    Tiff's Treats cookie delivery!

I want to follow up on a review that I post almost 2 weeks ago. After a very disappointing cookie delivery Tiff's Treats made up for it in only a way a company with great customer service can. I received a phone call from the VP of operations who was very kind and apologetic. His quick response was appreciated. That was followed by a delivery of cookies sent to my home which showed me just how much they value each and every customer! Having great customer service makes a difference. When Tiff's Treats chose to make their mistake into something positive it definitely made me reconsider never going back and placing a big order again. Going forward, I will say that I would hands down give them another chance! Thank you for caring about your customers and wanting everyone to have a great experience with your treats! The cookies were delicious I might add!

The best cookies in Austin! Let's start with that. These cookies are absolutely delicious, but I should mention they are on the pricier side for cookies. The store itself is a bit out of the way if you're walking around campus, and it's pretty small. There are a few outdoor tables, but seating is very limited. The good news? They deliver, which makes enjoying these incredible cookies so much easier! Their selection includes classics like Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, and Peanut Butter, but their Chocolate Peppermint Cookies (a newer addition) are a must-try. They also offer brownies and their famous cookie-ice-cream sandwiches, called Tiffwiches. Honestly, the Tiffwich is the best ice cream sandwich I've ever had! Tiff's is a true local treasure, and it's no surprise they're expanding rapidly across Texas. Highly recommend!

When most of the late(r) night places nearby are burgers and chicken, it's nice to have a sweet option.  Situated in an old house, it doesn't feel like a franchise chain.  While there's a lot of cookies on the menu, the brownies are the thing to get since they're huge and so delicious. Peanut Butter Brownie: Wow, this is rich.  Like a meal by itself.  If you look at the chips, they do a wonderful job of alternating between chocolate and peanut butter.  Plus a nice bit of peanut butter underneath.  So gooey when warmed to order. Chocolate Brownie: Another brownie that is gooey when warmed up.  The large amount of chocolate chips means it will break apart when warm.  But that's totally fine because there is nothing better than a messy gooey brownie.  I also appreciate how it had two sides of edges, since crispy brownie edges are the best. Salted Caramel Brownie: No chocolate here.  Some caramel inside, though not as gooey as the melted chocolate in the other brownies.  Maybe a bit too much salt.  It was decent, but the other brownies really outshined it. Chocolate Chip Cookie: Kinda felt like a Chewy Chips Ahoy, warmed up.  Their dough was a bit off from a typical cookie, like maybe they add some extra ingredients so it's soft when cold too? M & M Cookie: Like the chocolate chip cookie, but with M&Ms instead.  Same complaints about the dough.  Though the crunch of the M&M shell with warm melty chocolate inside was nice.

This is the original Tiff's Treats. It is a cute little shop. Enough room for you to come in pick up your items and leave. It's the perfect spot to get in and get out and enjoy the delicious cookies. They offer to warm your cookies up as well. I have no complaints about the first Tiff's Treats. It's small, clean, cute and simple for you to grab your delicious sweet treats and go.

tiff's treats is one of my favorite spots for cookies. their cookies are so good when they're still warm so i recommend eating as soon as you get it or heating it up. i visited tiff's this past weekend for national cookie day and got a free chocolate chip cookie and tried the flavor of the month which was mint chocolate chip. the chocolate chip cookie was soft and chocolatey and the mint chocolate chip tasted just like an andes mint! i've also never had any problems w their delivery and their service is always excellent! what i got: - chocolate chip cookie - mint chocolate chip (dec flavor of the month) ig: @whatsviveating

    Melted 4 day old cookies

I've been a loyal customer for years. The warm cookie deliveries are great This last order was supposed to be delivered on Friday, July 5th I received a confirmation email late in the afternoon that my 1-3 day shipment went out. They claim that they have no stores in Juno and notified me that they were shipping cookies It took 4 days and the cookies were warm because they arrived in South Florida on Tuesday Who wants 4 day old cookies anymore than they want 4 day old donuts? I'm done with Tifs after numerous emails where they defend 4 day old melted cookies as fresh

I love this company! Their cookies/ice cream/other treats are absolutely amazing and they go above and beyond with their service every time I order with Tiffs! I love ordering the birthday package on close friends birthdays. Tiffs delivers a huge box of goodness to whoever you need and you end up looking like a hero - it's perfect. Thanks Tiffs!

Stopped here randomly because I wanted to try the hype. These are good cookies but really sweet. I'd recommend the snickerdoodle. I Persia didn't like the brownie because of the chocolate chips on it. A huge plus is that they will warm the cookies for you or even bake them fresh!

Came to pick up some cookies for my friend's birthday because I've heard nothing but good things about Tiff's Treat! So many of my friends always come here for cookies and I can definitely see why :) Since I picked up a dozen, half pecan chocolate chip and half peanut butter. Peanut Butter - 5/5 Absolutely loved this! The cookies had the perfect soft and chewy texture. It was also still warm since it was straight out the oven. The peanut butter flavor was not overwhelming but definitely was flavorful. There were small pockets of peanut butter in a cookie to give it an extra peanut butter taste. 100% would recommend Pecan Chocolate Chip - 4/5 I was never too crazy about chocolate chip but I love pecan flavors so I decided to try this out. Definitely had the same perfect texture the peanut butter cookies did also. I did feel as though the flavor for these cookies were not as rich, but nonetheless it was still delicious Overall, I would recommend Tiff's Treat to anyone who loves a good cookie or is craving something sweet. They will not disappoint!

I prefer the mini but they're sold out a lot which shows you how spectacular this place is. My go to is the nutty valentine. The donut is always warm, fresh, and crispy. When we went our choices were $9-$10 donut base desserts. I say base because the toppings cover up the donut visually. Despite that, there's no covering that scrumptious taste and texture. Wowaweea. Yes, you feel your cells expand and pants tighten and it is for sure run club pre and post, but quite worth it. These divine donuts have that cakey interior I love so much. We had the Puddin': cream cheese icing, vanilla pudding, fresh bananas with nilla wafers. According to the menu. Ours didn't have any nilla wafers and the presentation was uneven, hence the four stars. I didn't miss the wafers. The icing and pudding were one goopy topping and the bananas slices were half scattered slices and half banana chunk that I had to separate. Side notes: Gourdough sits on a corner with parking spots that are not free. There's a pay via QR code so you'll need a phone or something to scan that. Boo for digital shackles. Next note- I feel like this is a low key meet up spot. Like the way they tried to make the first train cars on the MTA the singles car? There was a series of singles getting doughnuts and they were a little done up for the occasion. Who knows. With the little IG ready love seats and doughnuts made for sharing, you could walk away with extra sugar.

Even so, the ambience seems like the decorations were cute, but very cheap and damaged overtime with little to no repairs. But I didn't come here for aesthetics. I came here for great Boba tea and sweet treats. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. What looked like a traditional milk toast dessert, was literally four pieces of stale bread, toasted and stacked on top of each other. that tasted freezer burnt with lots of sauce on top. No topping between each layer so it was not flavorful or tasty and all you could taste was a weird chemical flavor from the bread. Same thing with the ice cream, so freezer burnt that it tasted of chemicals, cardboard, and didn't even melt despite sitting on the plate for 15+ minutes. The Taro tea itself was fine with the crème brûlée topping, but the brown sugar Boba had the same chemical "going bad" flavor to it. It was super hard and bitter tasting instead of sweet. The soufflé pancakes were fine, but the ice cream was terrible on that too. It's hard to mess up Ice Cream, but somehow they managed.
