I was at Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center with my bestie and decided to come in and look around. There was a little line outside as they pair you up with a sales associate. There are three floors in this store. The store is huge, bright and immaculate. The top floor is where all the solitaire diamond rings are located, such eye candy. I had fun trying on a ring. While I was there I had my Tiffany jewelry cleaned. The salesgirl told me that it would be about an hour and that she would text me when it was done. However, I didn't receive any form of communication that my cleaning was done. I stopped back in two and a half hours later and the jewelry was already cleaned. She was really nice and gave me a new Tiffany blue pouch for my jewelry, which I appreciated. We had fun perusing the store. We even tried their perfumes. Whenever I'm lucky enough to spend time in Hawaii, I make it a priority to have my wedding band cleaned (complimentary) at this flagship location. During my visit on 20 JAN 2024 I was asked to remain outside for a few minutes while they attended to patrons that were already in the store (could have been due to security considerations or customer service preferences, either way it was no problem at all). I had booked a cleaning appointment a later in the afternoon and they were happy to accommodate me earlier. They verified my information in their database, provided me with a pickup slip and an estimated 60 min window to return and pick the item back up. True to their word, the item was ready and thoroughly cleaned an hour later and I was on my way to explore the rest of Waikiki. Once entered we were greeted by Jay, who was so sweet. Asked us what we're were looking for and from there lead us to it. We meet him on the third floor and from there showed us what we were looking for. He laid out a selections of rings for us to see and try on. And from there it was easy. It was time for my wife to finally get a wedding band (supposed to be last year, but last year happened), and for me as well. We decided to go to the Waikiki Tiffany's as our previous Sales Associate from Ala Moana has left that store. Tiffany's is located in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. You can park in the parking garage and you'll get one hour validation. If you're a Hawaii resident, you can get three additional hours if you visit the customer service desk (the salesperson told me this). I never realized this store had three levels! Whenever you enter these type of high end stores, you always hope you get a good sales associate who actually sees and treats everyone equally. Luckily we got a very nice salesperson, Ashley. She was very patient, professional, courteous, informative, and very helpful. She helped me try on different rings, and figured out my ring size was actually smaller than what I was sized previously, which was great news since my original size 10.5 was $400 more expensive than a size 10 and below for the ring I was interested in. I actually fit a 9.5 comfortably, but there was none in stock at any store anywhere. There was a size 10 located at just one store, but had to be shipped over. Oh, my wife knew what she wanted, and didn't need to spend anytime lol. Overall, I enjoyed the service here from Ashley. My wife is definitely happy with her new ring, and I decided on another brand. We'll definitely look for Ashley for our future purchases from Tiffany's. The only thing is that bothered me was that security and sales associates should be more strict. I seen a guy (probably a tourist) just walk around holding a take out box of pizza and a soda while pulling his mask down to take a sip. Been a Tiffany customer since I first bought my girlfriend (now wife) a bracelet back in high school, almost twenty years now. Since then, we've made multiple purchases locally and in New York (having tea at the restaurant) and London. We've also been to this location a few times. On this occasion, we were looking to pick up some right hand rings for our anniversary. We were greeted at the door and escorted to the case. Service was good for the most part, however, while shopping (same area), we noticed another family being offered water while they waited. Personally, this is something I've seen before when it comes to locals vs. tourists in the store, but the store was close to closing time so perhaps that had something to do with it. While I have zero interest in the Tiffany & Co brand, I came here with my mother to help purchase some things for her friend to bring back from our Hawaii trip. Everyone on the first floor were okay -- we were greeted, then directed to go to the second floor for other jewelry. Things seemed fine up until we were assigned to the sales associate on the second floor. I don't recall her name because she never introduced herself nor seemed thrilled to assist us in the process of buying jewelry. The woman was dead expressionless, unhappy, and made it known that she did not care about our business. Had my mother's friend not requested certain pieces, I would have made my mom drop the purchases and leave. For a first time visit in a Tiffany & Co store this was pretty awful. read more

Every experience visiting Tiffany's is enjoyable. Whether I am perusing or shopping for myself or gifts, the staff here is exceptional. They are always so attentive. I particularly like to visit Hawaii's locations because they have had some unique silver pieces/charms unique to Hawaii. I love adding to my charm bracelets and it's an easy souvenir to collect. Beautiful venue as expected and gifts and jewelry for a variety of audiences. Charm bracelets have improved ~ before, I would have to send in my bracelet and charms in each time I needed to add a charm. Now, they've updated their bracelets to have clasps that I can place new charms onto immediately. Love that! My only complaint is in regards to their lacquered charms (pink or blue colors) I had one piece that oxidized very unusually and they would not replace it as any warranty. Frustrating because none of my other lacquered charms have had any discoloring. Their customer service is usually helpful and conveniently located on their stores. I use them at least once or twice-a-year when I need my silver polished. They take a few weeks sometimes, but they're always accommodating. I love their concierge service whenever I need my jewelry serviced. The elephant pieces I was shopping for on this occasion even had a notable cause. I believe a percentage of proceeds went to their preservation. According to their recent Facebook post: "In support of Save the Elephants, we're excited to announce our new Tiffany Save the Wild collection. Walked into this beautiful location on the strip. We were casually Greeted by Chris. He was so helpful, patient and friendly. I would give this place more stars if I could. We did try shopping at the Ala Moana location earlier that day but the staffing was less than desirable with absolutely no greeting and no help from the workers. Yikes. Knowing what I wanted I left and headed to the Kalākaua location and purchased our items. Chris was so helpful with our purchases. It's been years since I've walked into a Tiffany's location for myself. I can truly say that I never expected to ever end my love affair with the little red box. Even after the Honolulu flagship store relocating to its new home, it wasn't even a passing thought to enter...till the other day. It just so happens my amazing SA found a new home with the family at Tiffany's. Let me tell you about this amazing woman. Her name is Nadya. In all my years in luxury boutiques, she is by far the BEST SA I've ever come across. One of our first encounters, she was helping my husband and son pick a bracelet out for me and physically went with them to another place I frequent to do a little recon on my wrist size. I couldn't believe it. She always greets us with a warm smile, offers my child treats and keeps him occupied. She's not only accommodating, kind and attentive but she genuinely listens and cares. Not once did I ever feel pressured into purchasing anything. She even remembers our birthdays and anniversary, better than I do. Lol So of course, when she said she found a new home, we HAD to come in and support her decision. A huge part of the allure to boutiques is the experience... sometimes more than the brand itself. Nadya never disappoints. She is what makes the experience special! Ok so I did give this review 4stars and not 5. But it wasn't anything to do with my SA. Let's talk about the boutique. Located in luxury row of Waikiki, parking is a bit of a hassle. Then there are the Covid protocols in place and you have to walk all the way around to wonder the premises. You're greeted by the security guard immediately who asks if you are there to meet anyone. The store is glorious. Three levels of nicely displayed items. Not sure who the interior designer was. I see the idea and it does portray luxury but I think the layout could use some work. There was so much wasted space. It could definitely be improved upon to allow for more merchandise. The Ala Moana location seems to carry far more options. No stemware or tableware. Hello, wasn't that where Tiffany's all began? No leather goods to speak of and a minimal men's selection. They can absolutely order your items for delivery to the boutique but let's talk about that for a sec. You can order directly from NY and have items delivered to your door overnight. Do you know it took over a day and a half for my diamond earrings to be delivered for pickup from a location a mile away? Granted I could have just driven to Ala Moana to begin with but Nadya isn't at Ala Moana so that defeated the whole purpose of my visit. So yeah, inconvenient but I waited. We were there at closing the night my earrings were to arrive but didn't so I browsed other items. The security guard was making us uncomfortable. He was clearly ready to go home. Locking all doors and pacing, passive aggressively hinting for us to leave. So rather than looking for other items to purchase, we left. The following day, I returned to pick up my earrings. Delivery was later than expected. Nadya, knowing I was late for other commitments was there ready for me. I had spoken to her prior about another item I was curious about and had that waiting for me as well. She's amazing. To management at TCO, congratulations! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, showed us the style we were looking for and made suggestions on similar styles. Chris took the time to show us all the pieces we were interested in, gave his perspective on which piece looked better when worn and the reason for it, which adds a personal touch and illustrates to me his honesty and genuiness, not just pushing sales. In addition to purchasing a piece, I got two pieces of my Tiffany jewelry cleaned at the store, Chris promptly updated us when it finished. Amazing customer service at this location. I thought I was going to get treated badly like I did at Hermes Waikiki because I was dressed in street casual with no designer on but I was wrong. You have to wait outside for 3-5 minutes since there's a max amount of people who can be in the store at once they apologize for making you wait. I stopped in while shopping Waikiki to have my diamonds cleaned - which is always complimentary for Tiffany jewelry and they inspect your items to make sure all the diamonds are safe/not loose. I had 5 items with me that I was wearing and they were all covered in sunscreen so I figured they could use some TLC. I checked in with the lady up front and she escorted me to the third floor where I was greeted by a friendly lady who took stock of all my jewels, gave me a receipt and said it was going to be about 20 minutes. I left to walk down to Hard Rock to buy my pin and When I returned the same gal and I spoke for about 20 minutes about my upcoming trip to Japan and she made some recommendations. She had cleaned my diamonds and had them ready and she was very engaging and friendly. A great experience. This is a very large store with tons of items including engagement, home goods, luggage, perfume, watches, and their tiffany collections (Elsa Peretti, Metro, Paper Flowers, etc.). I had recently "lost" my favorite Tiffany necklace just prior to arriving in Honolulu. This caused me to be pretty down for the past day or two. While walking down the outdoor shopping strip I noticed this massive Tiffany store at the Royal Hawaiian Center. I was so excited about the possibility of replacing my dearest necklace and the look of the store from the outside was so inviting! I went inside and everything was so clean and well organized with 3 levels of marble gloriousness to be explored! While viewing some of the jewelry cases, one of the sales women approached me to see if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and to my dismay she said that my necklace had been discontinued, but she was more than happy to help me find a new one. She took the time time to assist me and we eventually found something that was very similar to what I was trying to replace. After being persuaded by my best friend and roommate for the longest time, I decided that yes, I will take the plunge and get myself a Tiffany's charm. I had a charm bracelet given to me by my grandfather last time I was in China in 2007 and that was the last time I saw him before he passed away. I had decided on the blue box charm before even setting foot into the Tiffany's store. I look at it in person in the San Francisco stores and just fell in love. I couldn't take the plunge to get it because 1 - my boyfriend was with me and 2 - I had spent so much money already for the holidays. Coming to Hawaii, I decided since the sales tax rate is about half of that in San Francisco, I would do it - buy my charm. I walked in with my mom who was all nervous since she's never been in and walked to the second floor where all the silver pieces are.
