Honestly just left this store & I am not impressed. I love Tiffany's, my boyfriend & I both have several items from there, but the staff at this location are straight up rude & condescending (Angela especially). When we came in there were 2 other customers in the store, & their was at least 6 employees working. My boyfriend & I looked around the store for at least 20minutes, not one of the employees even said hello, asked if we needed help or wanting to look at anything, just COMPLETELY disregarded us. Not sure if this was cause we are younger & maybe weren't wearing the nicest clothes but still, absolutely unacceptable. We have both been shopping at Tiffany's for at least 3 years now & this location in chinook is honestly just disrespectful to the Tiffany & Co brand. Worst part is we actually were planning to buy something but left because we were being ignored. Will not return to this location even though it is convenient. read more

Amazing customer service! You get what you pay for - I have been a loyal client for years, and have never had a problem with anything I have bought around the world. They are really good about repairs if there ever is an issue. I was at the Chinook location last night buying a birthday gift for my mom. I can't recall the sales girl's name - I'll find her card and add it to my review as she was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to show me options, and ensured my purchase was within my budget. I should also note that I had visited Birks in Chinook last night as well - I was not even greeted while I browsed the store. It's my rule that I will never buy something in a store if I am not acknowledged. So they didn't get the sale, and I left to head over to Tiffany's - where I was greeted several times and helped immediately! read more

Oh Tiffany's, one of my true loves (next to my husband, who buys me most of my Tiffany). I bought my first Tiffany when i was in Vegas years ago. And have continued shopping since. I've purchased from various locations throughout the states, on-line and the downtown location. I just went to the Chinook mall location to get all my jewelry cleaned. I was helped immediately, even though I wasn't dressed to the nines. The sales lady was charming, nice to talk to and made me feel comfortable leaving a lot of jewelry with them. I was charged $15/piece to clean it and it was all done in 4 hours. Upon pick-up the placed them all in little baggies with tarnish resistant paper and labelled what was what and my jewelry looked brand new! I will definitely be coming back to this location to purchase new jewelry and for maintenance of my previous purchased pieces as well. read more

My girlfriend and I wandered through here while killing some time before going to see a movie. I had only been in a Tiffany store once before and was turned off by the snooty staff and the prices. This trip changed my opinion a little. The staff were very friendly. We were greeted at the door and by a couple other staff while browsing around. They weren't pushy like other jewelry stores who always seem like they're trying to come up with an excuse to open the case and get something in your hands. read more

This location is nothing short of expectation, that staff are very helpful and friendly, they have a full selection of everything you might find at Tiffany's, and it's convienent. I have never met someone as unprofessional as Angela from Tiffany & Co in Chinook Mall. As soon as we came in, she was very snobby and short. Never smiling and almost giving off an attitude like we wouldn't be able to afford anything their store has to offer. I love Tiffany & Co and have many of their classic pieces from various locations such as Las Vegas and Honolulu, so I have noting against the brand, but visiting this location and dealing with Angela has been the most unwelcoming experience and I won't be coming back. I suggest your reconsider your sales staff and just a friendly reminder to Angela; please get off your high horse. read more

I see many of the reviews on here most people didn't have the best experience here because of the snobby workers. I on the other hand have had multiple very good experiences here. Every time I was helped by a different associate and they have all been very knowledgeable. If I had a question they weren't able to answer they immediately found someone that could. I definitely recommend them to all my friends looking for timeless pieces for their wardrobe. read more

Definitely my favorite store in all of Chinook! It's beautiful and pristine and the little blue box with white ribbon always makes me heart sing a little. Most of the staff are incredibly friendly but I found the group of them that were standing at the front of the store chatting to be a bit stand-offish which I wasn't a fan of and why Tiffany's is only getting 4 stars instead of 5. They have lots of different jewelry and even things for the home which is awesome! read more

I am not a fan of Tiffany but I found some pieces I really love on Instagram. So as soon as I walked in I was greeted and the SA knew what pieces I was looking for. She pulled out all the pieces I wanted to see in the pink gold and the silver. I got to try them all on and make my decisions. My husband found a piece he liked and they didn't have it in his size. She graciously checked the system to see if they had his size at another location in Toronto. I liked the SA because she was very grounded and down to earth and totally related with us. I like that because in a store like Tiffany I always expect the staff to be stuffy and snooty. Not so here!! LOVED my first purchase experience. And tot top it off she sent me a thank you card in the mail. Now that's service! read more

I had gone in to look for ideas for my parents for my birthday. The staff was friendly and I found a few things I liked. When my parents bought my present ( a gorgeous silver locket with 3 diamonds in the shape of a heart) the staff had gotten the locket mixed up. When I opened the present at home we found out there was no diamonds. We called the store and the apologized and said they would exchange it the next day. They also gave us a horseshoe necklace for the mixup. read more

While shopping in the Chinook Centre Tiffany store, I overheard a woman asking about exchange or credit on a ring she had purchased/received a couple of years ago that she had never worn, which no longer fit and could not be resized. The male sales clerk shrugged and said sorry but there was nothing he could do for her, then, once the customer had left the store, proceeded to mock the woman while recounting her request to a female sales clerk. All of this within earshot of me, browsing a display case just a few feet away. Stay classy, Tiffany. read more

This location service doesn't live up to the name.... I have one of the charm bracelets with 6 tiffany charms. one of them is the porcelain blue box. well the blue part chipped away in less than a year. so I went back to see what they can do. Their answer was "SORRY, this is common with the porcelain blue charms and we can't repair it." they wouldn't even exchange it. This was about a year ago and since then have been turned off from Tiffany. Today, I went to the San Francisco store while in California. They have a customer service desk. Thought I would ask the same thing about my charm. His answer about the porcelain blue was the same but he offered to exchange it! Not only that, he gave me the option to exchange for the plain silver one. While I love the blue, but I went ahead and opted for the silver box. Now that is the Tiffany and company service I would expect.... so never will I shop in the Calgary store. read more

I was in the Tiffany boutique in holt renfrew and was served by a gentleman named Jacey. He was kind at first, but then I realized that he was talking down to me. I gave him parameters of the gift that I wanted. Everything that he showed me was above the price range that I has said I did not want to go over. I am not cheap by any means, but when I set a budget, I would like to stick to it. Also he was talking to me about diamonds like I have never seen one before. I walked out of the store with a sour taste in my mouth, and went to Birks and purchased a beautiful set of diamond earrings for my wife. Also I went above the set budget, because I wanted to, and not because the sales associate wanted to make a better commission. Any advice I have is Do not shop with Jacey, he is a pushy sales Associate that only cares about commission. He also told me that he was sent to NYC to get trained on engagement rings! You would think Tiffany would train proper manners. read more
