Contacted this office late March, spoke to the owner Sally. I explained to her that I had used her service and she seemed to remember me. She told me how busy the office was, which I replied that I was well aware of how late I was contacting the office. We agreed on my dropping off my paperwork. I know she has a drop box. She said that would be fine. I dropped the paperwork off on a Saturday morning, the office was closed during a time they were supposed to be open. I called the office at least 5 times, at different times to make sure someone had received my paperwork. I was told by her staff person Sandra, when I was finally able to speak with a live person that she did not know if Sally had the paper work or not? So I asked that Sally please return my call. A week later NO CALL back. I called again, Sally answered the phone with attitude, big attitude, upset with me for calling so much. I explained to her that I was simply calling to find out if anyone had my paperwork? She was rude, and not professional. It is not my fault as a customer that she says yes to everyone and stresses herself to make the April 15 tax deadline! Will never use this service again. Not to mention I was charged even more money than last year simply because she is bothered with me. Never again!

She successfully got the court order fully executed and was able to record the documents on my behalf; therefore I never had to deal with the person who initially caused me so much distress and grief or leave the comfort of my home to devote any more time and energy to it. That for me was priceless. Her prices are absolutely reasonable and she outlines all her services in writing in a contract and can handle most things virtually saving you time and money. I received unsolicited correspondence from their Senior Partner, CEO, CFO, Director and Registered Agent- Robert Davis Jr, Esq. via his paralegal Aida Tibbets sent to both of us. Makes me question his knowledge of it. It contained multiple typos which makes me question the professionalism of this Law Firm. Because how you do anything is how you do everything. This Law Firm sent me the most disrespectful, misinformed, unsolicited & ignorant correspondence you could imagine. Almost as if I were illiterate, didn't have decades of nursing experience, don't know what HIPAA is & wasn't actually there personally. I'm in such awe of this email. It's actually taken me 6 months just to contact them regarding their ignorant foolery. I just reviewed it today in it's entirety because each time I read it I have to just stop and flashback in disbelief to the entire failure of the utterly reprehensible incident in which this unsolicited correspondence represents with the Senior Partner's name & signature on it. But hey... I completely understand that lawyers are paid to be intentionally unethical daily & apparently this one has limited scruples & Let me read this again...very seldom am I at a loss for words. This email is actually extremely ignorant & befuddling. Like....where did you even get your information and why are YOU contacting me to speak for your client.
