Then I had major spine surgery and it was transformed again into a bedroom and bathroom for a disabled person. Each version had piles of stuff. Books , papers, computers. Then Boxes of paint supplies and jewelry supplies and tools. Everything was sloppily piled along walls. They moved everything and wiped it down, even Books. They washed the floors until they glowed and smelled like Murphy's soap, Delightful. They created order out of piles of chaos. I was in the hospital for almost 2 months, so the dust was piled up. The first time I booked with this company, they deep cleaned my house, but in the process of cleaning my house they dropped a plant which is fine that's not really a big deal, but then they never said anything to me about it. They did clean around the area but as soon as I lifted the dog bed(where the plant fell), there was dirt all over the floor. Now that should've been my sign to never book with them again, but I decided to give them another chance. The second "deep clean", I felt like they could've done a better job, but the service was done and I just don't think it was worth it and I could have done the same job myself FOR FREE. The kitchen counters were still dirty, the house looked like they barely wiped down at all. This last time that I booked with them, I booked my appointment for 9 AM. I am going to insert screenshots of the response that I received from whoever is responsible for talking with customers. This was a very unprofessional way to respond despite them being late. They were 50 min late, there was no apology or thank you for your patience, nothing. I felt like it was extremely unprofessional, rude and I will never book with them again. So I contacted Ms. No Spots for Move In deep cleaning service. Tieneshia responded to my request quickly. The day of service, Tieneshia texted me to let me know when she would arrive. Once she entered my home, she and her sister cleaned my entire house from top to bottom (inside and outside cabinets, fridge, stove, oven, mopped floors, etc.). The entire cleaning process took about three hours. I'm so impressed with all they accomplished. I can't imagine having to clean my entire house by myself while unpacking, doing laundry, and so on. Last month I texted them saying that I have 6 gifted sessions and that was the 5th one. They texted back saying " okay :) ". Now today the day after our cleaning, they sent a text to my fiancee saying they sent him an invoice for the cleaning. Management seems to be a mess. The client should not see the invoice needs to be paid, when it is a gift -even if the invoice was not sent to me, but the gifter. [END EDIT] I was gifted 6 sessions of cleaning and have utilized Martha's Cleaning for the last 6 months as I have them come monthly. The cleaners are very nice and always do a good job. They don't speak English well, but they use a translator app to speak with you. There's been a few times that the cleaning wasn't exactly perfect so I've asked them to go over a certain spot/area, and they're always friendly and happy to do so and will clean what ever you ask them to. I 100% agree with the previous review from Jonathan P - they are never on time. They are consistently 10-30 minutes late, usually more about 10-20 minutes late. However, for someone with a strict schedule - I take that very seriously and it inconveniences me. I plan my entire life and work schedule to the minute. I may leave a prior engagement at a certain time, in order to meet the cleaners. It's extremely disrespectful of my time to be late as that's a waste of me time and I could have stayed at my prior engagements longer. At least 50% of the time, meaning at least 3 of the 6 appointments I've had - they call or text me the day of, asking if we can reschedule for a different time. They are friendly when I say no, and tell me " no problem, we'll be there at your scheduled time" - but I find it extremely unprofessional to ask a client to change their schedule when I book my appointments weeks in advance. Today was my last cleaning of the gifted services. This morning they texted at 10am and asked if the cleaners could come at noon instead of 3. I said no one would be home until 3, they texted back " ok no problem :)". Then I received a call a few hours later asking if the cleaners could come at 5. I was pretty upset and asked him why do I have to change my schedule when I scheduled weeks ago. He then replied " oh it's okay if you can't we're just checking. We can still come at 3". All these encounters really rub me the wrong way and as a client I do not feel my time is respected. We make appointments for a reason, a company should adhere to them and respect their client's schedule and time. All these calls added stress to my life and work day in trying to consider rescheduling with them. Overall, I was happy with the individual cleaners that come through, solid 4/5 stars. Unfortunately my encounters of attempting to reschedule with management has been a 2/5 stars and still makes me extremely upset when I think about it.
