Beware of the cleanliness of this salon. They wear gloves to protect themselves only. They refuse the same ones over and over. After usage they take off and was up into their hand and slide into their pocket only to pull that same pair out to use on the next customer!!! Meant skin disorders can be transmitted doing this. They also make it look like they're using the tools from a seal package; insinuating that they're sterile. However, they take the same tools to the back and wash not sterilize. read more

My friend and I went together on Halloween at 1pm. there were only 3 other customers and they told us we couldn't sit together, which is why we went together. When reviewing the prices, i confirmed that the hombre pink and white was $55, she said yes depending on length and shape. I said short coffin. There was a $5 up charge for the shape. when asked why, I was told it's a specialty shape. my friend requested the exact same service with round shape and was also upcharged. I would love to know what shape IS NOT considered specialty, as NOWHERE else in town have I ever been upcharged for a shape. my nails took 40 min. my friend's took two hours. this is what we ended up with. I have been going here for YEARS and always recommended them to others. Yesterday it was like an entirely different place and atmosphere.   Upon arriving the blonde gal, was very brash and rude when speaking to us about what was needed.  I brushed it off. My daughter's weren't able to get designs because the gal was very busy.   A little disappointing but we managed my ordering little deisgns for nails on Amazon.  Again no biggie. My pedicure chair didn't work well . Again disappointing because that's my favorite part.  Last takes the cake. My pedicure,  the lady accidently knicked the side of my ankle with the grater tool.  She was pleasant leading up to this but when i kindly mentioned it to her just so she knew.  She denied seeing my cut.   I had to show her on the towel. And denied doing this.  I kept telling her it's not a big deal it was an accident.  She got the gentleman that was in charge.  He told me theres no way she could have cut me in that location and pretty much told me I was lieing.  I was so frustrated and trying to remain calm with noone believing me. i ended up crying and told them I would like to leave mid pedicure. Today I had a lovely gel mani/pedi at Tiffany Nails. My complaint is not with my terrific nail tech, but with a male employee (manager?) who I dealt with when paying my bill. I had a very generous gift card that had been expired for 6 weeks. He not only refused to honor the gift card, but also embarrassed me and was very rude. "A rule's a rule!" he said harshly. He refused to show me grace or courtesy and I felt very, very small when leaving. I will not be visiting Tiffany Nails again. We have so many terrific nail salons in Fort Wayne that are far more courteous and professional. Tiffany just lost a regular customer and I will advise my friends to refrain from visiting Tiffany, as well. read more

Love the atmosphere. Clean! Modern! Lots of service options including a Man Cave, massage room and Children's nail area. Most of the techs are good but that's always a crap shoot. Prices are about $5 more than other places. In example, a fill is $20 and they charge .75 to part with a credit card. Will return but i look forward to finding the techs that are really into the details and also skilled at shaping my nails. read more

Felt like she rushed through the pedicure even though there were no other customers waiting. The foot and leg massage was rough and rushed also. She cut a couple of spots along the skin/nail bed which bled and hurt. A pedicure should be relaxing, and feel good and look pretty. I got the look pretty at the end with some blood & sore spots. I had my toenails done there by Sally. I've be there quite a few times and this is the first time I was dissatisfied. Half way through y Pedicure, she took my charge card, and after returning my card and receipt, she left and ever came back. I was there by myself in the back room for almost 15 minutes when I just got up and left and left the toe separators in the chair with my pedicure about 69% complete. Nice service but incomplete. Went here for my birthday for mani pedis. Brought my sister, and daughter for a 4 pm apt. The plan was for us all to sit together and chit chat. Common sense would be to sit us together right? Well nxt time i wont assume that because This was not the plan the techs had for us. My daughter was sat on the other side from us by herself and couldnt conversate with us and i was the last one in the room from picking colors after the tubs started to fill and my daughters pedi had already begun. My daughters pedi was over and done with in ten mins and the gel polish was either on her skin connected to nail (so it will peel off the nail sooner then its suppose to) or the entire nail wasnt covered..and she was taken out for nails before my sister and i even got our feet scrubbed so i couldnt even watch to make sure things were done right since its hard to sometimes understand the techs. They sat me down in a broken massager, i asked them to cool the water down bc it was boiling hot and it ended up being to cold and he didnt turn my jets on.No drinks offered. Before my leg soak my sister was done and taken out for nails on the opposite side of the wall as my daughter. So i was by myself for an extra half hour..pretty lonely girl day for my birthday.At that point i told the tech.. yuh know the whole point in us making an apt was for us all to get this done together ... so he went to go move my colors to a seat next to her which tells me he didnt plan on having me nxt to her..he also left my towels on my legs too long and the towels became FREEZING from going to hot to cold.. he cut up my toes and my skin by my fingernails.. ouchiee .... No part of this pedi was relaxing .. i love my nails they look great however they are not all of equal length.. he didnt even match finger to finger to check to make sure they matched. Then it took my tech almost an hour longer to finish my nails after my sister had finished so my daughter was waiting for close to two hours. At that point i just kept my mouth shut abut the nail length because i was so over it and in alot of pain from sitting for so long. I appreciate the nice careful job my tech did and took his time however it was unnecessary and i wasnt happy by the time i left. But my nails are pretty and so are my daughters and sisters! I love getting my nails done especially shellac manicure! My friend and I decided to go on a weekday and it wasn't busy at all. We were seated right away however we weren't seated next to each other.... I was seated on one side of the room and she was on the other side lol. My nail tech Mary was good. She was kind and wasn't too harsh on my cuticles. However, my friend had an okay experience. Her nail tech was pretty rough on her cuticles that the next day she told me it was hurting. Thank goodness there wasn't an infection! They also don't use new tools when cutting the cuticles. As for pricing, typical shellac $25 not sure if I'll be back... Cindy did my acrylic nails with gel. She was very nice and checked throughout the appointment to make sure I liked the shape and everything. I was only charged $50 which i was very surprised, when i asked other places how much this would cost i was given estimates from $50-$75! After 1.75 hours later, the nail tech hurting me & 4 people trying to help this tech, I left with horrible looking nails. The tech had the audacity, after she finished, to complain to me she was late for her appointment that was 45 minutes ago. It was obvious from her arguing with her coworker when I came in that she did not want to do the ombre. It was surely evident. Listen lady... I didn't want to be here this long, either. There were plenty of other nail techs that could've taken me (like one of the other 3 trying to assist you) & I would've appreciated you telling me you had no clue how to do an ombre. My sister and I went here for a girls date on a Monday afternoon. We both had classic pedicures, she had a gel manicure, and I had a full set. The salon was well-kept and sanitary, with autoclaves and the workers licenses out in the open. I would recommend setting an appointment, as they give people with appointments priority and you may be left waiting for a little bit if you do not. I have been going to Tiffany's Nails for over six years and since Covid I have decided not to go back. There are no plexiglass up with a nail tech that I used. There were employees sitting around with no mask on. And when I got a pedicure they sat me a chair right next to somebody. The salon is not clean they do not sanitize drillbits between each use or any other nail instruments. I always get pink and white but the last year they have been more brown and white.They turn yellow. I have decided to go to Sara's nail art From now on because I got I fell there a pink and white and they are absolutely gorgeous they look exactly what they're supposed to. And my pedicure was out of this world friendly staff and safety measures that made me feel comfortable. read more

I really like Tiffany nails. However I have one complaint. Every time I have called the person that answers the phone, they are talking to someone and you hear a lot of talking and yelling. At first you arent sure you have dialed the correct phone number until someone finally says Tiffany nails. A little more professionalism when answering the phone goes a long way. read more

Nail techs are SO rude. I tried making small talk with the girl doing my nails, but she didn't care about talking to me and kept shifting her eyes around the room. She made my cuticles bleed because she was buffing my nails too fast, trying to rush and finish my nails and get to the next client. When I showed her a picture of what I wanted (super simple it wasn't anything crazy) she gave me attitude about it. The whole place looks like a sweat shop. I don't feel welcome. Would most DEFINITELY not recommend this nail salon for any reason. I have been here 4 different times to get my nails done because it's right down the street from my boyfriend's house so it's at a convenient location. All of my experiences here were absolutely terrible and I will not be back. I'd much rather have a further drive for better service. The staff are extremely rude and have no idea what customer service even is. The second you walk in you can feel the negativity in the atmosphere. This experience was so disturbing, I have to write this review. Hands down the worst I've experienced in my life. I was so excited to bring my little cousin for her first mani/pedi. From the first moment I walked in I knew this was going to be a disaster. We should have immediately walked out. IMMEDIATELY WALKED OUT. Totally unorganized and chaotic front desk. Filthy floors. Filthy Bathroom. I could barely see the receptionist over all the flotsam on the counter. We waited almost a half hour for our "appointments". I'm going to bullet my gripes: - Small color selection. Are you trying to force gel manicures? If so, get a larger selection of that as well. You had no matching OPI gel colors to go with the pedicure. - Plastic "shower caps" inside the pedicure bowls. Umm, excuse me? Never in my life have I seen this...totally cheapened the entire experience. Felt very strange around my feet as well. - My nail guy, "Charlie" I think, was totally pissed off at the world. His first sentence is "Why would you come here? This place is the worst". And I said "Wow, I can't believe that's the first thing you say." This man was a total asshole. I should have grabbed my cousin and ran out. I felt so bad, but made sure Charlie was my guy and not hers. - Charlie is 100% creepy and made derogatory Asian remarks the entire time. I kept telling him that he couldn't say things like that to which he replied "I'm half Asian, so I can.". - Creepy Charlie gave me the worst mani/pedi of my life while complaining about the fact that he had to work when he requested off for his brother's graduation. - Creepy Charlie made fun of his co-workers and talked shit about the owners basically the whole time. "They can't handle me.", apparently... - Creepy Charlie asked me to guess his "other" nationality and got angry when I told him he was a strange guy. He made several demeaning comments towards me, to which I ignored. - Creepy Charlie kept trying to talk about his ex girlfriend and how she broke his heart. I had to remind him to keep the brush moving so I could get the hell out of there. - Creepy Charlie told me one final price then wrote down another. When I called him out he got angry and crossed out the higher amount and wrote down the correct one. I received the absolute worst mani/pedi imaginable. It was painful, messy, and every nail is still rough and uneven. There was no working with this man so I just bit my tongue to get out of there. I can't stress enough how uncomfortable myself and my cousin were. Our experience was awkward, uncomfortable, and offensive. I tried to make the best of it so that her first time at a nail spa wasn't ruined, but there was just no stopping this guy. To the owner of this business- You clearly have many issues in the running of this location. The place is filthy, unorganized, and uncomfortable. Your nail polish bottles are stale and many I chose were almost empty. Feels very low class and overpriced. YOU NEED TO FIRE CHARLIE. He can't stand you and seemingly hates your business. Me and my granddaughter went here last weekend and even though the place is clean I just was not impressed. When we told them what we wanted, 3 different people snarled their noses at what my Grandaughter wanted. I asked 2 of the ladies why 3 of them did it they said bc she's a kid. Shes 10 and it's not their business if she wanted gel nail polish! It was not business like. I was spoiling her! Anyways, it's very crowded to get around all the techs to get to the chairs to get our toes and nails done as well as the price! They did nothing more than my normal nail salon does except they offer alcohol. The technician was really nice but talked me into upgrading to dip polish($20 dollars more) because it would "last longer" not even a weak later dip polish began peeling and lifting. When I called the manager said I waited too long, they don't know what I've been doing with my nails, and I should've called within a few days.
