Well my air condition was not lined up the drain drain tree was not lined up with the air condition, so that is the reason all of the water was coming inside the camper. Send everything to KZ Durango for warranty. Then Dustin told me my claim was denied but I have an email showing that my claim was approved. Here is the funny Dustin sent in an invoice and everything to Kz warranty The invoice that I got from Mr. Kelly the service repair company shows 379.63 not 499.63 Dustin is trying to charge an extra 120 for something that he didn't even do because he's in Alabama and I am in Louisiana so heads up people keep an eye out on what they charge you because they are crooked people. I will post pictures of the invoices y'all can see for yourself oh and plus when you try to call any of them to get them to call you back they will not call you back. Our two small rambunctious children were with us and the whole staff made them feel right at home. Even popped them some popcorn. We feel like we got the best deal around!! Also getting our finance together was a breeze with these pros!! We travelled two hours to do business with this company (worth the drive believe me!) We purchased a Salem Forrest River Travel Trailer from Triple H. We bought it in 2024, it is a 2022. They advertised it as new and said it was a model they just never sold. We drove it away after they said all systems worked, had the fireplace on, this was January and the heat on. Assured us the AC was great and cold. our first trip was later in January. Got to our camp site, no heat!!! Called triple h and they pretty much told us too bad. Sold as is. We would not have minded that but they deceived us with the heat on from the fireplace. We take it for repairs. The heat works fine. Just got to our beach spot, 85 degree weather and no AC!!! Now that has to be fixed by a mobile AC person because we are setup for our 2 week vacation. Oh and for a new camper, why were the anoids in the water heater corroded? Why are we seeing issues, like a gridle for outdoor cooking with grease stains in it? Hmmm, they used this camper and sold it as new.when I confronted them they said "as is". They lie and deceive. I will never but from them again and if I were you I would stay away from Triple H!!! read more

We bought a used 35' Windjammer which we were assured was all in working order. The maintenance guys worked really hard before we left to fix a few little things here and there that were amiss. One thing that was discovered not to work before we left was the fireplace, and they weren't able to replace it, but we were assured by salesman Dustin Witt that he would ' make it right' because 'we stand behind everything we sell'. Send me the receipt when you buy a new one. We knew that it needed a good cleaning and that we would paint the inside. What we didn't realize was that it has never been touched in any manner of preparation the whole time it sat on their lot. It was filthy!!!! We ended up having to re-do the entire inside it was so nasty. When we pulled the carpet out, we found that it had two leaks and the floor in one of the sideouts was rotten through. I sent the receipt for the fireplace to Dustin but have never even gotten a reply, much less any compensation. read more

Noone told me this in the negotiations I bought the warranty for $2200 dollars What a scam. If you decide to cancel it the fee is $900. I text Boozier Monday a.m. before business hours to cancel it and called Jake no progress or return call. Now I'm being told it may have been processed funny thing Saturday I left when they left. Jake has yet to return a phone call. Here is my honest take on this place Good Ol' country boys to talk to. But will not stand behind the purchase. They are your buddy when buying but when you drag the camper off buddy ship is over! They say no one will beat their price. Well when you get through with the warranty and equipping the RV for use you'll see! If you cant get a phone call $16,000 dollars later or a call returned 2 days after a purchase what makes you think they will stand behind the product 6 months later. The salesman, Kyle Hulsey, was amazing and he was always very much concerned with our needs. He answered questions and returned calls and emails promptly. He went above and beyond to meet our needs. One star due to the financial team, Randy and Jake (the finance manager) Jake was rude, he cared little about our concerns, he rarely returned emails or texts, which was his preferred means of communicating. He was belittling. He and Randy both changed their stories multiple times. When I asked Jake why he told me something incorrect, he went around the question and never answered. I directly asked 3 times. Also, HE GAVE MY PHONE NUMBER TO A 3RD PARTY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION resulting in me getting an unsolicited call and text that I did NOT request. This was AFTER I had told him I didnt need their services because I had a company of my own. We drove almost 2 hours to Triple H because of the integrity, morals and values of the salesman, Kyle Hulsey, but due to Jake and Randy we did not purchase. Instead we felt belittled, unimportant, angry, and like they were trying to con us. Jake informed me that I wouldn't be happy with anything. I would be happy with what we originally agreed to, not what his modified version was to suit their needs. We still plan to purchase a camper but it will not be from them as long as Jake and Randy are there. read more
