I'm not the type who likes overly sweet but it wasn't that sweet. I barely tasted any sweetener, next time I will ask for extra. Cleanliness: 5 stars: it's a small joint so don't expect a Starbucks or sweethut vibe, get your drink and go. There are some chairs in there and outside. Overall: I would come back if I was in a mood for a drink from there.

Taro Milk Tea with Boba was tasty...it was chill and quiet in there. Not sure what else to say. The machine seems impersonal. Lol

That said, I'm extremely spoiled and am used to getting bubble tea in California (Bay Area and San Diego) where it's everywhere and very authentic. We had excellent service and it's in an adorable bookstore, no doubt. The downstairs is a bit more like a religious gift shop but the upstairs is lovely. I'd still go back and will likely pop by again when I'm getting a hankering for "boba," as we call it where I'm from.

Instead, I felt pressured to decide quickly and ended up not enjoying my drink. On top of that, my order never actually went through -- I only found out after asking about it, and the staff realized it hadn't printed. They did make it right away once I pointed it out, which I appreciated, but I would have been waiting indefinitely otherwise. While they do have a "make it right" guarantee if you don't like your drink, the employee seemed annoyed when I asked for another recommendation. Unfortunately, the second drink (the mango one) turned out to contain caffeine, so I couldn't drink it either. I'm not saying they don't have good drinks here -- I just didn't get the chance to find one. I really hope they can improve their customer service, especially for customers with dietary restrictions, so that everyone can have a better experience.

I was thrilled this opened in Marietta and it's one of my frequented places when I'm in that area…read more I have visited them almost since the week they opened, and owe them a Yelp review :) Recently, I went for a ramen (spicy tonkatsu) and not only was it big and served in a real, ceramic bowl (the way ramen should be served, which MANY places skimp on these days), there were several pieces of pork (more than other places) and very plentiful condiments in my bowl. I was pleased. I really like how they thinly slice the pork belly too, really bringing out the seared edges & fat. I always get the poke bowls too; you may 1 flat price based on how many proteins, and practically unlimited toppings. Always fresh and made in front of you. The bubble tea: they brew the teas, you just need to ask them which ones are brewed but I've always gone with either the Taichi original or Taichi green tea or the jasmine one. I like to get zero sugar and just get boba balls which are slightly sweetened. If you're Asian, that might hit the spot for you. 25-30% sweet is also available and that's not bad too. Lastly; this store has good seating options; there's a big section in front of the registers, and there's also a more private section on the other side. To date it never seems overly crowded or populated inside (surprisingly, considering the food is so good and consistent) ....so I'm usually able to eat in peace & quiet. Oh yea, they also have CUTE decor inside. There's random stuffed animals around the place. I really like this place and it's probably one of the places I actually go to "regularly" due to a very good intersection of healthy-food quality, price-value, and quantity.
