I had previously had some work done here, and they did a good job, but this second time, not so much... We requested them to fix a slide leak. The next day, it rained, so we were back in because it still leaked. They worked on it some more and we had to leave for our next location. It's still leaking. They also removed our dinette and put in a computer work station. It functions well, but they left some trim off and we had to point it out so they could finish the job. The other thing that irked me was they left the whole camper a complete mess. Sawdust everywhere and bits and parts laying around. Not happy, and we will not be returning. read more

We just had a bunch of work done at Bunkhouse on our 2011 Phaeton while we were having Chris Berry do some cabinetry work, and we couldn't be happier. Convenient on-site overnight parking, very friendly (seems everybody in AL is...) and knowledgeable staff, and an AMAZING warehouse full of everything Tiffin has ever produced on any coach, pretty much ever. Their rates are crazy cheap, I almost felt guilty looking at the bill. What we had done, that we thought they handled very well: Dash AC recharge - actually discharge since it was overcharged - notice the difference right away! New rear jack retractor springs installed New thermostat installed - our furnace wouldn't kick in Sun shade motor replaced Outside step motor and gearbox replaced Toilet sprayer fixed - the valve wasn't put in right from the factory. Everything including parts was around $900 - I expected a 2k bill for the amount of time they put in! In short - great folks, great service, great price! Tell em we sent you. J & C read more

We have had work done at allegro for the last year, but this time we went to the bunk house just a little across the road.
