Cons, getting a working touch screen was challenging. On Memorial Day!! no one was available to help. If you are riding solo, not such a big deal. I had my 3 grand daughters with me. The chaos trying to get 4 bikes was so irritating they wanted to just ride back home and quit rather than go through this every couple of hours. Permanently setting e-bikes to Turbo in a city with lots of traffic is insane. I have bad knees for walking but with e-bike assist it is much easier to be mobile. I was very disappointed in my week of biking with my grand daughters.

It's $100 per year for unlimited one hour bike rides (Honestly, i typically only use them for transit and have never had one out longer than 20ish minutes at a time (It's shocking how quick it is to get around on a bike in the city). I live in Covington and will grab one in Mainstrasse and can be downtown in nearly the same amount of time it takes to drive and find parking for a car. I really love their electric bikes as well. Though be warned, once you've taken out one of the electric bikes you will be spoiled. Sometimes the batteries will be dead on them so be sure to check the battery life before you take it out. Be careful when riding, especially over streetcar tracks. Your wheel falling in the track WILL result with you on the ground (self-proven). I do wish there were more stations in NKY in residential areas. Overall, I love Redbike and can't wait for warmer weather to ride again more!

They are sooo much fun, you feel like you are flying. I thought they would be intimidating but they really are amazing. It was about $20 for a 1 hour rental of an electric bike. I would consider doing a 1/2 day rental next time. 1 hr. goes by surprisingly fast. We took them over the bridge and towards Falls of the Ohio. There is a coupon online for $5 off you can try to search for. It worked for us. The employee working the stand was super nice and helpful. Good customer service really sets the tone and just being friendly makes a world of difference for any experience. I wish everyone in any front facing service position realized what an impact being nice has.

Cost was 27 bucks For an hour. Bike was in decent shape and wasn't too rigorous to ride. The waterfront park is mainly flat lands so that helped a lot. Since it has a covered top you can not take over the big 4 bridge. They take your drivers license up front and you pay at the end of your time. Rental is for an hour but the worker did tell me they will give a 10-15 min leeway usually.

I NEED NEW REPLACEMENT PADS. 3) wants to set me out for two weeks just so he can take my brakes apart to find out the type of brake pad I needed. Wow- I thought going to a "professional" would be helpful, but boy was I wrong!! ALL I NEED ARE REPLACEMENT PADS!!!!! Don't waste your time going here unless you can forfeit your bike for a month and pay for services not NEEDED. There are always enough bikes for everyone (and you get to pick). You can ask staff for help with lowering your seat and they will put air in your tires if you need it. I try to go early in the morning during the weekend, since it's busier on weekends with families and everyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful trails of Loveland!
