I've been here twice and I have to say I'm very pleased with the customer service but not sure about the flavors. The first time I went I ordered a vanilla shaved ice which was not as good as other places and I wouldn't order it again here. Second time I ordered a banana and piña colada mix which was better but not 100% satisfied. But my friend has ordered the banana split and pure banana which he's loved so I'll try one of those next time. If you're reading this during COVID-19 season, yes they are still open! Also, be prepared for a LONG wait, they have long lines that will sometimes even be out to the street but they have great customer service and try to get everyone's orders out quickly! read more

This used to be my number one go to snow cone venue after Doc closed on Pioneer. Buyers beware if you so happen to get a Styrofoam extra large cup boogered up and swallow a chunk of Styrofoam the humans at the window as well as the Manager/Owner on the phone will call you a liar and say they didn't serve it to you like that.They will not exchange the damaged cup for a new one they will not honor refunds. Irving neighbors if I had enough money in my back pocket I would open up an A+ snowcone stand just for you and our children. Not only would I exchange the cup out I would start over and make you or your baby a fresh snow-cone and give you a coupon card for a free one if you ever decided to give us a second chance in the future. BTW cars 5- deep on both sides of drive thru. We waited patiently for over an hour. Unable to pull forward backward or sideways. Stuck like chuck people. read more

Shaved ice is good but depending on who makes it sometimes I have to ask for extra juice because it's barely any on there - which is no big deal, easy fix. My main reason for 3 stars is the customer service...What happened to a smile, a "Hello, what can I get for you today?", and pleasant tone of voice? Everyone has things going on outside of work but your attitude should not spill over into how you treat your customers. I recently found this place but I've already gone several times and one of the girls that tends to take my order always has an attitude and it's not cool. read more

Price was good, lots of flavors to choose from. I do wish they had a kiddie size because the small was much too big for my toddler. Ice wasn't the finest I've had, but totally worth it. What's better on a scorching hot Texas summer day than a refreshing fruity snow cone? NOTHING! Tastee ice is awesome. They have so many flavors, toppings, and possible combinations nicely packed in classic Styrofoam cups...who could ask for more. I've been to the Arlington and Irving locations and neither disappoint. First time I tried natural strawberry with chamoya topping which was fruity and spicy and tart all at the same time and in the Irving location I picked up watermelon and chamoya (can't get away!). Only draw back is that they don't offer descriptions of ALL of their specialty flavors so you either ask or go with something familiar. They're also CASH ONLY so bring your monies. read more

The young lady made a mistake and accidentally messed up on our order. Even though the young lady repeated our order correctly and messed up on only one order, the manager rudely came to the front and told us to make sure that state the correct order. First things first, your employee made an innocent mistake it wasn't a big deal to pay 37 cents for an extra flavor. Second we tried to politely explain what happen cause it's too hot to fuss over it. Lastly, the manager kept be rude by blaming us for her own employees mistake. I work in the medical field for over 15 years in pediatrics, so I clearly have an understanding of customer service. If I could give no stars I would, because I level of the customer was wrong you can't bully your own customers and tell them what "they better do". Not #BLM friendly and yes I'm a military family so I support our nation and my uncle is Chief of Police, so this is not biased. The only compliment is that the young employee did a great job remaking the shaved iced, but very poor customer service from the manager who ended the conversation with...well it's fixed so move on.... If you're the manager reading this, I hope you truly understand our concern. If you apologize, then I will change my rating and update the comments per your apology. read more

It was mid-May when we stopped in, and the weather was gloomy - but they were open and ready to please. The menu has more flavors and options than you could ever taste!
