Tiffany's made me a large order for a funeral after another shop cancelled my online order at the last minute. My order was taken over the phone, I provided basic information with requested sizes, cost and color. The flowers were the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen! The colors, the flower selection and design were superior to all the other arrangements. Highly recommend.

Very cool floral shop. Blend of fresh flowers, plants, candles, and small things to pick up for the house or garden. A calm and welcoming store. This local shop is worth the time.

I believe in keeping my business local, so when I called Riddle Funneral home and found out that service was in Californiai hung up and looked up Tiffany's in Vermilion. I first wanted a peace flower sent to Cleetus Witters funeral. MY uncle. I called on Friday from Sandusky 04/05/2024 and ordered my selection. You were out of Peace plants and only had $39.00 ones. I strapped that collection because I didn't want it to look skimpy. So I chose a Floral Garden Basket for $80.00. This is what I got! A HODGE PODGE OF flowers in pots that look like they came from Walmart. Very dissatisfied I chose your florist to represent my sympathy! This picture went to Florida and Wisconsin and me! Mums were dis arranged flowers on side were bent over and sementery larger than all the rest. Colors didn't co inside with each other. You should be ashamed to charge me $80.00 for that arrangement! Never again and I got alot of family in Vermilion.

Tiffany's Flowers always does an amazing job with all of my flower orders. I have ordered corsages, holiday table arrangements and bouquets. They have all been fresh and beautifully arranged. It is an all around great little boutique and gift shop with exceptionally helpful and accommodating staff. read more

Beware - this shop does not give $ refunds - I found out the hard way. After purchasing a gift for Mother's Day, my mother thought it wasn't right for her. Upon taking back in the gift, I expected them to credit my CC, but they gave me a gift certificate :( - stating on the receipt that they do not refund $. That piece of information should be at the desk, rather than on a receipt. Very disappointed since I am from out of town and will now have to come back sometime to use the voucher. Not a happy customer - and if I didn't have the voucher I would not shop here again. read more

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend who had recently lost her husband and when I called to order over the phone (I do not live in Ohio), I was greeted by a friendly voice who happened to be the owner. She made a suggestion, which I took, and I just heard that my friend LOVED the beautiful bouquet and was very touched by it. I can't include a picture because I didn't request one, but knowing my friend was pleased is enough assurance for me. Thank you Tiffany! read more

AMAZING !!!!! Seriously, whatever you need from gorgeous flower arrangements (none compare to Tiffany's) to thoughtful perfect gifts, to garden accents, to unique home ideas, to super cool jewelry, clothes, bags.... Any price point ....it is there. Something perfect for everyone. When I need anything for anyone... (including myself) ... this is my go to !!!! Was super bummed. I called in on a Wednesday morning and ordered my flowers to be delivered on Thursday. My aunts surgery was on Friday and I just wanted her to have happy positive thoughts when she headed into the hospital Friday morning. Flowers accomplish that no? Anyway, I removed a star from my review because the flowers didn't show up til late Saturday after she was already released from the hospital. I know it's the thought that counts, and the flowers were gorgeous, don't get me wrong. I was just super bummed because if you say you can deliver them by Friday....deliver them by Friday. If you cant, you have my number, call me and let me know so I at least have the option of ordering from somewhere else if they absolutely need to arrive on time. I will probably order from here again but will be adamant and direct in expressing any time constraints, if any. read more

Tiffanys is so much more than a flower shop, I walked in and was greeted by a beautiful fall smell of soaps, flowers and all around delicious! She sells pretty much any gift item you could want even if it's for yourself! Lizzy James, the softest pjs, finchberry soaps, a entire men's section, teas, honey and so much more. I have been blown away by the beautiful arrangements she makes with flowers! It is honestly like looking at a live painting! She has a gift for color, height management and proper flower placement. read more

I called Tiffany's the morning of the visitation for a bouquet to be delivered to the funeral home that day. I went to visitation last evening and the flowers were stunning. Simply beautiful. I was very proud and thankful to Tiffany's for taking the time on the phone to hear my requests. I had never used this florist before but it was in Vermilion and that's where the funeral home is so I decided to go with it. I'm so happy I did! read more

The flowers had sucked up all the water overnight. I called and explained I have received flowers many times from them and the container was too small causing them to not be able to have enough water for even one night. It was more of a courtesy call as I have purchased from their lovely store and like this business, and I was looking for kindness and an apology as I have been a customer for over 2 years. Of course I put water in them as soon as I saw them the next day. IT was The ATTITUDE of the lady when I called to tell them about this was rude and uncaring, she basically said what I needed to do was take the flowers all out of the container and recut them and put them back. As if I would do that after spending over $100.00 for a flower arrangement that should stay an arrangement - it should only require watering which is what I did. She said I could take a picture and email it to her if I wanted! '0" customer service- shameful! I ended up at Off Broadway through recommendations from various people. Kevin was so gracious to arrange his schedule to fit my husband and I into a time slot for the only weekend that we would be in town before our big day. He was very professional and paid close attention to detail (exactly what a bride would want!). We met with Kevin again about 2 months before our big day, primarily because I could not remember what we had planned out for the actual ceremony and reception. He sat with us and drew everything out, even providing examples of what the flowers would look like. On our actual wedding day, everything turned out amazing! The floral wedding arbor was the first thing I noticed when we drove up to the venue. All of the bouquets and boutonnieres were impeccable. The table arrangements were magnificent! Kevin gave great advice on the high and low arrangements to make the room flow and added tea lights and votives around the arrangements as a nice added touch. Off Broadway also provided the flowers for our cake. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, service, quality of the flowers and attention to detail. This was probably one of the biggest chunks of our budget, but you definitely get what you pay for!

Tiffany helped me with a very special order on something I looked high and low for. She went out of her way to get the item to me promptly, communicated me through text, and was so sweet and nice to me over the phone. She runs the epitome of a first class business and anyone looking for flowers or gifts in her area should run, not walk to her.
