Dreamfinders was very easy to work with. They helped us purchase a Motorhome when we thought it was impossible. Highly recommend!

Like most of America this past year, the need to get outside and roam grows daily. If you go on…read moreyoutube and search the thousands of videos of folks downsizing their lives and going on the road to a much simpler lifestyle. So, for the past few months I've been looking at travel trailers that would be able to be anywhere from a weekend land yacht, to a daily life rig. This search brought me to Hole In the Wall... I mean Howenwald, Tennessee... and I must say, I am all the better for it. The folks at Oliver treat you with such a welcoming vibe from the moment you arrive. We got a chance to tour the static models out front, and Phil was great in showing us the factory tour to see how all the quality and craftsmanship that goes into making an Ollie from start to finish. You can tell they take a lot of pride in each Oliver made. One thing I have learned in the past 3 or 4 months in this journey to find an RV/Trailer, this is not a decision to make lightly and quality does matter and is apparent when you know the difference. We still have some months to go before we make a final decision but if you're considering, make sure you make a trip to TN and put the Oliver on your list of finalist!

Beware of arbitration clause in contract. Read to understand issues…read more I purchased a new Class C motorhome from GARV (~$135K) plus a warranty costing another $6895. I was told I would get a full refund for the warranty if I cancel within 30 days. After reviewing the warranty company in the contract, I saw their "1.5" customer service rating with no positive reviews. I emailed the Finance Manager my notice to cancel a few days later. He explained the refund would be sent to US Bank since I had agreed to a short time finance agreement which entitled GARV to a special financing "bonus" from the bank. I also shared the information I found about the warranty company. After I submitted my cancellation request, my relationship with GARV completely changed. The local General Manager informed me they had changed companies for their warranties and my research was inaccurate, strongly urging me to not cancel and indicating I would regret not keeping it. I cancelled anyway and recommended he update the contract with the correct company name. After NUMEROUS emails and in person visits, it took 95 days to get the refund. Section 13 of the contract (Alabama specific requirements) specifies refund MUST be provided within 45 days or they would be required to pay a 10% PER MONTH penalty which GARV refuses to willingly comply. I did not intend to ask for the penalty but after the poor treatment I received, I requested it and it was DISAPPROVED. I decided to file a small claims court case for the amount I am still owed ($2061) but I realized Section 12 of our contract invoked an arbitration clause for settling disputes, specifying only American Arbitration Association (AAA) will be used for arbitration. Preliminary research indicates this process may be cost prohibitive, time consuming and usually favors the business (GARV) that put the clause into their contracts, regardless of the facts presented for arbitration. My rights to file a small claims court case is now prohibited which I assume they knew, feeling more confident to not honor the contract in regards to the penalty. During this time, a former GARV employee put me in contact with another customer that waited 84 days for his refund and the penalty payment was also DENIED. Relations were great until we cancelled the additional warranty so I assume their cut of that warranty fee is substantial since they are willing to ruin relationships with former customers over it. I have evidence that proves I met ALL requirements for the penalty and their lawyer emailed me stating I was not entitled to receive the penalty payment. The lawyer cited false rationale using made up facts, claiming they were in full compliance with the contract. Although my emails with GARV staff and their lawyer show otherwise, I must go through AAA to present my case and a FINAL decision will then be made by THEIR arbitrator. Over 6 months has now passed so I feel pretty confident that we are not the only customers that have been treated this way. GARV is not being represented professionally when their management, employees and lawyers respond in this manner and now their reputation will reflect that. In the interim, the best I can do is inform other GARV customers about my experience. Hopefully, former customers will review their contracts and demand the penalty (when appropriate) and new customers will decline to sign any contracts when the restrictive arbitration clause is included. I recommend everyone to seriously consider the limitations of signing a binding arbitration agreement because it seems to only protect the party that refuses to honor the contract. Also, service availability/quality has also been frustrating but I'm out of space to list those details. Based on my previous experience with GARV, I expect they will post details of how they have been perfect, met all requirements and state I am being unreasonable. The Better Business Bureau shows a "1.85" rating with 29 registered complaints. Review at the BBB website. Side note: What are the odds of getting 4 legitimate 5-star reviews on Google within a couple hours of this 1-star review going live on Google? Amazingly, they did.
