Ordered a variety. It was all too sweet. Some pastries were under cooked, the worst was the baklava was a lake of grease.

I had to downgrade my review because of the newly hired staff. They do not care to your needs and are very slow. I asked for two slices of yellow cake, and she gave me two slices of white. I waited fifteen minutes to check out, and then I waited another TEN minutes after that for her to grab the correct order. The slices are already made and packaged. It seemed like nobody knew what they were doing. I still love this place, but it makes me anxious to go there knowing I may have to wait a half hour for them to put the correct order in a bag. Original post: I went here on a whim because I was craving something sweet. They have everything, and it's all homemade that same day. The cookies melt in your mouth, and their cakes are the perfect amount of sweetness. They have little individual cakes you can buy for maybe $4, and it's large enough for two servings. Amazing. Amazing. My son wanted a chocolate cake with chocolate icing, no writing for his birthday. Thought we would try a bakery so maybe it wouldn't be too overpowering, but also not be too plain. Tiffany's did an amazing job. Their chocolate ganache complimented the cake perfectly. The cake was moist, delicious, and beautiful. And while you're waiting it gives you a moment to look in the cases and see all the other goodies they have. Yes, we walked out with more, and yes, everything so far is just as amazing. I ordered a cake and cupcakes for my daughter's baby shower and the cupcakes were gone in a flash. Then everyone started eating the cake. I was really please with the process of ordering and when I picked up my order an employee even helped me put it in the car in the rain. Ordered a custom birthday cake and they did superb. Was exactly the picture I wanted. In terms of taste, it was moist, sweet, and satisfying. I despise dry cakes. Especially if it's the day after. The cake stayed moist until I couldn't eat cake anymore, which was the 4th day. Will be bumping up the star once I have tasted more cakes. For now, Tiffany Bakery is my go-to for cakes. read more

My husband ordered a cake for my birthday here because one day we stopped in and bought a precut slice of a white cake with strawberry filling that was spectacular. The cake they made for us was dry. The buttercream frosting on the outside has a strange flavor that seems like it is from a cleaning solution they use in the store. You can smell it when you walk in the place, and I think when items are made ahead of time, they get that smell in their flavor. Very disappointing. Some of the baked goods are delicious, but you can't always be sure they will be fresh. Also, he is pretty sure he asked for roses in white buttercream, and they put on some other kind of flowers in purple and pink. read more

Decided to get my mom's birthday cake from here. The flavor selection is not up to date on their website. I ordered an almond-flavored cake with strawberry filling. The cake itself was very moist and had a great almond flavor and the strawberry filling was good, too. The cake was decorated perfectly. Bruce made our wedding cake for us, and did a wonderful job! We had a few specific ideas which he was more than willing to accommodate. The cake was very good (we did white vanilla with lemon curd filling) and although we knew we were ordering a cake twice as large as we needed (so we had cake boxes to let guests take some home with them) we only had 10 pieces left! That's when you know you had good cake! Nearly wanted to have a piece for later! Because we had family members who were gluten intolerant, we asked Tiffany's if they could make a small cake on the side that was gluten free- which they did and we were told it was also delicious. I was looking for a desert for Fathers Day, and had heard great things about Tiffany, so thought I'd give them a try. I called them last week and asked if they could to a Boston Cream Pie. The gentleman on the phone informed me that yes they could do it, and they would need 24 hours notice. Jump ahead to today. I called to place my order, said I'd like to order a Boston Cream Pie, and the woman on the phone said "We don't do those, but you can get whatever kind of cake you want with custard filling." I told her I was confused because the man I spoke with last week said they could accommodate my request. She put me on a brief hold, came back and said, "Okay, we can do it, but it would be a chocolate buttercream, not a fudge ganache." That's not a Boston Cream Pie. I thanked her and hung up the phone. I would suggest that the owners discuss with their employees what can and cannot be made. Additionally, if you are a bakery that can't do a classic like Boston Cream Pie properly, however out of vogue as it may be, you should rethink your career. read more

I ordered a cake in August and everything seemed great until the day of pickup. I needed a sheet cake with printed images. I confirmed the images and booked all details almost a month in advance. I was told my cake would be ready on the date requested and to come in at any time to pick it up. I received a call around 9am after they had opened (Had planned on picking up the cake around 10) to say that the images I had wouldn't fill the cake and that I needed to submit new images, and it would be an additional fee to do so. I had confirmed that my order was possible through email and again over the phone to two separate individuals. When I asked why now it was a problem the excuse I got was "the person who took your order was new". Had I known earlier I would have the option to take my business elsewhere. But since they called me the day of right before I was to pickup I had no choice but to pay the extra money and submit additional images. Then when I pick up the cake the images used, were not the images sent. If you want actual customer service I wouldn't book here. If you need anything more than a simple, plain cake I wouldn't go here. The staff did not care about my concerns and any questions I had were met with a shrug. Don't waste your money. read more
