This review is long overdue unfortunately. I had my Kia Telluride wrapped last March by Casey. Initial conversation, setting up an appointment, and communication was awesome at first . I first met him at his apartment because he was "between shops" to look over colors. After setting everything up, he found a shop in San Marcos to work on my vehicle. Unfortunately, it was over an hour drive from where I lived and had no back up ride aside from an Uber/Lyft. I mentioned my concerns and he said I could drop my vehicle off at his apartment and he would take it up to the shop the next day. This is where I misunderstood apparently everything. He drove my brand new 2020 vehicle back and forth for 5 days from La Mesa to San Marcos, and put well over 200+ miles on it instead of leaving it at the shop. I honestly did not realize a clients car was going to be used as daily driver and figured he was going to find his own ride. With the new suv, I can track everywhere it goes and when it's driven. According to my app, he took it out multiple times at 11PM to do god knows what. I also have a dash cam set up in, looking through the footage, it has about 3 days missing and turned completely to the right instead of straight on. One video showed him on the highway with music blaring and windows down like he was just on a joy ride. Unprofessional. Next came my windshield trim pieces. Apparently he took them off to wrap my vehicle, forgot to put them on, and when he was on the highway, they flew off my car. Once I received my car, it had one beat up one, and one missing one, and he said he would order me new ones. Over a month went by from not hearing from him until I finally went and bought them myself. When I asked him if he ordered them he said "they are at the dealership, just haven't had the time to pick them up" I told him not to worry about it, I bought them, and he didn't say anything about it. $100 out of my pocket for something I didn't do. Unprofessional. Overall, the car looked great. I mentioned a few touch ups that needed to be done, a whole piece of my roof rail that wasn't wrapped, and lifting of my side mirror that he wrapped. He said he would get me in as soon as he could. He booked an appointment with me once or twice but wouldn't hear from him well after the appointment and said he was busy, and he needed to reschedule. Eventually I stopped hearing from him, and it's been nearly a year. I went ahead and had to have another shop do the touch ups and fix what he didn't. This is not my first shop that I've had shit luck with in SD, and he knew that, yet he was just as shit as the first shop ‍ only reason I give 2 stars, is because overall the wrap looks great. He just kind of fucked me over once I paid everything. I unfortunately no longer have any of the texts as I have since gotten a new phone. read more

I had the front grill and window trim on my 2017 Highlander vinyl-wrapped by Phillip and really happy with the way it turned out. I originally went with plasti-dip on the front grill and it turned out terrible - you can't achieve the same level of gloss with plasti-dip. I also had him wrap the chrome trim on my rear bumper black chrome to match the stock wheels on my car. Everything looks stock which was the exact look I was going for. The process from start to finish exceeded my expectation. While the initial quote was less than what I paid, because they had to remove the front grill, they did inform me in advance when I brought my car in. I did have to bring my car back a couple of days later as I noticed some exposed chrome on the window trim and Phillip gladly took care of it. All-in-all I thought the price was extremely fair, they did quality work, and I would recommend them. read more

Stopped by MacWraps to get my C55 roof wrapped and place a window banner. It is a pretty neat shop, lots of unique cars and builds inside. Anyhow, after two minutes of arriving, Casey (MacWraps) immediately got to work. He is very meticulously and diligently on the customers car. I also added that I wanted his emboss decal in my window banner. Never in my life have I seen so much precision and detail go into laying a decal down. Casey is a great dude, very down to Earth and hilariously open minded. His work all speak for themselves. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone wanting a top of the line service. read more

Wanted to take a swing at it wasn't my first option but glad I took the chance. Drive a titanium Silber (yes with a b) e82 I had some flares put on my car and was afraid to paint them and it wasn't going to match. Decided to see if they can match wrap my paint and did an excellent job. For people who want to paint their car I highly recommend wrapping it instead and taking it here; they took the time to put in for quality. Casey did an amazing job on my Tesla Model 3. I ordered my car in the beginning of November and knew nothing about wraps however I got interested after joining a few Facebook groups and doing some research. I contacted a few wrap shops in San Diego but Casey was, by far, the most responsive and informative. Casey had no problem replying to all of my emails/ questions (over 20 emails between the two of us) about different types of wraps, different brands, maintenance, lifespan, cost and anything else I asked. Although I originally contacted Casey about wrapping the car he told me he could, also, do blackout/chrome delete which I wanted. When I told Casey I wanted to get the car tinted he was able to point me in the right direction. Basically Casey enabled me to do one stop shopping for wrap, chrome delete and tint. After about a week Casey got my car back to me and it looked amazing. Casey, knowing I am picky, allowed me to bring the car to his shop a few days after he finished to tighten up a few small items.
