Pros: they got an old apple juice stain out of my daughters dress Cons: Customer service SEVERELY lacking. The dress was returned with a long picked thread! I noticed it upon pickup (12/15/2025) and was told that the owner would contact me. I paid and left. The owner never contacted me. After several phone calls, I finally got a claims form in my email. I responded the same day (2/10/2026) and have yet to hear back. I have made many more phone calls. There is no manager. The employees can't help with problems. Calls and emails are not returned. I regret sending my daughter's dress here and will never return. (3/24/2026) read more

Ruined my $250 satin Mother's of the Bride Dress. I bought the dress in mid-October for my daughter's wedding and after wearing it took it to Tiger Cleaners at Peachtree Plaza on November 14th. The gown is satin and labeled Dry Clean Only, so I used their drive-through drop-off. On November 19th, I went inside to claim the dress and inspect it before paying. I was shocked to find that the gown now has at least ten visible snags, runs, and pulled threads across the dress and satin fabric is not repairable. None of this damage was present when I dropped it off. I refused to accept the dress until I spoke with the owner. The owner, Mr. Li, called me the next day. He offered to waive the cleaning fee and give me a twenty-dollar store credit. He also claimed that his staff saw no issues while handling the gown and said there is no proof the damage did not already exist. I explained that if several employees handled the dress and said they saw nothing wrong, yet I discovered significant damage before taking it home, their own statements suggest the damage occurred under their care. Tiger Cleaners promotes that they have one hundred years of experience, and the text they send when they check in your garments reads, "Thank you for trusting Tiger Cleaners with the careful cleaning of your clothes and household items." I still have the ticket, the drop-off confirmation, and the text telling me the dress was ready. (For now on I will video tape my item inside the store at the time of drop off and ask the employee to confirm the condition of the item at drop off). Despite the evidence, Mr Li says he will not replace it or provide fair compensation. I said that I would take him to Small Claims Court. He says he welcomes seeing me there. read more

I have used Tiger Cleaners for years now and recently have had terrible results. Each time is worse than the time before, my clothes are tattered looking and still dirty. Broken buttons and rippled fabric. One very pricey dress has obvious red sauce stains that were overlooked with no note saying special attention was given. The last order was the worst, every single item had something wrong and my bill was $93 read more

I went in to get my pants dry cleaned as well as tailored. An older woman with crazy hair and glasses was working. When I requested an inch added to pants, she wrote down my request and repeated it back to me. She accidentally said I needed an inch taken off so I politely corrected her saying I needed an inch added on. She admitted the mistake and wrote down the correct request. I received a text the next day that my pants were done (which I thought was fairly quick). I went in to pick them up and paid. I went home and tried them on and they were the same length. So I brought the pants back in and the same lady was working. I told her that a mistake was made and my pants still needed tailoring. She then explained to me like a child what the difference was in between adding and subtracting. I told her a mistake was made and I needed the pants tailored with an inch added on. Even though I was very calm and respectful the whole interaction she became very defensive. She started to tell me I was wrong and requested that I had an inch taken off (even though I don't think any alterations were made in the first place). I told her very calmly about how I had to correct her before when she originally wrote down my request. She then started to raise her voice and very rudely tell me I was lying and she, "wont just stand there while I lie to her face". I didn't even have words. She then proceeded to tell me to "get out of the store". I didn't know what to say and I was hurt I was treated that way so I just left. Also, why would I be needing an inch taken off with my height. It was pretty obvious that I needed an inch added on and I made that clear. Do not go here if she is working. I have had great service otherwise but I don't know if I will be returning with her treating me like that. read more

Update: After posting my original review, the owner contacted me personally to apologize and invited me to bring the jeans back so they could be properly fixed. When I returned the jeans, the staff present were pleasant and helpful. I appreciate the owner's willingness to address the problem, and because of that, I will likely continue to use Tiger Cleaners, just likely at one of their other locations. read more

Tiger Cleaners might seem convenient, but it is quite inconvenient to have your items damaged. A suit cleaning that resulted in 7 broken buttons along the front and wrist, without them even noticing and had me pay for it! Shame on my for not inspecting all my items before handing over my CC. After returning the item to be fixed they kept it for 3 weeks, finally getting it back to me with hideously unchange unmatched cheap plastic crap buttons, no where near the quality of the suit - or any suit other than a clown suit. Save yourself the trouble and get your things cleaned elsewhere. read more

Tiger Cleaners - In what world do these buttons match this suit?! - Laundry Services Near Me - Columbia, Missouri

Fast and convenient pick-up service. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My clothes always come back looking fresh and perfectly ironed.

Tiger cleaners on 2101 west broadway Brought my white linen blazer with cologne stains on the arms. Gave it back to me with more stains on the lapels and at the front of the coat. The lady first admitted and took it back. Stains didn't come off and she started getting argumentative. Told me I shouldn't spray colognes and these stains weren't there. So I told her that unfortunately I cannot accept it. She started yelling at me in store just moments ago , told me to read the paper attached to the garment and that she is going to throw it away To any business , small or large , Integrity is what is customers respect. Have it and we will appreciate you. read more

Decent enough. Price felt kind of high but it was quick and seemed to do a good job with my suit jacket too.

Fast and friendly service! They use less harsh chemicals than Green Meadows Dry Cleaners, and they have fast, convenient pick-up so you don't have to worry about parking downtown. read more

I went to this dry cleaner because I was given a coupon in a welcome package from folks in Columbia. I dropped of my clothing and was met with a confused employee. Upon picking up my clothing I was met with a very disgruntled employee who snapped at me for asking to review my clothing stain spots that were to be cleaned. She in fact would not let me review before paying, essentially holding my clothing hostage. She also would not allow me to use my coupon because she had never seen one in her two years of working there. I paid 40$ for clothing I don't even thing was cleaned and now it has a smell of cigarettes. I will never be going here again and I will be warning others to never go there. read more

Do not, I repeat do not use tiger cleaners. I brought my brand new Calvin Cline French cuff white shirt in. (This was a gift from my wife to be used at our wedding.) When I got it back it was torn near the armpit. I called the store and talked to the General Manager and he would not do anything to rectify this. He treated me as though I was trying to scam him out of some money. Horrible customer service! I was in the middle of talking with him when he just hung up on me. What kind of business treats people so badly? If I could choose zero stars I would! read more

Tiger Cleaners has done a consistently good job dry cleaning our clothes. We've taken them suits, dress pants dresses and delicate tops, and have never had any issues. They always come back looking great. The price and location are the main reasons we take our dry cleaning here. For example, we paid $28 recently to get a pair of pants, a full suit and a dress dry cleaned. They are located downtown, which is on my husbands way home from work. Their hours are a little shorter than other dry cleaners in town as they are only open until 6:30pm on weekdays. However, this is just something we keep in mind and plan accordingly. Typical turnaround time is two days, but they can get it done faster if necessary. The place doesn't look the cleanest or most organized, which concerned me at first, but those concerns have been put to rest. We have yet to take a challenging issue to them (a bad stain, for instance), but for basic dry cleaning this is a good option. read more

Brought in my clean shirt to be detailed, and they gave it back to me with greenish/black spots. Completely unacceptable. Apparently they think its okay to return an item in worse condition than when it was brought in. If you want your shirts ruined go here. read more

Horrible horrible what they did to me. Took some old sheets had used when drywall work done to cover furniture, so many would take me forver to do, so took to the Nifong store have always used, and they have a big washer n dryer there, told the lady checking me in to just wash, dry and fold please. I waited and waited, over ten days, still not done. Call and they said they are done, get there and they have the sheets hanging on hangers and covered with plastic like dry cleaning. What? Told her why? Seems the OTHER Lady who had no clue how to run a washer n dryer, sent them to the big store and they PRESSED THEM! Old sheets, some had paint splatters on them! They charged me OVER $260 for this? Really???? Then i complained, I was told, okay, they give me $100 dollars back BUT THEY CANT LOSE MONEY. This was not worth $60 bucks much less $160!!! Even tho i NEVER asked to press them. They fired the lady who had no clue, but yet, Steve told me. It was MY word. Against HERS, and yet I been a loyal customer for over 15 yrs. NOT NOW. They take the word of a women they fired. Hmm. So 160 bucks for old sheets. Steve, the owner, gave me some crap, saying "Well, we do have rich families in town, about eight of them, who like thier sheets pressed." I asked him, did they have paint on them..were they ripped? Old crappy sheets? I think not. ELEVEN SHEETS PEOPLE! They took my money and screwed me sideways. And if they had LOOKED on the sheets...they all say on the tags... NO IRONING NECESSARY! Just a heads up, yall. Check your order before leaving the premises. Oh, Steve DID offer me $10 bucks off my next dry cleaning. Wasn't that nice of him. read more

The service is fast, and I don't remember ever being dissatisfied with the results. My clothes smell and look good. My only issue is that the place is always so crowded. I wish they expand their shop. read more

I took an expensive shirt there and to have dry cleaned because I didn't want to mess it up myself by putting it in the washing machine. When I got it back they burned some of the letters off, and didn't tell me about it. When I took it back the manager told me that something must've been wrong with the shirt and that they wouldn't reimburse me my money, or pay for another shirt! Needless to say they lost me as a customer. read more

I recently moved to Missouri and the movers ruined a very expensive comforter by using it as packing. I went to multiple other cleaners and they were either going to use a regular washing machine or it would take up to 2 months to get it back. On a whim, I called Tiger cleaners (which is about 2 hours away) and they not only did a beautiful job, but when we called to verify when it would be done, they said they would have it done the next day, and it was!!! If you want amazing customer service from the phone to the store, go to Tiger cleaners...couldn't recommend them higher and will definitely be back! read more

I have no idea how they did it, but these guys saved my clothes from a terrible mold-related fate.
