Spicy Miso Ramen Noodle Soup w/ chicken
    Ikenna I.

It was a Monday evening, the kind of day that requires a serious culinary intervention to remind you that life is good and your paycheck wasn't earned in vain. Taichi Bubble Tea is my intervention spot--my reliable source for an edible hug. As someone who knows the value of a dollar and, more importantly, the value of a perfectly cooked meal--I can attest that this place hits. My standard order is less of a choice and more of a deeply ingrained ritual: The Spicy Miso Ramen with Chicken. Listen, I've had my share of ramen. Taichi's Spicy Miso is consistently the one that earns the coveted A+. The broth achieves a stunning balance; it's the rich, savory depth of the miso paired with a heat that is respectful but authoritative. It's not trying to kill you, but it definitely lets you know it's there--like a stern but loving auntie who insists you eat everything on your plate. The chicken is always tender, perfectly cooked, and thankfully, plentiful. The consistency is the key here. Every single time, the flavor profile is spot-on. The restaurant itself is a comfortable, small-to-mid-sized space with a decent amount of indoor seating. It's a great little haven to slurp noodles and forget about the report you need to write tomorrow. While I was strictly on a ramen mission this time, I'd be remiss not to mention the Boba. Their bubble tea is absolutely top-tier. It's the kind of boba that makes you pause, sigh happily, and then wonder why you didn't grab one this time. Bottom line: I have truly never had a bad meal at Taichi. If you're looking for fantastic ramen, great poke (which my non-ramen friends swear by), and stellar boba, stop reading this and go.

Great addition to the area. Wonderful tea! I'm a simple guy so my fav is Tai Tea with tapioca boba. Mmmmm. I haven't tried the food yet but it looks good and I hear people say that it is good. I'll be coming here fairly often. Clean and cute interior. Friendly and efficient staff.

Love this bubble tea restaurant, not just for the drinks but also for the food! They have lots of different bubble tea options, and my favorite is the Taichi Three Brother with three different toppings. For the smoothies, the kids love to combine flavors to create new exciting drinks. It also includes a topping that you can switch to your preference. I didn't love the Mango Milk Crush which is the only thing I haven't loved about it so far. As for the food, the Poke Bowl tasted great with tons of different toppings you can add to it. I loved the Taichi Rice Box. However, as you get to the bottom there really is a lot of rice! So a tip would be to mix it all together to even out the portions. And finally, I thought the Ramen tasted great as well. The staff is also very friendly. The service is about average speed. I think as the restaurant has gained in popularity, the service has slowed a bit. So maybe adding a few more staff would help with speed and order accuracy. I also liked the decor inside. Very inviting and there are also games that kids and families can play to keep entertained while waiting on their order. Overall, great place to go to grab a snack and drink or sit down for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Tai chi bubble tea is the bubble tea place that has been missing from East Cobb for years! Always a great experience. The bubble tea is fresh and Buford Highway worthy. I would say it compares to Tea Top. My favorite is the 3 brothers drink. My kids love the smoothies where you can order a mix of two smoothie flavors. Each drink I believe comes with at least one topping which is nice. I have enjoyed every drink I've gotten here. Ordering is easy and quick. We've never had to wait long to order or to get our order. I love that there's adequate seating and games here. It's a very inviting space which is a nice diversion from most bubble tea places that just want you to grab and go. We've even had dinner here before (ramen, poke bowl, and rice bowl) and everything was delicious, authentic, and a great portion size for the price. I highly recommend checking this place out!

The food is great here. I have only had them give me the wrong food item once and it was probably because it was almost time for them to close. However, their bubble tea is amazing! This is just what boring east cobb needed!

However, if there are nearby events or special promotions, finding available parking may be challenging. Customers can park farther away and walk MSM, though. Momoiro is a very popular food vendor in the food hall, and there seems to be a constant line of customers waiting to either order food or to pick up their orders. The menu is rather simple, with categories that include ramen, rice bowls, bao buns, sides, nigiri, drinks and one type of dessert. Customers go to the order counter to order, wait around to pick up their order, then, if they don't do take out, find a place to eat inside or outside the food hall. We waited in a long line, but it took us about 15 minutes of standing in line before we were able to place our orders. Service was patient, quick and efficient, though, and it took us only about 5 minutes for our food to be ready. We didn't walk that many steps away from Momoiro; there was an indoor dining area tucked away in the back away from the main dining area, and there were lots of empty tables that filled up quickly after we sat down. I dug into my delicious Tonkotsu Ramen, which included chashu pork, pork base, pork broth, scallions, nori, blackened garlic oil, fried garlic and seasoned egg. All of the flavors and textures complemented each other, and the ramen was cooked perfectly. I loved the taste of the chashu pork, but I wish that it was cooked just a little more. The egg was cooked perfectly to that fine point when the yolk has that just slightly jelled consistency that melts in your mouth. This dish had a good tasting broth. R enjoyed his Beef Don rice bowl, which included beef, steamed white rice, pickled cucumber and radish, scallions, bok choy, fried garlic, nori and seasoned egg. I also shared with R a spam onigiri that was a rice ball with a slice of spam all wrapped with nori seaweed. This was ok; the sauce used in it was just a little sweeter than I prefer. All portion amounts were good. We rarely make it to this part of Marietta, but we would return to Momoiro Ramen for the food.

I think it's because of the accessibility of a nice size bar. The other locations I've gone to do not have a bar. The Kennesaw location is located in a plaza with several other establishments. There's plenty of parking. This establishment is a little bit smaller than some of the other others, but they do work very swiftly and it does stay packed, especially on the weekends. My most recent visit was on yesterday as I had a day off and wanted to take time to unwind after my morning appointment. I arrived a little before noon. The bar area had only two people seated, and I was able to easily grab a seat as well. Alex was the bartender during my visit and he was extremely accommodating. My appetizer of choice: Pork Goyza My entrée of choice: Spicy chicken Ramen with extra spice and an egg Initially, I started off with a Coke zero but then said heck why not I'm off today so I indulged in a lychee martini and switched it up to a Ringo Mule (my new fave). It started to get a bit busy about 35 minutes because it was a work week and lunch hour, but it was not overwhelmingly packed. The staff worked very swiftly and greeted every single customer that came in and out. I enjoy this location. The ambiance is always very nice. There's always nice tunes playing and there's also TV is at the bar. Whether you're rolling solo or with a crew, JINYA is a nice little hangout spot. So if you're in the Kennesaw area, go check them out and thank me later. Bon appétit!

They're not just noodles, they're noodle artistry. The broth was rich, cozy, and the kind of thing that makes you pause mid-bite and go, "wait... why is this so good?" (Apparently this place is known for its fresh, handmade noodles and hearty broths, and yeah... that checks out. ) We ordered: * Sesame balls (dangerously snackable) * Chicken hand-pulled noodle soup (add the egg, trust me) * Shanghai pan-fried pork buns (crispy-bottomed little pockets of joy) * Lamb noodle soup (deep, savory, "I might become a regular" energy) Everything came out hot, fresh, and in portions that basically said, "we care about you... and your leftovers." Also, bonus points for being the kind of place where you can go full noodle goblin and nobody judges you. Final verdict: 5/5 Would absolutely return. Would absolutely bring friends. Would absolutely think about these noodles at random times like they're a past relationship. If you're anywhere near Kennesaw and not eating here... respectfully, what are you doing with your life?
