I've definitely been here twice in the last weeks:-) While I've passed by this place a million times, I was first formally introduced to FruiTea when they were a vendor at my son's school fall festival. I remember meeting the owner and she was such a lovely persons she explained all the tea options, how the business came to be, and I made a not to actually visit the brick & mortar anddddd love it! My most recent visit was just before one of the World Cup watch parties on the village green so my family and I decided to drop in to grab a tea. They crafted special flavors to celebrate the World Cup and my kiddos decided to try The World (I believe it was blue raspberry and apple pearls) and I opted for the birds of paradise (milk based with honeydew and mango). The kiddos loved there's and while my tea was good, I think I may not be that big a fan of milk based teas butttt that does not mean that I wouldn't try another one. Anywayyyy love this place and they have macarons, croissants, and empanadas if you need a little food. Treat yourself to a FruiTea!

Truthfully, I was not a huge fan of what I got this time around LOL. But let me tell you why they're still gonna get a full five from me. 1. No pre-sweetened matcha powders!!! I asked for 0% sugar and that's what I got baby. The only sweetener was from the lychee jelly. Now I wish I could go back and change to a smooth 25%. But that's okay, because it proved to me that this place is legit for customizing sweetness levels. 2. That matcha is the real deal. I didn't get to try it last time as it was back-ordered from Japan, and no lies were told on that front. The drink came out SUPER green and pigmented, and the matcha was very strong. I'd recommend to get the matcha in a milk if you don't like the taste of pure matcha by itself. But it was extremely energizing and had me keyed up, which wasn't my best choice for a 9PM tea LMAO. I just wasn't expecting the matcha to be worth a damn given my experiences at other tea spots... boy was I wrong. 3. Customer service wins me over every time. A customer before me came back in with a complaint about her drink. The barista inspected the situation and was more than happy to take necessary fault, apologize, and make it over for her. Easy peasy. The quality is here, folks. Dare I say, this might be the most solid bubble tea spot I've patronized.

We stopped by on a Monday and lucked out with Milk Tea Monday, getting two drinks for just $12. We walked into a casual atmosphere that makes it easy to stop by whether we are grabbing something to go or taking a short break nearby. The space is compact and functional, with a clean, welcoming feel that fits the grab and go format of the neighborhood. The drink menu has a nice variety of milk teas, fruit teas, and specialty drinks. We appreciated that the sweetness level can be customized, which helps balance the flavors depending on what you order. The mango pomelo sago tea is a refreshing option with a fruity taste and chewy toppings, while the peach cheese foam tea adds a creamy layer for something more unique. The taro drinks also stand out with a more natural taro flavor, avoiding the overly artificial taste that some shops lean into. The taiyaki ice cream is a fun dessert option if you are looking for something beyond drinks, with the warm fish shaped pastry contrasting nicely with the cold ice cream. The ordering process is quick and the drinks come out fast, making it a convenient stop during the day. The staff handles the steady flow of customers efficiently, and the service remains friendly even when the line picks up. The menu has enough variety that it is easy to find something depending on whether you are in the mood for a refreshing fruit tea, classic boba, or a sweeter dessert style drink. Tea Leaf and Creamery is a solid boba spot near Tech Square with plenty of options to choose from. The specialty drinks are worth exploring, especially when looking for something customizable and refreshing that delivers on both flavor and texture.

Refreshing as expected, though fruit teas only comes in large size as do some of the other options. Not a big deal, but I know even with less sugar, a large drink may put some over if they're watching sugar levels. I'm not a fan of the taiyaki here. It's too bready, not enough filling.

I was thrilled this opened in Marietta and it's one of my frequented places when I'm in that area…read more I have visited them almost since the week they opened, and owe them a Yelp review :) Recently, I went for a ramen (spicy tonkatsu) and not only was it big and served in a real, ceramic bowl (the way ramen should be served, which MANY places skimp on these days), there were several pieces of pork (more than other places) and very plentiful condiments in my bowl. I was pleased. I really like how they thinly slice the pork belly too, really bringing out the seared edges & fat. I always get the poke bowls too; you may 1 flat price based on how many proteins, and practically unlimited toppings. Always fresh and made in front of you. The bubble tea: they brew the teas, you just need to ask them which ones are brewed but I've always gone with either the Taichi original or Taichi green tea or the jasmine one. I like to get zero sugar and just get boba balls which are slightly sweetened. If you're Asian, that might hit the spot for you. 25-30% sweet is also available and that's not bad too. Lastly; this store has good seating options; there's a big section in front of the registers, and there's also a more private section on the other side. To date it never seems overly crowded or populated inside (surprisingly, considering the food is so good and consistent) ....so I'm usually able to eat in peace & quiet. Oh yea, they also have CUTE decor inside. There's random stuffed animals around the place. I really like this place and it's probably one of the places I actually go to "regularly" due to a very good intersection of healthy-food quality, price-value, and quantity.
