Bloom is a very large café. When I walked in around 2:15pm, it was pretty full, but there were still spaces to sit either at the tabletops or at the back on a sofa. They also have a few tables in front of the store. Just a reminder, make sure you scan the QR code when you enter so you can get the 3 hours of free parking. If not, they do boot around here! On this visit, they had several fall seasonal drinks that I was tempted to get, but I decided to go with an oldie-but-goodie that I haven't had in a while, the salted maple latte with oat milk. It was a very delicious and creamy drink! Service is always friendly and very consistent. Since I saved $5 on my coffee, I decided to add on a sweet treat and had one of their donuts. And since it wasn't too hot outside, I sat outside to enjoy my coffee before hopping back in the car. Overall, Bloom is so consistent. It's a great environment for working, has a really good coffee selection, and offers great service. You won't be disappointed!

The barista quickly made it. But I tasted it once I got in the car and didn't taste any sweeteness at all. I thought maybe it's at the bottom. No. Nothing but a plain latte for nearly $8. And to make matters worse, by the time I got home, somehow the latte was leaking from the bottom of the cup. I guess they have some cheap cups for their to go drinks. I've never had a coffee leak from the bottom of the cup and nearly competely waste out into my car. I won't be back. What a waste.

I really enjoyed the mashed potato and green beans but the pork chop was a little over cooked for me. However the pork chop was very well seasoned. Great flavor! Parking is inside a garage and is validated for 2 hours. When you enter the cafe scan the QR code located on the table and enter your car details. When I walked in around 12:35pm on a Monday, there was no line. The seating area, which is shared with the apartment/hotel lobby, had a few people working, and a few others were sitting on the outside patio. It was very quiet inside, almost like a library, which was unexpected but would be welcomed if I was trying to get work done! The service was so-so. I was greeted when I walked in, but it wasn't a particularly warm or friendly interaction, though it kind of fit the vibe of the space. However, I was very impressed with their selection of seasonal drinks and happy to see some unique options to choose from. I decided to go with the Miss Jaunice, which is a Jamaican inspired carrot punch with milk and espresso for $6.75. I forgot to ask for a plant-based milk option and was surprised the barista didn't confirm if regular milk was okay. While it's ultimately my responsibility, usually baristas ask if I forget to specify, so it's good to know that's not a guarantee. Just as a heads up, oat milk and macadamia nut milk are an extra $1. Initially, I enjoyed the flavor of the drink and was happy I tried something different, but after drinking half the cup, I got tired of the taste. I personally felt like it needed something creamier, and I think oat milk with a little vanilla would have been the perfect addition. I would definitely return to try some of their other seasonal drinks, like the HVR or the pumpkin spice latte (they use real pumpkin), and I'll plan on staying awhile to get some work done or read a book since it's such a chill space.
