My wedding was in January, and they assured me that the flowers would be fine. I asked if there was anything we needed to be weary of, or perhaps if we should use some non traditional elements so we didn't rely so heavily on the flowers lasting through the cold. I was assured they would be fine. The day of the wedding the bouquets, men's flowers, corsages and etc. arrived in disarray. The men's flowers were all mislabeled and the mothers' corsages were crushed. We were unable to reach anyone at the shop for help. We were also hugely disappointed with the flowers at the reception. They were just lack luster, and much smaller than promised. All of these things do not begin to bother me as much as the email response that I received from a series of phone calls with the owner, in which he chose to personally degrade my character rather than show any level of compassion.

Lady who helped me on the phone told me they wouldn't have the dark pink version of the two flowers shown on the website (the other flower was a paler pink). I agreed that it could be substituted with a white version of the same flower that she said they had in stock. She asked for a deposit so I gave my credit card information to pay for the whole order. I picked it up a week later as we were leaving town on Friday and was surprised to see the combination of white flowers, peach flowers and pink ribbon. The package itself was very nicely done and would have made a nice gift had the colors not clashed. I was surprised again an hour later when the shop called me asking me to verify my cc number. The male caller had me read him the number and stated one of the numbers was written wrong. After hanging up it occurred to me that the shop must have had my card information written out and attached to the order for over a week. Overall, the people seemed nice but it's concerning that the color combination was poor and the handling of credit card information not secure.

Working with the designer over the phone, I asked if we could swap out the lilies on the right side for more sunflowers, and she said she could! I placed the order, but after thinking about it a bit more, the next day I called The Flower Gallery in Medina back to ask if we could personalize it a bit more by moving out some roses on the left side and replace them with more sunflowers, and that also was possible. The second designer mentioned that sometimes sunflowers can be smaller than other times of year and even not as beautiful, but they would use their best judgement to make it beautiful.
