It did run me about $9-$10 with tip but it was *chef's kiss* perfectionnnn. So good. The smiling faces and pleasant conversation made it even better, and makes Nobi Cha standout from the deadpan service I've received from other tea spots. The bubble tea: they brew the teas, you just need to ask them which ones are brewed but I've always gone with either the Taichi original or Taichi green tea or the jasmine one. I like to get zero sugar and just get boba balls which are slightly sweetened. If you're Asian, that might hit the spot for you. 25-30% sweet is also available and that's not bad too. Lastly; this store has good seating options; there's a big section in front of the registers, and there's also a more private section on the other side. To date it never seems overly crowded or populated inside (surprisingly, considering the food is so good and consistent) ....so I'm usually able to eat in peace & quiet.
