Patrick flat out lied to me about their use of green cleaning products, failed to follow up on what he told me regarding how to schedule and just overall poorly communicated with me. He just simply dropped the ball. When I expressed that using green cleaning products was important to me, Patrick told me they were a "completely green company and only used pet/kid safe products." When I asked him about it again after they actually cleaned with non-green products, he looked at me like I was crazy, and then said "we have a green spray we can use on the toilets." How's that "completely green?" When I told him my scheduling needs were for roughly every two weeks and potentially a different day, he said "no problem...just text me like the Saturday before and I'll get back to you to confirm." That worked for the second visit, then silence after requesting the third visit. I let the entire week go by, then reached out again to ask if I could get on his schedule for the next week. His response was that he had been bogged down with a family health issue and too much other business. Then silence again...absolutely no attempt from him to schedule me. OK, life happens...I get it...but then you just go MIA again after excusing yourself from not even acknowledging my first request? That was a month ago and I've not heard one word from him. It became apparent that my ongoing small job was just not enough for them to prioritize, let alone even contact me to schedule service. If you're a big ticket customer, I imagine you may get better service, but if you're just a small fish, you'll be better off to find someone different.

He was at my apartment from 10 AM till 8 at night. There were several times where I needed items from Home Depot and Ace Hardware store and he left and picked them all up for me. He is a phenomenal handyman. He mounted my 47" Flat screen tv up on the wall. He put 15 different shelves . He created a pot rack , by using material he purchased from the hardware store. He created a system to store and display all of my mugs in my kitchen . I have a studio apartment and he helped design a closet system that doubled my space. Bill carried up all of my shelves and some furniture up two levels of stairs for me too . Bill was kind and I felt safe and happy to have him in my home. He was extremely meticulous, paid close attention to every detail and I swear my apartment was spotless when he left. He cleaned and mopped all of the dust left from the walls and helped take the garbage and boxes downstairs for me. The second time I hired Maid in heaven Shonda came to clean the apartment. and Bill came to do a few more shelves. The previous week I made homemade potpourri and boiled it on the stove which caused there to be many stains that were left on my ceiling and walls. When they were done cleaning the walls were spotless the ceiling was bright and white. Everything was perfect. All of my items were dusted and handled with such care. They are kind and trustworthy people and I am so glad I found them!!! I would recommend them for any kind of handyman help you may need in your home and fantastic cleaning service. A couple of days before the scheduled date, I phoned to confirm the basics. We agreed on an arrival time, and the call was both professional and polite. On the day of the cleaning, a team of four arrived exactly as agreed. After a quick walkthrough, they got to work. Over the next three hours, they cleaned places I would never have even considered. My apartment had a lot of dust, and now there is none. This was, without question, the most expensive cleaning service I have ever used. I have hired cleaners in San Francisco, Vancouver BC, and Singapore, and for similar services the cost was roughly half. The total billed was $605, which included a discount I believe covered oven cleaning, an item I had been told would be extra beyond the hourly rate of $55 per cleaner. The overall cost was not a surprise, as we had discussed the pricing beforehand. I expected the total to be around $600, and it was. After the cleaning was complete, the invoice was sent via email, and tipping can be added at that time. That said, I am very pleased with the results. Everywhere I look is spotless.
