I requested a basic manicure and pedicure. Was the second to the worst mani pedi I've enter had. Mail technician name sounded like LeeAnn. She didn't not push back my cuticles, but cut them all instead, which looked awful the next day. The color choices were awful. She yanked skin and nail from my toes. And only applied one coat of polish. Not a pampering pedicure like I've always had in the past. Maybe it's ok for people that have extensions and fake nails or whatever done. But don't go if you want basic service. And i felt very rushed. read more

The owner I speak with frequently to sched appts, reschedule(If I have an unfortunate issue): Is Christina she's profesional, communicates very well. Today at check out. Christina's husband who happens to be a nail tech. Just left me standing at the counter. "Honestly, he walked away when I had to pay an above average amount for deluxe services. I am not concerned about the $$$ I'm just amazed :-0 at the I could care less attitude of this man. IT's A SHAME THAT CHRISTINA WAS NOT THERE. It's quite obvious who's made this business successful. And, is maintaining the order for keeping them afloat. In this day an age when so many businesses are struggling to stay afloat. ***The Location In The Indian River Mall Is Awful. *** Their Parking Lot Is Absolutely Scary Dark After 5:45pm. I was told on the phone that they could do a Hard gel fill . I also scheduled a pedicure. The pedi was first . I opted for an upgrade to a super spa pedi. If what I got was super, I made the wrong choice & should have just gotten a normal one. I didn't get the parafin wax although the tech said I did. I was not going to argue. Seemed the only difference was hot stones. That was nice but not worth the extra $30. As for the mani, she had no idea what I was talking about. I even called my salon in NJ to help her understand. She did not. Although she said she did. So... she took off most of my nails & just gave me a gel mani. I should have stopped her & just went with the pedi. But I did not so shame on me. I came here to get a broken nail repaired and a manicure and less than 24 hours later that SAME nail that was broken broke again in the SAME place, and not from a rough activity, just while washing my own hair. I went to get the nail repaired and they did such a quick job that they missed a spot of paint on the side of my nail. Horrible experience, I upgraded to the super pedicure because he was doing a shitty job so I thought upgrading would help definitely not should have just left. I upgraded they did not do the paragon wax used hot stones. They gave me only 10 options for colors and when I asked for more he got pissed. establishment is clean but service sucks. I had an appointment for full set and pedicure needless to say I only received pedicure and left. charged me changed the price when I said I didn't want my nails done. this place is horrible. read more

The 2 star rating is being generous... You walk in and check in at the counter via iPad, I thought that part was super cool. I hadn't been here in a little over 6 months give or take and they definitely revamped the place up a little. The environment is beautiful, no nauseating smell, Well over 25+ chairs (not including the pedicure areas) and so on. The place was absolutely stunning. I just wish they had better employees. I've been getting my nails done for over a year so I know what looks right and what doesn't. I used to think everything looked good no matter what but when you pay top dollar it adds up and you obviously want the best for your buck. When I walked in I told them I wanted a healthy nail fill- $35. When the guy took me back I showed him the picture of the idea I wanted in mind, he then told me it was $50... well okay ombré IS 2 different colors so i figured sure whatever. Onto the nail work itself.. my nails prior too were pretty beat up since I work in a kitchen. The man filed them down and did everything as normal, originally I noticed that my right ring finger was not as glittery as the rest and he did go back and fix it after I said something, in the light you can see where he dipped my nail into the glitter and failed to blend it up word. In the pictures alone it's not very blended. It just kind of looks like I have glittery tips. Which to be fair I don't necessarily hate it, yes it's rather small, but still... come on. Blend better. My cuticles are all cut up, and my right pointer finger is u finished... I didn't even notice until I got back home :( in the pictures you can clearly tell the rest of my fingers are punk and in my pointer you can clearly see my nail.. I am new to the area and decided to try Tiffany's. The ease of doing an on line appointment was great but the quality of my gel manicure and regular pedicure was probably the worst. Gel mani chip in a few days and the application of polish was, on both mediocre at best. Their signs claim them to be clean, hygienic etc..but I see no difference in the many places I've been from Los Angeles to New York. I will not be going back. read more

Came in here with my son for pedicures. The nail tech who did my pedicure was in rush (there was no line nor were they busy) and very... aggressive. She did a horrible paint job on my toes and when I asked her to fix one of the toes she was not nice at all. Very disappointed and definitely not returning. read more

I went to Tiffany's twice, and each time I was disappointed the first time they never smoothed out my heels of the dry skin, and then the second time I went it was by far the worst pedicure I ever had in my life I get gel, the gel was left around the cuticles of my toes the skin around my toes was jagged and the heels of my feet in fact, the entire bottom of my feet that was supposedly smooth was not. They were more rough than when I walked in the door. I gave this place a second try because it was highly recommend it to me, but I will never go there again. read more

So I brought my kids here for birthday pedicures ... this is our 2nd visit. The first time, my 9yo started the pedicure with the tech who was pulled away to work with an adult...she waited an Hour in the chair while the rest of us got our pedicures then we had to wait for her. Today...SAME THING...except 3 techs started her feet, then pulled away to work with someone else. If she were an adult, she wouldn't have received this treatment. If I'm paying for a service that you say you have an opening for, complete the service. Otherwise schedule an appt. Don't start a task, let the water get cold then come back & "oh sorry". Unacceptable service. One time, I get it, 2 times is pushing it...we won't be back for a 3rd. Need to work on scheduling & better mgmt practice if you're crowding people in that you clearly don't have staffing for. read more

Got my nails done -- I asked for a thin French tip gel manicure. I got a thick french manicure even though I kept saying thinner. I felt so rude but I gave up after a couple of tries. The gel covered beyond my nails and the guys was rushing. :( The manager saw I wasn't pleased yet didn't care much about it. Made appoints for three people two for mani and pedicures and one for a nail repair I didn't think much of me having to wait but then groups of people were coming in and being seated right away. We checked in for the services we confirmed what we needed and they completely ignored the fact that I was waiting. The best part they gave me some line it only takes five minutes to repair the nail, even though no one looked at my nail and had no idea if the mail broke or just the polish. If it was only going to take five minutes and I had the three o'clock appointment why couldn't they just fix the nail since the group behind us is walked in ten minutes after us. Or maybe they should communicated that to me. The manager also made comments loud enough for the other customers to hear about me being in a hurry. This is by far one of the best nail salons I've been to in south Florida! Staff is amazing they really take there time on doing our nails plus they also give an amazing massage on the hands and feet. I got a french mani & pedi here a few weeks ago the night before a wedding. I went home, went straight to bed, got up in the morning and started getting ready. Every single one of my nails had already chipped before I even left my house. I also wasn't able to do anything with my hair because so much as running my fingers through it caused flakes of white paint to come off in my hair (pretty gross looking). So my mani lasted less than 12 hours- absolutely ridiculous. Additionally I noticed she hadn't even got all of the nail polish off my toes that i had on before the pedi. Really? I went there with my mother and the bride (who also got a french mani and hers chipped too!) we were going to pay together when we all finished, however the girl who did mine finished first and got really pushy about me paying right then. Didn't ask nicely, just started demanding suddenly. How this place has been in business so long I can't say. Cheap supplies, sloppy work & rude employees. I gave it an additional star than intended bc my technician was so sweet, but I was quite disappointed in my experience at Tiffany's. I could tell my tech was new but I didn't mind- I understand everyone has to learn. Unfortunately, my pedicure ended up a bit sloppy. Then when I went to get my gel manicure, nobody knew how to efficiently remove the dipping powder i currently had on my nails. After a painful removal of (most) of what I had on my nails, there was then a discrepancy over whether the color id chosen was going to be too sheer. I kept trying to communicate that I needed a darker color, that I wanted my nail to be covered but another nail tech kept trying to convince me that a few more coats would do the trick. Nobody was able to communicate with me clearly. Ultimately he ended up taking over and going over my nails with a more opaque color, but he too just did a sloppy job. I even had to buff my own edges after I left bc they didn't buff after they finished my gel. I won't even get into the guy who asked me to pick something off the floor as I was sitting in the pedicure chair getting my toes filed... Unfortunately, I can not recommend this location. read more

For five years,, I've loved this super-clean salon, and the nail techs are always professional and friendly. However, with their recent renovations, which are both beautiful and impressive, customer service has definitely gone downhill. They either need to hire more nail techs, or cut their losses on the renovation and downsize. Today, my husband and I waited over an hour for service after being seated. No one was checking on customers who were seated in the new addition and we weren't the only ones who were forgotten,, despite having checked in using the automated system. I watched as later arrivals were seated and serviced ahead of us. For this salon,, smaller was definitely better. read more

This was the second to worst mani/pedi of my life. The pedicure was worthless, literally worthless. Felt nothing. Asked her to please do it a little harder, but she couldn't understand me. The paint job on my toes was terrible. Clumpy, uneven, just terrible. Then came my nails. At least my toes you can't really see unless you are trying to see how the paint job was, the nails are blatant and right in your face. Apparently the sides and near the cuticles of my nails are not considered nails as they were not painted. The area she did paint is again, clumpy and uneven. Very poor job. The "gel" nails have been cracking and are peeling off already. It has been 5 days. I might as well have gotten regular nail Polish and saved some money. I added pictures. What an excellent way to chill out after a 12 hour drive! I went here with my daughter and friends. They were very attentive, let me choose the type / smell of pedicure I got, left me time to relax. Wonderful! Very clean place. The hot towels on my legs were an added plus I've never had before. Everyone was very nice. Yes, they kept asking if I wanted more and more, but I put Ice in my veins and said No. They offer a lot of services including manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. I would definitely go here again when I'm in Vero Beach! I hope to find one like this in my town! read more

Very nice, skilled technicians. Great massage chairs. We did the hot stone pedicure, it was nothing special. I wouldn't necessarily suggest it versus the traditional pedicure. Also they massage with a salt scrub, so that hurts a little, but both my mom and I walked out with beautifully polished feet and our technicians really did take wonderful care of us. They spent extra time on almost every step of the process. We originally went to visit a different nail place that has great reviews here on Yelp and it looked pretty shady when we went in. We decided to check this place out instead--excellent choice. The inside is beautiful, spacious and worth the little extra in price. Thank you for the fabulous service! read more

My Mud Spa Pedicures are so relaxing. It includes 3 scrubs/mud applications with warm and relaxing fragrances with massages all throughout. The massage chair also has many options to get different areas of the back. Clean tools and area, calm environment. You will enjoy which ever pedicure package you choose. I visited this salon 3 different times . 2 times for a fill and the last time for a pedicure. Th fills different last , but a week and half . The woman that did the pedicure was a older Vietnamese women. It was the worst pedi I have ever received . She split my big toe nail almost down to the cuticle . All my toenails are uneven and she never buffed the bottom of my feet. I didn't realize how bad till I got home. I was told the owner won't do anything. And the reason she didn't do a hid job was bc I didn't spend the extra money for the more expensive pedicure . I wouldn't return to this place !!!!! read more

I wanted oval and had square acrylics and was upset when they said I probably couldn't get them re shaped as they weren't long enough. BUT! One of the ladies tried before they charged me for a take off, full set, and gel polish! They were able to accommodate me! They even give a back rub with manicures! Felt like heaven! They took their time and made me feel wonderful and relaxed. I then came back two days later and got a super spa pedicure........it was amazing!
