The yarn suggested was not obtainable so I went on a quest to find something workable. The owner of the store was so helpful. Showed me a website, walked around and helped me with the yarn type. While she didn't have the color I wanted she spent time on the internet trying to find a source. She explained the code on the skein in a way that made great sense and reinforced why swatches are so important. The store is wonderful, has a varied range of prices and quality for the beginner knitter as well as the experienced one. She carries some other things specific to the Oregon coast. Turns out that was a copycat I had seen earlier. I'm going to hang my jellyfish near my pool. They are so creative and interesting looking. I'm also loving sustainable artists who recycle materials into something unique and beautiful. The pirate galleries are hidden behind the store fronts and looks like a Hollywood set! Great find and super cool. Mine was $75. Go get one!

We were intrigued by this sweet little shop! She has an assortment of gifts, including air plants!…read more But the unexpected items we found were raccoon and fox penis bones! They can be ground up and used for spells, but they are interesting whole. I resisted the urge to blurt out "THAT'S why they are called boners!". The proprietress is delightful! Stop in and see what a nice selection of items she has. We found some incense we liked. You might find something cool too! The penis bones will have to be my next visit!
