Combo basket with Mahi Mahi
Brandy H.

Another great visit to Tide tables. We opted to sit inside the small bar area, but they also have a larger outdoor bar and seating area overlooking the bay. All the employees are fantastic and super friendly. We had the blackened group sandwich and the fried scallops tonight and both were fabulous. Their French fries are super tasty as well. This is definitely one of our favorites in the Anna Maria area.

Lightly blackened grouper basket (yellow rice and slaw) and lightly blackened scallop basket (baked beans and slaw).

We got the grouper and scallop baskets, lightly blackened on the servers recommendation. Very cool spot, awesome staff, and incredible food. Tartar sauce was unreal. Highly recommend!

Special of the day vodka pasta with salmon (probably our least favorite but still good)

This little unassuming spot was absolutely buzzing over an hour wait on a Tuesday and it's easy to see why. The marina setting is such a vibe, with dockside picnic tables, a tiki bar, and a small indoor space with a bar and a few tables. We were genuinely blown away by the quality of the food. Everything tasted incredibly fresh the menu says "caught and served same day," and it absolutely lives up to that promise. The blackened fish tacos were a standout and some of the best we've had. The Caesar salad dressing is made In house and is absolutely delicious! We added the blackened mahi and it was filling and delicious. I have mastered a homemade recipe and I'm hard to impress when it comes to Caesar . (We ordered it extra saucy) The only thing we didn't love was the grouper spread, but that was more of a personal preference--it leaned more toward a tuna fish style spread rather than the creamier version we were expecting. The service was great too, the waiters are obviously kept super busy in a spot like that but still managed to get the job done with a smile! Overall, this was easily some of the best food we've had in Florida in the 10 years we've been coming here for spring break. We'll definitely be adding this spot to our yearly rotation.

Still one of my favorites for fried scallops. Today was overcast and we encountered little beach traffic and parking issues. Their batter is light and they make their own tartar sauce. We prefer eating inside so we can keep an eye on the NFL playoffs. Always friendly service. Popular venue so try an off hour to get seated and prime parking

this is my favorite place just off the island. the food is ALWAYS top tier, the people are ALWAYS friendly, and the view is ALWAYS amazing. i've been coming to A.M.I. for the better part of my life & one of the main reasons is this place.

Grouper bites basket and 5 ounce grouper basket.

We stopped here for our first night on Anna Maria island. A friend recommended this place, and we quickly found out why. The grouper was fantastic, fresh and so flaky. The waitstaff was kind and anticipated our needs. You can't beat a small restaurant on the water.

Delicious fried grouper with coleslaw and grilled vegetables

Tide Tables Restaurant serves up deliciousness right at the intersection of the Cortez Bridge and the Intracoastal Waterway. We ordered the fried grouper platter and the fried mahi mahi platter--both outstanding. The breading was perfectly crispy with just the right touch of salt. Our server was super friendly, as were the ladies who helped us find parking and get seated. The picnic tables outside offered great views of the marina and plenty of bird activity to watch while we ate. After a week of dining out on Anna Maria Island, this was easily one of my top three meals--fresh, relaxed, and full of flavor.

first time trying this restaurant and it was really good. we had the fish tacos. definitely try them. a lot of their menu is caught daily. staff was friendly and quick. there is also an inside area if you want to be out of the heat. looks like the kind of places locals hang out and have dinner. was a little pricy but not terrible. cole slaw was ok. i'm kinda picky. it wasn't bad. just not my favorite version.

They are a laid back beach marina restaurant with picnic tables, tiki hut bar as you wait, and dolphins in the water. They have a staff member directing parking traffic. Our waiter was quick and attentive. Everyone's food was delicious we had a large group so I am not going to try and list everything. shrimp, scallops, fish all cooked right and flavorful. If in Bradenton/ AMI area stop by and try them out.

This is a great place right at the outskirts of longboat key to grab some food. The fish tacos were delicious. I enjoyed the rice that came with as well and their coleslaw. Servers were very friendly. Gets busy here, on a Wednesday around 2 there was a 25 minute wait but we decided to sit right away at the bar. Beautiful outdoor seating overlooking the water. Really good Florida vibes seafood shack.

We came back 10 minutes later and she locked the doors and switched the "open" sign to "close" closing 40 minutes early! It gave us a bad vibe and felt extremely rude especially because it was one of spots we wanted to try in the area. The food is delicious, and the cocktails are unique and delightful. My wife and I came early on a Friday evening, around 5:30. My wife has celiac, allergies to chicken, eggs, dairy and more. Thankfully their menu is labeled for items that can be made gluten free, vegetarian, or even vegan. We were served drinks and our appetizer when my wife got called away to deal with a minor emergency. We thought she would be back in 20 mins, so I sat at the table and told them to leave our food under the heat lamp and she'll be back soon. Well, it took 45 minutes before she was back. As soon as she sat down Dean, the owner, came and told us he wasn't happy with the quality of our meals for having sat so long and he apologized for the wait but he insisted on cooking them fresh. We had the brussel sprouts appetizers, shortribs, and salmon. The accommodations they made for my wife's allergies didn't detract from the food at all. Everything was fantastic. Low key pub, Excellent soup!…read more We found Stone Soup Cafe and Pub, St. Petersburg FL. It's at 42nd Ave., North in a little strip mall facing 16th St. and you really can only see it coming south on 16th St. I'll tell you where it is: about seven streets in and 7 half-streets north from the 30th Avenue North exit off 275. It's just off Haynes Road north, if you know where that is. Lots of parking It has a low-key pub look: dark, unassuming, cozy, lots of wood. Plenty of indoor tables for maybe 40, a full-bar pub on the far side with stools for a couple dozen, and some outdoor seating for about another dozen in a breezy covered hallway between buildings. At 11:30am on a Thursday, it had just opened. There were people there already, and it was packed by 11:45! It got really noisy, in a nice everyone-is-relaxed-here way. This place was new to us, and we knew all that was a good sign. We chose several crafts from about 50 varieties of beer, about a dozen on tap. We love that stuff, but our focus was the soup, and sure enough, the soup was very good! We chose among 4 soups which seemed to change daily, plus sandwiches and salads. The soups were veggie, shrimp corn-chowder/bisque, stuffed pepper soup, and mushroom soup. (Jun 2026). The veggie soup was good with tons of veggies. Several of us got shrimp bisque and liked the flavor a lot! Some got fresh crunchy caesar salad. One got a BST sandwich: "bacon spinach tomato". A nice stack of flavorful bacon, thin, perfectly crisp. Balsamic on the side. Very good! We had some minor thoughts: We expected toast in the BST, but is was bread. Good bread. But not toast. The veggie soup could have done with some zingier spiciness. And though the chowder had a rich savory shrimp flavor, the quote of the night was, "i found a shrimp"! Yeah, none to be seen. This soup was really worth it! Great flavors. Good prices. A nice T-shirt with a big pelican in Hawaiian shirt with a cocktail on the back! But i am giving it only 4-stars because of the missing shrimp. This is Florida! You can get shrimp. But dont be fooled by my whininess. We'll be back!
