When this place first opened I chanced upon it and a lady named Ying worked here. She was friendly…read moreand gave a decent massage. I also got deep tissue done by a gentleman. He gave the best massage I've ever gotten, really knew his stuff. I bought a 12 hour massage pack from this place since I had two good experiences. However as I started coming here through out the next year, Ying had left and I didn't remember the gentleman's name so every time I came back I just got whoever was available. There is this one lady, don't know her American name either, but her Chinese name also had Ying in it. I remember because both ladies have part of my name in their name. This lady gives the worst massages. She digs her nails into you when giving pressure and she presses on you with her arms which is okay but it's boney and she misses and ends up hitting some bone instead of muscle. I took my sister here for a couple massage and she got the same lady and didn't enjoy her massage either. She said the lady massaged her in places where she didn't care to be massaged and I knew what she meant. On top of this one time I got a 2 hour massage from this lady and I tipped her $30, which is more than 20%, she made a stink face at me and frowned!! I was taken aback how could someone frown when I give them a tip. I felt bad about it but didn't want to think about it and just left. My suspicion was confirmed when I returned with my sister and we got a 1 hour massage each. I tipped $15 each and the lady again made a stink face. She also complained that the $10 bill we tried to give her was old and ripped at the corner (like it's still money!) to get us to fork over the $20 bills we had instead. The owner was there and she asked nicely for more money saying the masseuses work hard so we were pressured into giving $20 each. They basically expect $20 tip here for each hour. I am actually happy to give that but this Ying lady gives mediocre massages and expect more. When I finished my last massage in my pack (thankfully it was good I got a gentleman the last time), the owner asked me if I wanted to buy another pack. I declined saying I was moving away (and I was). She also made a stink face for some reason instead of wishing me well. This is so rude!! If the massage is really really bad I would say something but for something like being rude especially towards tips, I felt awkward to call them out on it. It ruins the experience. I was just using up my massage package I already paid for. I couldn't wait to GTFO, and never coming back here again!

If you are a lady with deep hip pain from gluteal tendinopathy, these ladies will help you out tremendously. The pricing of the massage is fair and consistent with the area. Do not hesitate to come here and try it out. It is situated in a small strip mall and there's always plenty of parking. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.

I was very pleasantly surprised. What a gem! I was apprehensive at first because of the stigma that has become attached to massage places in recent years. But, despite my apprehension, I went for it and I'm glad I did! Went in and was greeted by a little bundle of energy named Jessica. She was quite personable and friendly and dressed very appropriately, which was good to see. It took less than a minute for my apprehension to vanish. With the knot in my back/neck, I felt like I needed someone strong...and I told her that and I asked if she had another masseuse available, because she is quite petite. She told me the other girl was busy and assured me that she was strong enough. It was quite cute actually, she said "don't worry, I am very strong" and I was just like, "well, okay!" We agreed to an hour, I got ready in the room, and soon she came in and we got going. The hour went quickly and the massage was outstanding, a real good combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue....AND...she WAS surprisingly strong. I was amazed at times by the pain (good pain) she was able to inflict on me at times during the deep tissue. The whole experience ended up being quite enjoyable, from start to finish. Moments of quiet with nice music...moments of relaxation...moments of good pain...and a few laughs because she really has a great personality and good sense of humor. Not even a hint of any shenanigans, which was a pleasant surprise...and the atmosphere was really nice, clean, and professional. Oh, and the knot felt significantly better by the time we finished. I asked her if she was licensed and she pointed to her license hanging right on the wall by the front desk. Just a good overall experience and I'll definitely return.

The work felt rushed and sloppy, with several basic steps clearly skipped. The finish was uneven and lacked attention to detail, which is unacceptable given the prices they charge. What bothered me the most was the hygiene. The tools did not appear to be properly sterilized and were reused between clients, which is honestly concerning and made me very uncomfortable. Cleanliness should be a non negotiable standard in a nail salon, especially when it comes to personal care services. On top of that, they require a minimum 18 percent tip, which feels completely unjustified considering the poor quality of the service.
