We had to call to find out if we had a future appointment. The second appointment they were very late and never called to let us know they were still coming. We had a design project for the backyard and they never even bothered to even set foot in the backyard , measure it , or look at the trees or the shade patterns or the elevations. When we questioned them, they said that we had dogs so that was why they did not go back there. But the dogs are kept in a room in the house and not allowed to run free . the backyard is not fenced so they just had to walk around the house to the backyard to enter In the end, they accused us of being in the wrong somehow and through extensive negotiation, we received half of our deposit back, Owner Mike Linn was smooth and charming in the beginning and was at the end, rude raised his voice to me , and accused us of lying. Which is remarkable since all we wanted was a simple backyard Landscape design. We feel fortunate to have escaped with minimal emotional and financial damage. I stopped in here looking for it, lucked out & bought the last one. A very sweet lady employee climbed the ladder to get it down for me promptly as I went googoogaga soon as I saw it. Excellent service. Thank you so much kind human. Give that lady a raise! xx Just a side note: The parking here is all in the sun, which I hate. However, if you don't mind walking a bit, there is tons of parking around back in the shade FYI. What a la vie en rose lucky shopping day! Luck of the Irish shopping bonanza! Thank you World Market. I asked if they would be getting them in stock but they had no idea when they would be here or what they look like so I will be back soon.

Their home section isn't too bad either, I've seen some great art and bathroom sets too. Overall, if you're going to go to a Ross, this is the only one I'd suggest.

Seemed to have plenty of staff and several asked if I needed assistance. I liked that they had plenty of cash registers open, I didn't wait in line long. The only downside to this one is the parking/traffic pattern. Its just plain hard to get in and out of. Not sure they can do much about that, could probably say that about any business on 19. I will park further away where its more convenient to get out rather than right in front of the store.
