Warm fresh cookies delivered to your door...or someone elses?!?!? YES PLEASE!! First time ordering and I am pleased. This is a new location and what better day to try it out than to send a gift to my hubby for Valentine's Day. I set up an account and placed an order online in about 6 minutes. I chose one of the gift sets (1doz cookies, brownies and pint of ice cream) and was able to select the type of cookies and ice cream I wanted to send. We love Blue Bell so that was a bonus...and they had hubby's favorite! You can choose a 1/2 dozen of cookies...so I selected two types. Home deliveries they do call the recipient to ask if they will be home in the time frame you select...so it could ruin the surprise a little. Hubby called me to make sure it wasn't a scam! I assured him he would want to be home for whatever was coming. They were right on time. The delivery came in a nice bag. Included was a box layered with brownies and cookies along with my customized card. Hubby was surprised and loved having a fresh out of the oven treat!! Happy customer. Will order again. This place was sooooooo good. I originally went here to get my best friend some yummy treats for her birthday but I did not know that the cookies would be soooooo soft and warm. The location was easy to get to and the staff was very nice and patient to help me with my indecisiveness. Parking was easy and I will absolutely return when I am in town again. read more

I have heard about these cookies for awhile now so I decided to order myself some. The cookies were nowhere near warm as they state they will be and the size of the cookies were very disappointing, I got some very small mixed with the larger cookies and the small counted toward my dozen and were half the size of the others. I stop in to Tiff's treats to get a few cookies to help me make it through my night shift at work. They always offer to warm the cookies up. I usually wait and warm them myself because they get stuck together when they are warmed by the store. My faves are the sugar cookie, snickerdoodle and the white chocolate with almonds. My absolute favorite is the lemon sugar but they only have that one on certain months. This store is way better than the ones in Plano and Allen. Don't know why. read more

I really love this place. Their cookies are to die for, the perfect combination of warm, gooey and flavorful. I love their snickerdoodles and the special cookies they offer occasionally. However their prices are really extortionate. $16 for a dozen cookies is over $1 a cookie, they're good but there's NO way they are that good, not to mention the $5 delivery fee that isn't dependent on location... I live a 2 minute drive from this location so the fee often puts me off wanting to place an order for myself and friends. It's a shame their prices aren't a little lower because they would sell a lot more! read more

I have stopped by this place 2 times and bought a box of cookies as a gift and a some extras to sample. The chocolate chip, sugar and snickerdoodle cookies are awesome. The cookies are fresh, warm and have a special homemade taste. They were quick to put the cookies in the box and make it look nice and they offered to warm the cookies which was awesome. So the overall question is how are the cookies? This was my first time trying them, as I just wanted some warm cookies and milk. The cookies are ok, not great. The flavor isn't anything special, and the size is small when thinking you're paying $1.50 for each cookie. I got chocolate chip and double chocolate cookies. Like I said they were just ok. Would I go back, maybe. It won't ever be a place that I crave or just have that feeling like "OMG, I have to have these." Great cookies not worth the terrible service though !!! Very unprofessional and not at all friendly. Then let people come in and ask the people waiting for their cookies to be done if they want to buy something from them and basically yelling. The employees were nice enough to let the girls take the cookies because the girls only had cash only after asking me to pay for it for them and they just give me the cash. Then a delivery boy came in unaware of anything it seems and was trying to help two different groups of people at the same time and then said "oh what was it i forgot ?" Then laughed. Tiff's treats is my husband and I's go to place when we want to surprise anyone we care about with warm, delicious, delivered cookies. They also have the best ice cream that reminds me of cookie dough. Just today I ordered some to be sent to my daughter at school for her birthday and she loved it and the attention she got from the cookies. I just wish there were more locations. We had to pay an extra delivery fee because we were a little further out. But I still think it's totally worth it. Who wouldn't love being surprised with cookies at home, work, or school? I've only been to this location twice but those experiences have been pleasant. The guy at the front counter was friendly and efficient. The store is tiny so I would imagine it could get a little tight in there if 2 or 3 families came in at once but that's neither here nor there. The cookies are nothing to call home about in my opinion but they are pretty good. I don't know if they are $9 bucks for half a dozen good, but it's a nice treat when you're in the mood for something sweet. read more

I just had my first experience at Tiff treats Arlington store. It was definitely an experience to remember it was a greatest customer service experience I have experience in a very long time.
