First and foremost, the firecracker of a woman that owns it is magnificent; a boisterous personality, mixed with an insane desire to do anything we wanted for our wedding made sure she was the florist for us. Our requests were minimal: Two large centerpiece flowers, five arrangements for my bride and her four bridesmaids, and four corsage for our mothers and grandparents, nine lapel for me and my four groomsmen as well as our grandparents and children. What we got exceeded our expectations, especially for the money we spent. The two gigantic (seriously, over two feet tall each) vase at the head of the churches stood another two feet above that, and two feet out in either direction of some of the most beautiful white and light green flowers (our colors were white, sage/peridot, depending on where you look at it and silver) you'd ever see. I couldn't even begin to guess how many flowers and plants are in these arrangements. And the bouquets? Packed with flowers. These aren't just seven flowers and some baby's breath around some green plants. Again, there's likely twenty different flowers packed into a tastefully done bouquet on the smaller side, and yet each girl was beaming -- BEAMING -- with joy while they stared at the bouquet they carried down the aisle. My favorite part though has to be that the arrangements are sitting on my dining room table as we speak. I've cooked dinners since and yet all I can smell are these flowers, which look exactly like the day we brought them home. No, my Yelp! friends, there will never be a time that I don't order flowers from Affordable Florals.

Wanted full flower arrangements and were willing to pay extra to make this happen. All sibling arrangements were to be the same except different colors. They were not. My specific easel was pink Roses and Lillie's. Flowers showed up to the funeral home wrong, missing Lillies and not full at all. I had maybe 20 small roses and 6 inches apart between each flower. So not full either. My mom saw them first and sent them back for Lillie's to be added as that's is what we paid for. I show up to the funeral home and see what they delivered. My heart sank with disappointment ---They looked terrible, wilted, beat up, and sparse. I mean terrible. No joke-- Wilting and browned, dead. My brother's easel didn't even make it to the next day to the church service/burial. We could not go into the store because they are "closed for covid" it's Jan 2023.. We called to voice our upset and "Lynn" who told us it was "well worth the price" then put us on hold for 35 min and waiting for us to hang up, never returned. That is how they treat people grieving. Rip them off, send dead flowers and then never return to the customers on "hold". Do yourself a service and don't go here.

My family has used Browns for years and we have never been happier. 2/120/14 UPDATE: I just want to say that this year Brown's went above and beyond. The store is not open on Sunday which was his day off. The VERY nice lady with whom he placed the order, told him, after an explanation of why he could not be there before 5 since he was still at work, told him that that was fine and that he could come after 6 since she would still be there! I mean really, how cool is that? He hauled rear and got there shortly before 6, but still, the fact that they were willing to work with him? Honestly, I don't see us ever using anyone else.

Well, I had an issue with this last one I received the other day as the container they sent it in was too small for the amount of flowers to live past the first day. The day after I received them, when I got to work they were all falling over, petals dead on the floor! HOW SAD! Then I checked the water level and sure enough it was from not having enough water. The flowers had sucked up all the water overnight. I called and explained I have received flowers many times from them and the container was too small causing them to not be able to have enough water for even one night. It was more of a courtesy call as I have purchased from their lovely store and like this business, and I was looking for kindness and an apology as I have been a customer for over 2 years. Of course I put water in them as soon as I saw them the next day. IT was The ATTITUDE of the lady when I called to tell them about this was rude and uncaring, she basically said what I needed to do was take the flowers all out of the container and recut them and put them back. As if I would do that after spending over $100.00 for a flower arrangement that should stay an arrangement - it should only require watering which is what I did. She said I could take a picture and email it to her if I wanted! '0" customer service- shameful! INSTEAD I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND MAKE SURE I TELL PEOPLE TO NOT WASTE their hard earned money for a bouquet that will die the next day! WIsh I could post a picture but there is not a spot to do so.

I ended up at Off Broadway through recommendations from various people. Kevin was so gracious to arrange his schedule to fit my husband and I into a time slot for the only weekend that we would be in town before our big day. He was very professional and paid close attention to detail (exactly what a bride would want!). We met with Kevin again about 2 months before our big day, primarily because I could not remember what we had planned out for the actual ceremony and reception. He sat with us and drew everything out, even providing examples of what the flowers would look like. On our actual wedding day, everything turned out amazing! The floral wedding arbor was the first thing I noticed when we drove up to the venue. All of the bouquets and boutonnieres were impeccable. The table arrangements were magnificent! Kevin gave great advice on the high and low arrangements to make the room flow and added tea lights and votives around the arrangements as a nice added touch. Off Broadway also provided the flowers for our cake. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, service, quality of the flowers and attention to detail. This was probably one of the biggest chunks of our budget, but you definitely get what you pay for!
