My boyfriend got me a box of cookies and they were delicious. Very soft, just the way I like it. Kinda leaning towards the pricy side for cookies, but still yummy. We tried an assortment and my fave will always be the chocolate chip. The funfetti one was also good. Not overly sweet like crumble, but then again, I like the sizes of those cookies. Still a good choice if you're having some cookie cravings. read more

Super confusing experience and menu. Was really excited to try with the kids but ended up being a bust and ended up just leaving. The staff was very friendly and nice. It's just we came for the first time today after seeing there was a Friday deal for ice cream sandwiches online when we came in and asked. "No we don't have any deals like that" Then after looking at the menu what looked like strawberry ice cream on the menu (which is hard to read cause the digital menu keeps rotating through so quick) asked for that. "Oh we don't have strawberry ice cream that's just a cream to spread on a cookie." Ok can we get a chocolate cookie sandwich. "No we only do cookie sandwiches with vanilla." Ugh. Ok can we just order a scoop of chocolate and a cookie. "No we only have chocolate by the pint"...but the menu says scoops of ice cream and doesn't say any specific flavors that are scoop vs pint only. After that we just left. Sucks cause looked like it could be amazing but after that experience it's unfortunately the first and last time we'll be here. read more

Stopped by here for a sweet treat after completing a doctor's appointment. The cookies are a little pricey, but after tasting them, they were well worth it. They had plenty of different varieties to choose from, and the clerk even heated them up for us before we left. All of the flavors were terrific, and we will definitely visit again. read more

We were coming from the Rangers game and my brother wanted dessert. I quickly found there was a Tiff's Treats not too far from the stadium. My brother has had Tiff's Treats already so was totally game to come here. It was my first time. I had the snickerdoodle and it was tasty but not quite as firm as I would have liked. My sister had a peanut butter chocolate I think, but mentioned warming it up in the bag may not be the move here. I won't write them off as I hear they are a very popular treat but I think not warming the cookie up may actually be better here. We'll see, I'll try them again soon. read more

C-O-O-K-I-E-S!!! These cookies make great gifts, and bring smiles to people's faces - correction: at least my face. I typically buy a dozen cookies, which fits perfectly into a box. To seal the deal, the box is wrapped with a cute, blue ribbon. Then the sweet goodies are placed in a fancy, sturdy take-out bag. Let's not just talk about the exterior looks. The cookies are soft and delicious. To take it to the next level, warm up the cookies and enjoy. My all time favorite is the chocolate chip pecan cookie. The chocolate just melts in my mouth, and the pecan adds a crunchy texture. When I'm feeling simple, I go for their snickerdoodle cookie - yummy cinnamon & sugar. They do deliver to my area, but it is a bit pricey. $15 for delivery since I'm out of the zone, and in the extended courier delivery zone. It's $17 for a dozen cookies. That's almost another box of cookies, so I rather make the drive and stock up. I'm definitely saving my calories for these carbs. Till next time! read more

Their warm cookies are always consistently amazing! You cannot go wrong with any soft warm cookie they offer. My fav is of course, chocolate chip. I recently got to try their cookie dough truffles (seasonal item). Omg. They are so yummy. Unfortunately, they are not sold separately and are a little pricy ($14 for 4), but nonetheless delicious. I loved the hard outer chocolate shell with the soft cookie dough inside. They are topped with toffee bits. This added an unexpected burst of flavor and texture. I love cookies and Tiff's Treats does a great job and making cookies. I have had them plenty of times at work. Very convenient just order on line. The cookies are hot and fresh. You do pay a little more but they are worth it once in a while. Great for work birthday's .You can also get balloons and ice cream with your cookie. I like all the different type of cookies none are bad. Chewy, soft and warm a little undered-cooked. This location in Arlington is easy in and out if you want to stop by. They have cookies ready to go. They will heat them up. It is a little cheaper to get a dozen. read more

My wife has used Tiff's Treats on a few occasions to have cookies delivered to our daughter in college. This was my time to physically visit a retail location. As you are reading my review, keep in mind that I do not have a sweet tooth. If it were left up to me, none of these places would exist because they wouldn't make money. It's not that they do a bad job. The employees here were friendly and did a great job. It's not that the cookies were not good. They were good. They were really good, actually. They were fresh. They were hot. They were soft. They were almost perfect. In order to be perfect, they needed to be bigger than what we make at home and these were not. They were the same size that we can make at home. It simply comes down to what you get for your money and if it is something I really want. Like I said above, I don't have a sweet tooth. So you may be asking why I came here. Well, it's because my wife and kids were with me and I was told we were going. Therefore, I went. I spent $6 on 4 cookies. Bottom line - According to my wife, they are excellent for delivery. As for me and my first visit to a retail store, it was simply A-OK due to value for money. Bon appétit. read more

So I was craving a warm good cookie tonight. Tiffs treats came recommended by an acquaintance. I drove at least 20 min to the Arlington location at 7:30pm. One of the young ladies at the front counter informs me that their cookies are the best when delivered because they are warm. I then proceed to tell her I had other choices if she couldn't really tell me they offered really great cookies. She stares at me and said what would you like to order. I order 2 snickerdoodle, 1 sugar, 1 chocolate chip and a pecan chocolate chip at a reasonable price of $1.50 per cookie. My surprise because they come wrapped up in a nice box and an even nicer bag. I did ask for them to be warmed up. Here goes everyone, I get in my car and I unwrap my cookies and take a bite. ( no warm melt in my mouth sensation)!! Now I'm somewhat disappointed and annoyed that I drove 20 min for a cookie that doesn't taste any better than buying a bag-at Walmart from the shelf. I've been in love with these cookies since a rep brought them to our office. They were soft and warm and I remembered thinking "MMMmmm". Ok, knowing me, I probably voiced that thought out loud. My favorite is peanut butter...so peanut buttery! I finally got the chance to come into a store for the first time recently. The shop was small and is more of a pick up and go establishment as there are no tables and chairs. It's fine. My car is comfortable LOL. You don't want to wait to devour these cookies. The guy at the counter was nice and patient while we picked out our faves to make a dozen. These are not fancy cookies. They are traditional flavors such chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, oatmeal raisin, sugar, etc but they're made well and delicious. And, if you're luckier than I am and located close to a shop, they will deliver these wonderful cookies to you (or a loved one) fresh and warm. I just happened to be in the area and poked my head in to grab some cookies. I was in town visiting some family, but this place is definitely good. First of all, big shoutout to Sebastian, the manager, for reaching out to me and allowing me to try Tiff's again. Amazing customer service 5/5 stars!!! I received a box of a large variety of cookies today including brownies and he was right! The cookies delivered to your door is warm and soft and cmon, what other establishment delivers cookies to your door? Compared to the cookies in the shop, the ones delivered were a world of a difference better! The texture and tastes were quite different. I tried the snickerdoodle since I got that in the store and I LOVED IT! All I can say is, order the cookies and get them delivered to your door instead of getting the cookies already made ready to sell! Amazing customer service and amazing cookies! I've been fortunate enough to receive Tiff's as a gift. Phenomenal cookies. Was quite surprised to learn they have retail shops and you can buy cookies for a buck fifty each. My five dollars were spent on a snickerdoodle, a peanut butter cookie, and two oatmeal raisin ones. This four pack didn't even make it to the driveway. They'll warm them up at the store and dare you to make it home. I failed. Glad to know I can get these treats on demand right off 30 in Arlington. read more

Tiff's treats was my thing when I was in college. Milk and cookies delivered to a late night study session? Yes, please. So when I had a craving for sweets and I saw there was one in Arlington, I had to stop by. The cookie quality is pretty good. I mean will they beat your family's kitchen sink cookies or your personal favorite bomemade? Not for me but they're tasty. Maybe it's because I've never gone in person to order from a Tiff's treats but Ill say I had a strange service experience here. I had to repeat my order several times (a cookie and a brownie), there was music blaring in the back and another staffer came up to the counter and started taking another order before mine was done which is fine except they were shouting. I only ordered small items and was confused by some food handling I saw. Tiff's treats is an awesome concept, and sending someone warm cookies is such a nice gesture but I personally wouldn't go back here again. read more

I'm so happy my company bought me Tiff Treats for my birthday! It'll make you feel special when they get delivered with your birthday noted on them!! We got 24 dozen, which of course I shared... then it included a pint of blue bell ice cream, two pints of milk and monogrammed bowls, and napkins! The cookies are okay, they're deliver warm and soft so that's way awesome but the flavor of any of the style of cookies just aren't awesome... they're just okay! I really want to love this place but they're clearly paying too much in over head for unnecessary stuff with just okay cookies!!! read more

I only give 5 stars to companies I've dealt with more than once, and that are consistent with their products, customer service etc. With that said, I have ordered cookies from Tiff's Treats several times now. Each and every time the cookies were hot, fresh, and delicious, and the staff have been very friendly. When I receive a box, they don't last long (they are very addictive)! Whenever there had been cookies left over from a day or two prior, they were still soft and chewy. Thank you Tiff's Treats. I recommend everyone try them. read more

This was my first time coming to Tiff's Treats. My best friends SWEARS these are the best cookies you can get. It's a small little shop that has the cookies on display as soon as you walk in. The place is very clean and smells of, well, fresh baked cookies. I can't say they're the beeest cookies I've ever had. The best part about the whole experience was Tyris. He was extremely personable and super kind. More places need employees as nice as him!! I'd say go ahead and stop by and try the cookies out yourself and enjoy Tyris' great personality. I had a horrible experience back on March 11th. I was so disappointed but thanks to Sebastian for handling my concerns immediately and fixing the situation. These by far are some of the best cookies and they even deliver them warm if need be. The chocolate chip are my favorite. If you have a TIFF's close by definitely try them out!! read more

Second, they didn't have the Lemon Cream available as a milkshake (though it was clearly on the menu) so I opted for a Strawberry Cheesecake. It was not good at all. Nothing tasted of strawberry and the cheesecake pieces were frozen and tasted frozen. It was pretty, though. The young ladies behind the counter were nice. The churros were !! They were so good!

It wasn't super sweet, just perfect. I didn't try the snickerdoodle cookie but the Dreamweaver was, a dream. Lol. PB wasn't bad either but I liked the Dreamweaver better. The crust also tasted like shortbread which I'm actually liking more than the traditional graham cracker crust (8/10). The next one is a classic key lime pie. I'm a crust person and well, I wish there was more of it, so that was kind of a let down. The key lime flavor is not too tart and the cream on top was perfect. Overall, it's a good pie, but not the best (8/10). The last pie was the banana cream pie which is one of my favorite flavors, and well, it was delicious! Another 10/10!! Definitely buying again. Price-wise, they're more towards the pricy side given their small size and being at $6 each, but we got four, so that was actually $22. This was the second location I've been to, since I went to the one in Mansfield and well, you can read my review on that. Overall, it's a nice place to stop by once in a while if you're craving some pie. If you want something more affordable and decent, Walmarts got some 89 cents pies!

I plan to come back and check out the food and order a different funnel cake! The service was amazing and it appears to be a black owned family restaurant. I love to support black owned businesses. There was a parking lot across the street; it appears to be a private lot with tow signs. When walking in, I was really impressed with the concept and how it all came together. I loved the futuristic decor and the lighting. I was greeted by the sweet Olivia, who guided me through their new location and showed me how to prepare my drink, from start to finish. I was looking forward to their Moon Bites, but they do not prepare food in their new location. They were so good, but I can understand the additional overhead it adds. Focus on the prize, that's the drinks and boba. To make up for no longer selling cooked meals, they have specialty items, including beef jerky. That's a great plus! I really like the fact that Olivia encourages samples. A lot of places aren't as open to free roaming when it comes to sampling their products. I always tend to end up at the honeydew, that is my absolute favorite! They have an assortment of popping and jellies to choose from. Whatever drink you choose, you'll find several that'll work perfectly with your flavors. Despite the parking, I will say they chose a great location. This is in the "college district" that has several eateries and establishments that bring in a healthy weekend crowd. What a wonderful new addition to that area, they are definitely worth the visit!

I also love Olivia's mission with her business; we need more girl bosses like her in the world!
