Since she had a…read morepassion for sunflowers, I knew that she would love the "Love Lives On" spray, which featured sunflowers. Working with the designer over the phone, I asked if we could swap out the lilies on the right side for more sunflowers, and she said she could! I placed the order, but after thinking about it a bit more, the next day I called The Flower Gallery in Medina back to ask if we could personalize it a bit more by moving out some roses on the left side and replace them with more sunflowers, and that also was possible. The second designer mentioned that sometimes sunflowers can be smaller than other times of year and even not as beautiful, but they would use their best judgement to make it beautiful. When I went to the funeral home I saw the most amazing spray with sunflowers prominently arranged. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Diane K.

I was ordering the day before the funeral from out of town and didn't really have much info to give them other than a price, and maybe a little bit of blue to add to the arrangement. It was very easy to order on the phone too. Thank you so much Betschmans! Sincerely, Angelia

I was so impressed, I've used this florist several times since then for my needs. They ALWAYS go above and beyond and deliver well above what the competition would do. Recently, I needed a sympathy arrangement for a friend's grandmother who passed away. I wish I could post the picture to show how gorgeous this arrangement was. I selected the "Designer's Choice" for $75, and what we got was a tasteful, artistic masterpiece with Birds of Paradise, ferns, and bamboo accents measuring approximately 3' wide by 3' tall. It made a statement. Thank you, Filer's, for delivering above my expectations yet again. Please know I've been recommending you for years to all my friends and family. You are clearly a cut above the rest! Happy Anniversary, by the way! Suzanne Moloney

I called my usual place in Strongsville, and was extremely disappointed that they could not accommodate me. So I called around and was referred to Linda at Rose Haven. On the day of our wedding, Heather Lily came to our church to drop off the bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. Heather Lily also gave our flower girls real rose petals to toss down the aisle during the ceremony. The Heather Lily staff pinned the boutonnieres on the guys, and they stayed until the ceremony started. They even helped me with the train of my dress just before I walked down the aisle. Heather Lily certainly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. For our reception, Heather Lily designed all the floral arrangements, setup our centerpieces, decorated our cake with real rose petals and provided linens for all the tables, including the head table, gift and cake tables. Heather Lily's attention to detail is impeccable. To be perfectly honest, I cried when I walked into our reception because I was so overwhelmed with how beautiful it was. I could not have imagined anything better. Heather Lily completely exceeded our expectations. So many of our guests complimented the floral arrangements and how beautiful they were. Our reception hall Director even asked if she could take pictures of the centerpieces to post on their website. Every centerpiece, boutonniere, corsage and bouquet was flawless. I would recommend Heather Lily without any hesitation. It was such a relief to be able to trust Heather Lily to create a beautiful ceremony, reception, and an experience we will never forget.

I found this interesting because the budget I submitted was on the highest end of their mid-range. I will go ahead and share the budget I provided them so you know where I am coming from... $10,500. No chump change for wedding flowers, right? From a business perspective I would have preferred that Heather offer to meet with me to discuss my brief, expectations and budget. I feel she missed an opportunity to ask questions and clarify my needs for the day that could have yielded a workable solution. Instead I felt it was viewed as a bottom-line figure only. In the end I know things happen for a reason and this is why I ended up going to Plantscaping by Blooms and Neil Leeson...both of whom do outstanding work and who both did not balk at the exact same budget.
