This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. They helped us with the city permit process, they built the sign, they brought out a crew to install the sign confidently, and then a year and a half later, they moved the sign to our new, larger building space when we had to expand. Through all of this help, their prices remained totally reasonable, which was why we were attracted to using their service in the first place. Their salesperson, Martha, came to our site on a number of occasions to get an idea of what we needed and how to get the job done right. She contacted our property management company and got the paint colors right, and then she and Ward scheduled the right day to get the job done. Can't thank them enough.
