We wanted to have our whole house stuccoed as well as having termite and water damaged wood replaced and having the area stuccoed to remove future exposure to the elements and pests. His crew Darrel, Terry, and Pat are also truly hard workers and very personable, working cleanly and professionally. Everyday they would make sure the area was tidy picking up trash/debris from the work and going above and beyond when pressure washing. They even cleaned the walkways which was an unexpected benefit and perk to choosing a quality team that truly cares about what they do. The job ended up being a lot more intensive in the aspect of wood replacement and Steve assured us he would do quality work and not leave us hanging with constant price fluctuations. I took this service based on the reviews and all I can say is that I question the validity of the information posted. The painter showed up 1 hour late and did not even have a bucket. The work was not completed in the 6.5 hours and the supplies I purchased based on Victor's request, were not even used, the painter did not even have a ladder to reach the ceiling. In order to complete, I was offered $40 per hour until the job was completed - an additional 5 hours past the scheduled 6.5 hours. The quality is just below average and the deal was actually a "lemon," I spoke to Alex in the office several times during the course of the day and he relayed messages between Victor, the Painter and Myself. I did not talk to Victor - although he was the person that I initiated the job and deal with. Victor could not be reached, even though the painter said he spoke to his boss - Victor several times during the day. I hired them to paint several rooms and install a wallpaper accent wall. The wallpaper installation was done poorly--the pattern didn't come close to lining up, making the result look unprofessional. They acknowledged the issue and agreed to repurchase the wallpaper and redo the work, but then failed to follow through properly. They didn't purchase enough materials and left the job unfinished. Communication was just as frustrating. Partway through the project, Diego stopped responding entirely. I spent months calling and texting to try to resolve the situation and align on next steps. Eventually, someone claiming to be his assistant contacted me via WhatsApp to say he would not be calling me back. Overall, the lack of workmanship, accountability, and communication made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this contractor.
