Today at 6:05 p.m. Restroom was disgusting. My mother literally had to throw up outside when she entered the restroom. 2 Employees in the back finally acknowledged the customer that was waiting before us. While waiting , my mother had to go outside, i got her a bottle of water and took it outside to her in the car. When the female employee came to the front to assist. I informed her that i had a bottle of water already. Female employee was short and rude . They were in the back making fresh cookies, which was one of the reasons the customers in the front of the store had to wait so long for service . After we ordered, she took the tray of of our cookies from the clear visible stand. She took the cookies to the back and put them in a bag and returned quickly. My mother asked if the cookies were warmed up? She responded No because she wasn't allowed to heat up cookies today. She didn't offer us fresh cookies from the back. Who doesn't enjoy freshly baked cookies? And when they arrive as a surprise delivery....even better! I received a call from the receptionist indicating I needed to sign for a package. Having no idea what it could be but considering it was my birthday anything was possible. Too my surprise the delivery rep from Tiff's Treats was present with a heated delivery bag in tow. I signed the necessary paper work and she handed me the box which was quite warm to the touch. Once I returned my desk I opened the box and too my surprise it contained a dozen warm cookies (half Chocolate Chip Pecan, half M&M)! Needless to say I wasted no time taking one out biting into it. My Oh My.....it was delicious! The only thing missing was a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Of course, one cookie led to a second (in case you're wondering, I did share with a few people at the office.). While this was my first encounter with Tiff's Treats it will definitely not be my last. Having not gone through it myself, I was told the ordering process was very simple and only took a few minutes. So being a soft cookie lover I've heard so many good things about tiff's treat not one bad review from anybody so I had a meeting in Las Colinas and wha lah it was right next to tiffs treats so I was super excited. I tried the sugar, snickerdoodle and chocolate. The lady asked would I like for her to warm them up and I asked were they soft and she said they were room temperature. So I was like ehhhh go ahead. I got in the car went to take a bite of the snickerdoodle I was like ummm this has a weird aftertaste drank some water took a bite of the sugar and chocolate and they both were not at all satisfying. The customer service is great, always clean, friendly staff, and tip top clean! However, the cookie variety never changes and when it does---its a "classic". Compared to many of the Tiff Treat locations I expect more of a "random variety" with their best sellers. It's a fairly big deal because it's the only ones close to our home and we visit the store often. In response to Chip (Business Owner) 2/2/22- Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review. The background knowledge shared gives a better outlook for the consumer (myself). However, I am so impressed with the exceptionally quick response of Tiff's Treats to this situation that I feel the need to include this update. While I did have a poor experience, it was resolved with impressive customer experience as a follow-up. My trust in Tiff's Treats (and their yummy cookies) is restored. Let me preface this by saying I love Tiff's Treats and have always enjoyed their cookies at numerous locations throughout DFW. This, however, was an exceptionally bad experience. I ordered online for pick-up at 1 p.m. to get a treat for National Boss's Day. Went to the store and got there right at 1 when I was told it'd be a few more minutes. No problem. Time passes and I never see the guy I asked, so I ask another person to check on the order. The rather long line dwindles as other people get their orders in a timely manner. More time passes with no sign of either of them. At this point, I'm getting frustrated. I prepaid and it should've been ready for pick-up like the website says. A third girl comes out (by this time it's nearing 1:30) and returns with yet another person's order before mine. Finally, she comes out with my two dozen cookies and not so much as an apology for the tardiness. It was ridiculous. I love chocolate chip cookies and I love them more when they are freshly baked. I found this place about a month ago and decided to give a few of their locations a try. This is my favorite location because it's close to home and work. I love to bake but when I have a craving for chocolate chip cookies I just give them a call 30-45 minutes prior to my arrival and my cookies are hot and ready to go. They also send out weekly coupons by email and special cookies available for that week only. If you haven't been here you really need to give them a try. If you are in the area and don't feel like waiting for a fresh batch, they also carry cookies on hand in their display. Customer service is awesome. They also deliver to certain zipcodes. This Company is First Class! My son ordered cookies and truffles (yum) for me for Valentine's Day. I left work a little early that day and received a phone call from the delivery driver that he was there to deliver my gift. I explained that I had already left for the day and he, without hesitation, asked me if they could re-deliver them to me the next day. I was thrilled that they were willing to come back again! He provided the phone number for me to call to schedule the re-delivery for the next day. I called first thing in the morning and was greeted by a very enthusiastic employee who was apologetic that I had missed the delivery and was willing to accommodate my work schedule for the re-delivery. I love Tiff's Treats so so much. I miss having it all the time in Austin but I'm glad they're popping up all over the DFW area. My absolute favorite is the Tiff Blitz. If you haven't had that, you need to. It's vanilla ice cream (I think it's Blue Bell), with chocolate chip cookie dough and brownie pieces mixed inside. Packed on top are sugar cookie crumbs. If you're not in a big sugar craze, I recommend sharing it. Give it sometime to melt so it's easier to eat. Can never go wrong with cookies either, but the Tiff Blitz reigns king for me. read more
