Grandeur place with public access to 6 floors. Each floor has its own uniqueness and offering and I believe there is a cafe in the 6th floor. Excellent customer service as they are patient, suggestive, and provide insight on their products. Will definitely come back again in the future : )
What a dream! While visiting NYC, I couldn't leave without visiting this gorgeous store! It's the Tiffany Landmark store with the most beautiful decor, jewelry, dishes, watches, purses, wallets...pure timeless, elegant luxury. When you walk in, you're led down to the back of the store to the elevators. They recommend starting from the top and making your way down with the stairs. You can grab "breakfast at Tiffany's" in the cafe. Then you can go to every gorgeous level of the store. It's okay to window shop, look out the windows, and appreciate the artistry. It was nice visit. I can't wait to come back!
Christopher the handsome professional young Greek manager offered to fixed my silver Tiffany Knot bracelet complimentary when I returned to 5th Ave to pick up my supposedly "Worn" and " Dirty" silver TIF KNOT BRACELET...he was very apologetic and shocked at my mistreatment as a loyal customer from the Short Hills store and fifth Avenue. I picked up my lovely repaired bracelet which was done in proper Tiffany repair style. Thank you Christopher. Good service, like chivalry, is not a thing of the past...
Landmark location never cease to amaze! Latest selection of beautiful jewelries and of course the iconic Tiffany branded Patek Philippe watches. Always welcoming and friendly staff. A must visit store every time we're are in NYC.
So my aunt and I were walking by and decided to check it out. There was such a wide selection of jewelry to choose from. I was dreaming about the possibilities one day . I like that they have a beautiful assortment of rings , earring s and necklaces. My aunt was so sweet and brought me a beautiful bracelet from here . It's my first Tiffany and co bracelet . I will cherish it dearly . It's so beautiful. I love the little charm and it's so dainty and light on my wrist .
Stopped in for a new purchase when leaving the Blue Box Cafe. This store is HUGE. I already knew what I wanted, so it was just an adventure finding it. I was quickly in and out - I knew what I wanted and I knew my size. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything additional. Always a great experience when shopping at Tiffany's!
Six levels of shopping or to window shop from jewelry, to home decor, to kitchenware, clothing, bags and more. I enjoyed walking around and seeing the center pieces and what I can and cannot afford or choose to buy.
Tiffany's has always been a fun place to visit and day dream. The store now has nine floors. They have a lot of artwork on every floor. The employees are so friendly and welcoming. Everyone I spoke with was so very helpful and very knowledgeable about the artwork and artists involved in the store decor. They knew all the names! Well you know the jewelry is fantastic. I was taking a lot of photos. I did ask and photos are allowed but not videos. I'm definitely returning to take one floor at a time. I was overwhelmed by just the first floor. I definitely need to allow more time to really see everything. I'm recommending you have breakfast at Tiffany's for a few hours!
My wife and I visited the Tiffany & Co. flagship store in New York City to celebrate her birthday, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, every team member was kind, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. My wife was wearing her full Tiffany heart collection, and several associates took the time to compliment her--it made her feel incredibly special and set the tone for the entire visit. We've recently started investing more in Tiffany's gold jewelry, so I asked to speak with someone who specializes in that area. We were introduced to Charles, and he truly made the experience unforgettable. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through everything without ever making us feel rushed. His expertise and attention to detail were outstanding. It's been hours since we left, and my wife is still talking about how amazing the experience was. That says everything. Thank you, Charles, and the entire Tiffany & Co. team, for making my wife's birthday so memorable. We will absolutely be back.
It's been a very long time since I've visited this flagship Tiffany. Completely missed throughout Covid and their renovation, I never even had the chance to experience the 'temporary' store they had next door. This is officially the Tiffany Landmark and although the bones of the original still stands, this has become a very modern store compared to the classic I was so familiar with. If you purchase something in-store, even their bags are custom to this particular location decorated with a sterling silver Landmark tag. Entering on the main floor is always a rush; one entrance on 5th Avenue, the other on 57th. Regardless, you are face-first with crowds, sparkle, and plenty to look at, wondering where to go first. From here, make your way towards the back for the elevators. After enjoying their Blue Box Cafe, I went to the 'new' customer service department.. Gone is the entire floor being dedicated to this area with the many rows of sit-down window booths and the large lounge/waiting area, here, it's a much smaller scale where there is a wall that the associates disappear behind as you have the option to sit on a few stools. What I found frustrating is that apparently you have to make an appointment to have cleaning-even for fine jewelry-although they were kind to just steam my items. This still didn't have the effect as it used to (in the past, you could tell it was steamed due to the sparkle and how warm the jewelry was in your hands; I felt none of this which leads me to wonder if this was even done). Plenty of associates on hand, and a couple of them were attentive on different floors. One that stood out due to his kindness was Shukhrat! I was checking out the Schlumberger Sixteen Stone, and he was actually wearing it which certainly helped. Not only did he pull a selection in my size, we also had a seat in one of the salons AND he provided me with chocolate which obviously makes for a great impression. His enthusiasm and non-aggressive approach will ensure that I return to him when I am ready to purchase. Another thing that makes me feel way beyond the current times is the sales professionals no longer have their own business cards; everything is done digitally which I found rather appalling (and yes, clearly showing my age). I used to be able to write down pieces that I would work towards on the back of a sales card-including given them the well-deserved sale once I was ready to buy-that art is lost to being on my iPhone. As for the remainder of the store, what I missed this time but hope to see the next is the art gallery on the upper floors. Sidenote: I worked for this company which is why I am so particular, in addition to having so many memories on how things used to be. I was so proud when I received my cards with my name embossed. Tiffany has certainly adapted to the new age, which is impressive yet a little disheartening to those of us who remember it as it was. I can only hope the merchandise still stands up to the quality it was once known for.
What a pleasant shopping experience, especially thanks to Carlos. We were in a hurry to catch our bus, but our mom wanted to come in to quickly purchase an item from their knot collection. Carlos was swift, provided us with a glass of champagne during our transaction, and beautifully wrapped her item. We were able to head off and make our bus just in time. Gorgeous location with a lot of intention in the design and staffing. Would absolutely recommend!
Tiffany and Co. at this location is in Midtown Manhattan, on 5th Ave bet. 56th & 57th Street. The review is based mainly on visiting the Tiffany and Co. Landmark: Culture of Creativity Art Exhibition earlier this year. Tiffany and Co. Flagship Store in Midtown has multiple floors and is full of beautiful things to view on every floor. Tiffany and Co. has their signature & other jewelry & accessories that include scarves, keyrings, sunglasses, belts, leather goods like bags, etc. The Culture of Creativity Art Exhibition was located on one of the upper floors. Warm greetings were provided by a Tiffany and Co. Employee / Tour Guide that led us through the exhibit. The Culture and Creativity Exhibition was created in partnership w/ Peter Marino & has artwork / masterpieces from the Peter Marino Foundation. Masterpieces showcased in the exhibit were from Peter Marino & the following artists: Rashid Johnson Claude Lalanne Francois Xavier- Lalanne Sarah Sze Hans Hartung Damien Hirst Molly Hatch Johan Creten Julian Schnabel Jenny Holzer Roe Etheridge Michelangelo Pistoletto Sarah Charlesworh Vik Muniz Stanley Whitney Andre Dubreuvil YZ Kami Urs Fischer MCarthur Binion Antoine Poncet Francesca Clemente Richard Prince Gregor Hildebrandt About 70 pieces, including paintings, sculptures, antiques, etc. from 20+ artists were displayed throughout the Culture and Creativity Exhibition. The Tour Guide was knowledgeable, gave information on the artists, and stories / inspirations behind the various artwork. It was definitely a beautiful exhibit. Tiffany and Co. also has gorgeous wall art on various floors, including a cool Basquiat! Petermarinofoundation.org www.tiffany.com @tiffanyandco Tiffany and Co. is open Mon.-Sat. -10am - 8pm & on Sundays from 11am - 9pm.
It was my first time in NYC and my wife and I decided to get matching bracelets. Our sales person Jane was amazing and very helpful. My wife and I decided to get matching Venetian Link Bracelets. At lunch, we realized my bracelet didn't have the Tiffany's trademark charm on it so we went back and the manager, Shamy spent time with us looking at all the extra large bracelets and realize none of the XL have them so she was able to talk to the jeweler, and he added one for us. The landmark store was very helpful and amazing. We cannot praise them enough. They really made our trip special with their outstanding customer service.

Overall the loveliest experience here at the Tiffany's Flagship! I did not expect to have time to stumble in here, but I am so grateful I did as a lover of the brand and Audrey Hepburn! My sales associate was incredibly helpful and very lovely to work with. She redirected me to the necklace I was looking for since I was on a time crunch and allowed me to time to look at the Audrey Hepburn mini exhibit while she prepared my necklace. Pricing varies per product but I knew what I was on the hunt for; I am sure I could spend hours here however, and would love to come back to have breakfast at their cafe! Amazing experience overall and will absolutely be back. read more
Beautiful architecture on this building which houses the well known Tiffany and Co. The signature blue color is even on the concrete barriers placed in front of the store which frames the lovely window displays. read more

This is the location yelp instructed me to write my review on. My review is to Tiffany and Co when you purchase online. I purchased a pearl necklace recently, and when it arrived- all of the packaging was covered in blood. I was so appalled and disgusted, I called customer service, and they did help fix this issue. The problem is someone saw there was blood. All over it and then also ruined the packaging by sending a dented box and an unclean jewelry holder. This company does not need to be disgusting, especially with the prices. We all pay for the products. read more

Tiffanys is NO longer the Tiffany of old. BUYERS BEWARE!! I have a large, right Elsa Peretti bone cuff in sterling silver. I decided to purchase a matching one for my left wrist for over three thousand dollars. I ordered it online and had it shipped to my place in Florida, as I spend winters down south. When I returned home to NYC, 4 months later, I compared it to the right wrist cuff I already own. The new cuff is SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the same item I purchased a few years earlier! More importantly, it does NOT measure 95 cm in width as advertised!!! I contacted Tiffany's, showed them a picture of the two..I didnt even want a refund, I merely want to EXCHANGE it for one that IS actually the same width as they advertise and one that matches my existing one. Despite my receiving a product that is deceptive in terms of the dimensions on the website, they refuse to exchange it as it is outside the 30 day return period. I'm not asking for a return, I just want the product I receive to accurately reflect what Tiffany's advertises on its website. DESPICABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. read more

My favorite place to be... I always have a lovely time with great service at the landmark location. Breakfast at Tiffany's more like an afternoon tea for us in the grandeur Landmark store of Tiffany. On the fifth avenue this magnificent 10 floor building transports to a world of luxury with elegance. Magical boxes of blue, its legacy of brilliance. Our high tea experience was just surreal and the best part was I got my ring and chain cleaned while we were relaxing in the blue box cafe. Excellent service and value. read more
The flagship store is beyond a jewelry store, it's an experience. The sales people are friendly and welcome tourists who just want to look and take photos. I bought my first Tiffany necklace here, happy knowing it was from the original location. There are at least 7 levels, elevator attendants and a beautiful winding stair case. I love their timeless designs (but not the Please Return to Tiffany inspired handbags). You can have coffee or afternoon tea at their Blue Box Café, though getting a reservation isn't easy. read more

Everyone was very nice as I browsed the collections and explored the beautiful store. They spent $1 billion on renovating the building and it is beautiful, but wow! That's expensive! There's 7-9 floors of jewelry, furniture, home goods, and even their restaurant! It's a cute store to browse even if you don't plan to buy anything. read more

I don't see any reason to shop here again. I was visiting NYC for our wedding anniversary and went to the flagship store to pick up an online order. Everything went fine with the online order. Once I arrived at the store with my husband to pick up the order we were directed to an elevator. We went to the floor for online order pick-up and glanced at cases. As we moved towards the online order area an older man who was an employee in a suit, perhaps a client advisor or security? Not sure. He said loudly enough for me to hear "don't bother with them, they look like they just arrived from Coney Island." Not sure what that was meant to imply but the tone was pure mockery. If I'm wrong, then explain this interaction to me. I would love for this to have been a misunderstanding. The bracelet is fine, and obviously good quality, but this situation tainted the experience for me. Overall, outside of the online pickup, customer service was unimpressive. For me and my husband, the experience we had at Cartier was far superior. At Cartier we were treated like any other customer and felt that our choice to spend our money there was celebrated by way of impeccable customer service. At Tiffany's the vibe was, you don't look like you can shop here, therefore you are not deserving of customer service. An apology from the store would go a long way. I did receive a scripted apology from their automated chat system but it's not the same. read more

The flagship and original location of Tiffany & Co., well worth a peak (or longer) in for a sightseeing self-guided tour, if in the area near Central Park in Midtown Manhattan. Our group made a conscience effort to stop by the store on a Thursday afternoon before lunch. It was a relief to get out of the muggy heat. When we walked in, we were definitely underdressed as tourists, but none of the immaculately dressed associates made us feel out of place. The first floor is a fully working jewelry retail store, with many customers sitting down at the jewelry counter talking intently with employees making sales. But there is so much more on the higher levels: it's an art museum as well. It has 110,000 square feet of floor space on it's 10 floors, 7 of which are available to browse to the public. One needs to make your way to the elevators in the back, where sits a Basquiat painting in the elevator bank (pointed out by our art-loving friend). Floors 3 - 7 are accessible to the public without an appointment, each floor with a unique set of high end jewelry and house goods (learned that Tiffany was originally a seller of housewares before they broke into jewelry design and sales). One can take the elevator to the 7th floor, and then take a glass spiraling staircase down to the lower levels until hitting the 3rd floor. Some cool places were the Patak Phillipe watches on 7, the tiffany diamond, an interactive homage to Audrey Hepburn from Breakfast at Tiffany's on 5, Bird on a Rock jewelry, and a Race Car Clock in tiffany blue (whopping $215k with diamonds, 'only' $45k without). The employees on the upper floors were guides, rather than salespeople: friendly without being obtrusive, making us feel very welcome, even though they knew we were not going to buy anything that day. Special callout to Lisa and Brandon, both of whom spent time talking and educating us; both were delightful. For example, we learned that Tiffany Blue is color trademarked, with no other company being able to use it without permission. Also learned that Tiffany has a few long term partnerships, one of which is the famous one with SCHLUMBERGER, around the famous 'Bird on a Rock' jewelry. This is a must stop for anybody who has any interest in Tiffany (its jewelry or its history). read more

It is so beautiful here since they renovated the store. I could not be more in love with the store. Beautiful decor. Very helpful employees. Gorgeous jewelry of course.Besides jewelry they have sunglasses, purses, wallets and more. Simply wonderful. There is also a floor where they have the Blue Box Cafe to mimic "Breakfast at Tiffany's." Perhaps next time we will go here! I love how they put New York scenery on the windows! It really was a delight to look around all the floors! read more
After a very long ( three year) renovation of the Flagship store I was excited to see the transformation. It is stunning , modern and displays several art pieces , BUT , I miss the store before the renovations., rich in history and nostalgia. However, the 10 floors are a work of art. The renovations include digital and LED technology. The renovations included adding a spiral staircase with crystals. The artwork adds a new dimension and you can spend time browsing over 40 pieces of art. There is also a Tiffany Blue Box Cafe. The bathrooms ( available to the public) are worth visiting. They are a work of art, with high end fixtures and exquisite tiles. The renovations are magnificent and the attention to detail is evident. read more
