Charge $150 for an estimate that is non refundable and it doesn't get applied to the repair cost. You pay $150b just to find out how much they want to do the repair. Indicates to me that they like building them but don't want to be bothered with you later. Personally, I would never buy another one.

However last month Hurricane IAN CAT 4 (2 mph below a CAT 5 at 155 MPG) was not kind to it and toppled a 70 plus hard wood massive tree right on the shed. taking down high voltage lines, cable, and telephone. The shed probably saved the top of the tree from major damage to the house!!! I wonder if we can get a Warranty replacement? The owner called me and gave me no explanation why he missed the appointment and tried to reschedule. (I declined) This may be an outlier as nearly all of their reviews are 5*. Time is too precious to waste. I hope they review their process. Update: St. Pete Sheds just called to offer to build me a shed at a "drastically reduced" price in order to "earn my business". I declined. Office guy did claim they are trying to improve process and did actually apologize. I edited my review from 1* to 2* but I am not going to do business with someone who doesn't show up at the appointment that they themselves made. (I changed my schedule for them).

Unable to find him or his business listed on PCCLB. Our experience with this company is horrible. We have been promised a building for over two months. They finally showed and "started". Over the course of two weeks, they have managed to put up part of a frame because a typical workday is two hours. We have paid for materials and most are not onsite. Our job requires a permit and we have not been able to find it on the Pinnelas site.

This lazy…read moreno good sales person had me driving 17 hours on a 70 mile an hour road with a Camaro being held down by one strap strapped to the driver side front tire and no place else. God told us to pull over to use the restroom and while I was in the restroom my husband checked the car and saw it was on a tow bed with only one strap. I cried and more so tears of joy because the amount of love and provision and protection God shows us is unbelievable but definitely undeniable. We could have wipes out half the day Interstate of 95 if that car had flown off the tow bed. Or it could have come through the back of the Uhaul truck and killed us instantly. God said no way no how not our time. I'm so grateful. Then the praise and admiration turned into anger because the lazy sales person didn't make sure we were locked down properly. He complained the entire time about his job and he also stated he's given his 30 day notice. I contacted Uhaul they sent AAA out to where we were at the rest stop and the tow guys were appalled at what they saw. They were explaining this has been occurring a lot through these lazy trifling people Uhaul gives their products to. Uhaul is trusting anyone these days with peoples lives and money at any risk necessary for Uhaul to get paid. Uhaul tried to give us a $100 certificate to buy stuff at their establishment. Why the heck would I ever patron your establishment again?? That $100 could have gone into my account since I requested partial refund and reported them to the BBB. I'm looking into a lawyer I've been in touch with several. I want to see what my best options are because now I'm going for the whole shabang I was trying to ask for gas money back and the tip I paid the AAA guys but now I want all my money back and more. Causeway location....Scotty told us delivery would be Monday, made arrangements for closing our…read morestorage unit on Sunday (no extra time available from them) and had the Uhaul reserved. Nope, can't get the unit there until Thursday. Now we had no way of leaving stuff in storage any longer so we had to rent the Uhaul extra days, costing quite a bit more. Scotty nor the owner were willing to do anything to make the situation right. The "owner" never even reached out to speak to us. Scotty may have just not known but that's no excuse after he's been there so long. So, once they have your money and contract signed there is no service left to be had. We won't be returning and will be making a complaint with Better Business and the finance company.
