Bought a BRAND NEW Phaeton 40IH in 2021 from Happy Daze RV in Sacramento CA. On first visit back to Happy Daze service center (about 1 month later) after camping in our driveway several issues were found. Notably paint defects/imperfections. These were to be repaired under the warranty per the service workorder. They have not been repaired. The paint on the sidewall has started to crack as a result and Tiffin Motorhomes and Happy Daze RV are refusing to cover the repairs under the warranty. we have tried emailing with supporting documents and pictures and calling and leaving messages. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE and they do not honor their warranty!! Update: They also blocked me from their facebook page and deleted my comments and pleas for help. They haven't returned any phone calls as promised.

Corinth Rv Center - the infamous control board

Corinth Rv Center

Was on the road and needed a replacement part, a control board for my RVs refridgerator, which…read morenobody seemed to have. I called Corinth RV's parts department and over the phone told her what I was needing and was looking for, gave her the manufacturer part number and in a couple minutes search Janet told me she could get it overnight and I could pick it up on my way through town the next day. No deposit asked or to pay for it all upfront. Not only did Corinth RV get the part for me the day as I was passing through, they also had the best price on the part by far. They were at least 20% under all the competition. She even gave me a veterans discount on top of their low price. When I arrived she apologized that the board had not arrived yet (third party delivery is totally beyond her control), and that it was out for delivery and should be there within the hour. She also called to make sure while I waited. I went to grab some lunch and while we were gone she called that it had arrived and was ready whenever I got back. Great customer service. When no one else could get the board, they did. Kind, friendly, helpful service and an exceptional parts manager. 4.5 Stars rounded up for the exceptional customer service 01291

You pull your Harley in....you pull your Harley out…read more You pull your 5th wheel up and you shake it all about You do the hokey pokey and you spin your toy hauler all around.....that's what choosing your RV is all about! That's the tune I've had going on in my head for over a month. Corinth RV doesn't have larger toy haulers, but they have a huge selection of bumper pulls, fifth wheels and pop-up campers. The salespeople are very nice and accomodating and understand when it's time to walk away and let you search through the inventory at your pace. They offer reasonable rates on loans up to 15 years. In the showroom there is an antique Coke machine and the restore and paint was done by the team of painters there at Corinth RV, as a demo of their painting abilities.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Best place to buy your RV. Let me tell you my story. I bought a…read morebrand new Camper last June 2024 and paid cash for itat Bankston Motor Home. I should have walked out as soon as I went into that place but that was my first RV and I didn't know any better. . They were not friendly and they treat you like you owe them. I decided to trade my RV that I just bought from them (Bankston in Huntsville) five months ago for a bigger one. Usually, one would think that a second time around customer would get good deal and treatment for the camper they bought from them.... Think twice! They try to rip me off by offering me the lowest ball price for a brand new 2024 camper that I just bought from them- yes just five months ago! The owners are a snob! Don't even try to negotiate with them negotiate. They never come out of the office to meet you. Instead they send their poor salesperson to give you the insult. That motorhome place is the biggest rip off. Stay away from them. Buyer beware! You can get better deals somewhere else. They are not friendly nor they treat their customers right. So I'm glad I found this awesome place "Great American RV Superstores in Huntsville! Wish I would have done better research fist time around and found this place before I bought my first RV from Bankston! Everyone at Great American RV Superstores- Huntsville went out of their way to treat me like royalty and family! My Sales Person Thomas was awesome and couldn't recommend him enough. They don't rush you and answer all your questions. The GM and other store Managers and all their staff from service to finance came to meet and greet me. They treat you like family! They gave me the best deal/ offer for my camper and the best deal for new one I bought from them. From the buying experience all they way to the walk thru and delivery they stayed in contact with me. Even after the sale, I have contacted them and they have gone out of their way to answer all my questions and help me. They respond ASAP and don't keep you waiting! I highly recommend Great American RV Superstores in Huntsville (Tanner) AL. Highly recommend all of their staff! They got my business for life. They know how to keep their customers happy and coming back! Will definitely be back for all my RV service and latter on for my dream future RV rig.

Beware of arbitration clause in contract. Read to understand issues…read more I purchased a new Class C motorhome from GARV (~$135K) plus a warranty costing another $6895. I was told I would get a full refund for the warranty if I cancel within 30 days. After reviewing the warranty company in the contract, I saw their "1.5" customer service rating with no positive reviews. I emailed the Finance Manager my notice to cancel a few days later. He explained the refund would be sent to US Bank since I had agreed to a short time finance agreement which entitled GARV to a special financing "bonus" from the bank. I also shared the information I found about the warranty company. After I submitted my cancellation request, my relationship with GARV completely changed. The local General Manager informed me they had changed companies for their warranties and my research was inaccurate, strongly urging me to not cancel and indicating I would regret not keeping it. I cancelled anyway and recommended he update the contract with the correct company name. After NUMEROUS emails and in person visits, it took 95 days to get the refund. Section 13 of the contract (Alabama specific requirements) specifies refund MUST be provided within 45 days or they would be required to pay a 10% PER MONTH penalty which GARV refuses to willingly comply. I did not intend to ask for the penalty but after the poor treatment I received, I requested it and it was DISAPPROVED. I decided to file a small claims court case for the amount I am still owed ($2061) but I realized Section 12 of our contract invoked an arbitration clause for settling disputes, specifying only American Arbitration Association (AAA) will be used for arbitration. Preliminary research indicates this process may be cost prohibitive, time consuming and usually favors the business (GARV) that put the clause into their contracts, regardless of the facts presented for arbitration. My rights to file a small claims court case is now prohibited which I assume they knew, feeling more confident to not honor the contract in regards to the penalty. During this time, a former GARV employee put me in contact with another customer that waited 84 days for his refund and the penalty payment was also DENIED. Relations were great until we cancelled the additional warranty so I assume their cut of that warranty fee is substantial since they are willing to ruin relationships with former customers over it. I have evidence that proves I met ALL requirements for the penalty and their lawyer emailed me stating I was not entitled to receive the penalty payment. The lawyer cited false rationale using made up facts, claiming they were in full compliance with the contract. Although my emails with GARV staff and their lawyer show otherwise, I must go through AAA to present my case and a FINAL decision will then be made by THEIR arbitrator. Over 6 months has now passed so I feel pretty confident that we are not the only customers that have been treated this way. GARV is not being represented professionally when their management, employees and lawyers respond in this manner and now their reputation will reflect that. In the interim, the best I can do is inform other GARV customers about my experience. Hopefully, former customers will review their contracts and demand the penalty (when appropriate) and new customers will decline to sign any contracts when the restrictive arbitration clause is included. I recommend everyone to seriously consider the limitations of signing a binding arbitration agreement because it seems to only protect the party that refuses to honor the contract. Also, service availability/quality has also been frustrating but I'm out of space to list those details. Based on my previous experience with GARV, I expect they will post details of how they have been perfect, met all requirements and state I am being unreasonable. The Better Business Bureau shows a "1.85" rating with 29 registered complaints. Review at the BBB website. Side note: What are the odds of getting 4 legitimate 5-star reviews on Google within a couple hours of this 1-star review going live on Google? Amazingly, they did.
