I messaged this company on Saturday 8/6/22. They said they could get out to us on Monday for a Move Out Clean and I said great! Put the key under the mat and trusted them to get the job done. I paid the deposit and the rest of the bill out of good faith thinking this company would do a professional job like they were hired to do. If you don't know, a move out clean means that you have MOVED OUT of the home, and needing it to be cleaned before turning your keys in. I live an hour away from this home and returned last night to take pictures to make sure everything was taken care of. I walked into a DISASTER! The only thing that was cleaned was the oven and the microwave. No one swept, no one mopped, my baseboards were not cleaned, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, mirrors were not cleaned, appliances were not wiped down, and my fans were not cleaned. I messaged Joseph the owner and the response I got was we can't help you because it's been more than 24 hours and that someone "walked on the floors after cleaning". You can clearly see that they didn't clean considering I had kibble on the floor from when we moved the furniture, there is dirt and laundry beads on the floor in the laundry room. They were the only company I had called out due to cleaning being the last thing that needs to be done in the apartment. They will not return my calls, will not respond to my messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The only thing they are professionals at is being thieves. They have stolen my money and don't have any plan on fixing the job they did NOT COMPLETE! If the owner would like to contact me to do a walk through of the apartment that they supposedly "cleaned" I'd love to.
