Pros: they got an old apple juice stain out of my daughters dress…read more Cons: Customer service SEVERELY lacking. The dress was returned with a long picked thread! I noticed it upon pickup (12/15/2025) and was told that the owner would contact me. I paid and left. The owner never contacted me. After several phone calls, I finally got a claims form in my email. I responded the same day (2/10/2026) and have yet to hear back. I have made many more phone calls. There is no manager. The employees can't help with problems. Calls and emails are not returned. I regret sending my daughter's dress here and will never return. (3/24/2026)

Ruined my $250 satin Mother's of the Bride Dress…read more I bought the dress in mid-October for my daughter's wedding and after wearing it took it to Tiger Cleaners at Peachtree Plaza on November 14th. The gown is satin and labeled Dry Clean Only, so I used their drive-through drop-off. On November 19th, I went inside to claim the dress and inspect it before paying. I was shocked to find that the gown now has at least ten visible snags, runs, and pulled threads across the dress and satin fabric is not repairable. None of this damage was present when I dropped it off. I refused to accept the dress until I spoke with the owner. The owner, Mr. Li, called me the next day. He offered to waive the cleaning fee and give me a twenty-dollar store credit. He also claimed that his staff saw no issues while handling the gown and said there is no proof the damage did not already exist. I explained that if several employees handled the dress and said they saw nothing wrong, yet I discovered significant damage before taking it home, their own statements suggest the damage occurred under their care. Tiger Cleaners promotes that they have one hundred years of experience, and the text they send when they check in your garments reads, "Thank you for trusting Tiger Cleaners with the careful cleaning of your clothes and household items." I still have the ticket, the drop-off confirmation, and the text telling me the dress was ready. (For now on I will video tape my item inside the store at the time of drop off and ask the employee to confirm the condition of the item at drop off). Despite the evidence, Mr Li says he will not replace it or provide fair compensation. I said that I would take him to Small Claims Court. He says he welcomes seeing me there.

Hands down the WORST consumer experience of my life. Chaos…read more They lost my order (two suits and two shirts) last year in May 2024 and I had to follow up with them every week for until they found it in early July. Now, I made a mistake and didn't check closely that all my items were there. A year later, I discovered a unique shirt was missing. I called, hoping they might still have it, and knowing it was a long shot. Now, at this point, if they had just told me, "so sorry, there's nothing we can do," I wouldn't be writing this review. In my first call (and eerily, the next 3-4 calls, as if the first had never happened), they said it would have been donated after "several phone calls to come pick it up" -- phone calls I never received. The employees promised they'd call me back each time. That was late June. It's now August 15th. I've called them back every week since, with no apologies but plenty of promises from them. Each time I was told a manager would call me "right back". One employee said the owner might be able to cut me a check. I was never called. I had to call each time. Each time I had to tell my story from the beginning. I finally spoke with the owner today. She immediately started scolding me, saying if it's been over a year, there's nothing they can do. She immediately matched my level of upset and insisted I was LYING to her and that her employees would "never" mention writing a check because that's not their "policy". She also did not believe me when I told her about my experience in 2024 because her floor manager "doesn't remember it". After calling me a liar, the owner offered a $40 discount (a fraction of the shirt's cost, not to mention my time) of service. I have no interest in risking my garments with them again. She did not apologize. Not for losing my shirt or wasting my time, this time around or in 2024. They could have apologized and told me there was nothing they could do two months ago. Instead I got lead on with promises of a replacement and then and finally scolded, belittled, and called a liar by the owner. Absolutely outrageous. Chaos.

They said it might take a while for the stains, so I figured that was the issue. I finally got a call, my first call about it, in November/December and let them know I would be out of town until the next week, they said that was fine over the phone. I came to pick up my items and they told me they donated them because I had left them there over two weeks and refused to tell me where they donated them. I asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn't let me, said they would write down my number and they never got back to me and wouldn't answer the phone. Worst experience I've ever had with dry cleaning. These people are horrible human beings.

Put them in the car and drive home. When I got home, I removed the plastic wrap and noticed the jackets were NOT cleaned. They had visible hair (some not ours, we are not blonde), lint on them and they were not Dry Cleaned as expected. We paid $46.00 for all three to be Dry Cleaned. We called the cleaners and told them what happened and they said we could bring them back to be cleaned again. We were reluctant but decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Just picked them up today, 1/6/22 and they all smell moldy and not visibly clean. They seem to have been lint rolled as the hair is gone but don't feel as if they were truly cleaned. Mentioned it again to the woman behind the counter and she said she could have them cleaned again . It should not take three attempts to clean an article of clothing. Called the manager at the facility where they take them to be cleaned and she said she gave them to someone and she saw them put them into the machine to be cleaned. Either their machines are not working properly or they really just didn't clean the jackets. I feel this is terrible customer service and business etiquette. Will not return nor refer!
