My apartment's facilities are coin operated anyway, and Press is only a little more expensive -- and SO worth it! All I have to do is set my Press bag outside my door and it gets picked up and dropped off at the time I choose. I am a much happier person because of Press.

The guy working appeared high as a kite. He couldn't even put together two sentences. I was there at 6:45, they close at 7. He told me I could not drop anything off because they closed in 15 minutes. He said that he usually locks the door at 6:45 because the "owner" doesn't want him helping customers after the time (their posted hours are until 7PM and the Open sign was on). Mind you - the guy was so high that I could barely make out what he was saying. I told him that I've often come in to drop stuff off at 6:45 and have never been told they shut down early. He said it's not the store policy but it was his "personal" policy to lock the door at 6:45 and not help any customers after that time. He also told me that if I didn't believe him, he could call the owner who would tell me the same thing. Knowing he was lying and high as a kite, I said sure, call him. The guy went into some weird episode and I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that I left. If you're alone - I strongly advise you don't go to this location. STAY AWAY. If you want your clothes to not be damaged, STAY AWAY. If you want a dry cleaners that operates professionally, STAY AWAY. There are way too many good dry cleaners within walking distance of this one. If you're the owner, you've got a problem on your hands. Good luck with that. No call, so on Friday as I am about to return home and pick my hats up tomorrow I reach out only to discover a call had been forgotten but a discount is going to be applied as "that was a new person who didn't know what they were doing, and that is all I am being allowed to offer" Bet.
