When we arrived, there was a couple ahead of us waiting to be seated. Neither they nor we were acknowledged as three dining room servers repeatedly walked past us while continuing to serve other tables. There were several empty tables available, yet no one greeted us or let us know there would be a wait. Eventually, one male server seated the couple and then us. After we were seated, the bartender came over, served us water, and apologized for the delay. However, after that, the three dining room servers continued taking orders from other tables while completely overlooking ours. If the bartender hadn't noticed that no one had taken our order, we likely would have been waiting even longer. She immediately stepped in, took the initiative to take our order, and sent it to the kitchen. She was attentive, observant, and ultimately the only reason this review isn't a 1 star. Throughout the rest of our meal, getting the attention of the dining room servers was nearly impossible. We needed forks, water refills, and extra napkins, but trying to flag down any of the three servers felt futile. Meanwhile, the bartender continued to notice when our table needed help, almost as if she was the only person paying attention to guests who were being overlooked. As regular customers of the Sandy Springs location, the contrast was striking. The service there is consistently excellent. The staff regularly checks on guests, refills drinks without being asked, and works together to make sure every table is taken care of. That teamwork and attentiveness were completely missing during our visit to the Kennesaw location. We truly wanted this location to become our new go-to because it's much closer to home, but based on this experience, we'll gladly make the extra drive to Sandy Springs instead. We hope the Kennesaw team improves their customer service because the food deserves better than the service we received.

Only downside is that it is a bit expensive; dinner prices start at 3 PM and are all day on weekends. At $18 a bowl, plus $3 for a drink, if you're a family of four, you're looking at a pretty pricey evening. All that said, I had a wonderful time. Really excited to have a Mongolian BBQ place nearby (sorry if it wasn't clear earlier; you can assemble your own bowl and then they'll grill it on the big circular grill for you). Recommended.
