When I pointed out the delay and lack of updates, instead of working with me or taking accountability, I was told to "just get a new court date" -- even though their delay was the reason I was running out of time. I tried to be reasonable and asked if they could help me meet my deadline, but they refused to make even a small accommodation. Between being left out of the system, not receiving proper updates, minimal documented attempts, and then being told to basically start over with a new court date, I ended up having to hire someone else at the last minute.
