Update: Tide was able to buy me the exact same shirts after some back-and-forth. They said the problem at the off-site cleaning facility had been fixed. (I was not the only customer to have items damaged.) After trying a couple different dry cleaners, nobody has the convenience of Tide's drop off and pickup service. I dry clean four or five shirts per week and there's just no one else who can compete on convenience. The shirts aren't 100% wrinkle free when I pick them up (placket, cuffs) but realistically, they're the only game in town. read more

"Worst experience ever! I dropped off my husband's pants and suit jacket on August 1st. The jacket was supposed to be cleaned, and the pants were supposed to be altered. I was told the jacket would be ready at a certain time, and it was. I was also told that the pants would be done on the 13th. My husband went to pick them up, and when he checked the alterations, THEY HADN'T EVEN BEEN ALTERED. After talking with the lady at the desk, she wouldn't let my husband leave because she said he had to pay for the service. What service? The pants weren't even done! She was rude to my husband, held his pants hostage, and wouldn't give them back, even though they weren't done. He left without his pants. I called them the next day, explained the situation, and asked to speak with the manager. The manager was on vacation and said, 'Oh, she'll be back next week, but we're going to comp you and give you $10-15 off. We'll also send out the pants again to have them altered.' We were incredibly nice during this whole time. I went back on Wednesday, August 21st. I explained the situation, got the pants, and they didn't charge me. But when I looked at the pants, THEY HADN'T EVEN BEEN ALTERED FOR THE SECOND TIME! There's no excuse for this. I went back inside, asked to speak with the manager, but she was STILL on vacation. I still haven't received a call from her. All they had to say was, 'I'm so sorry, and it was a miscommunication.' They sent the pants out twice to be altered, and both times they weren't altered. Both times we went to pick up the pants, they acted like they were done. They had the audacity to say they couldn't send them out again. I took them home; they weren't staying there again. Worst dry cleaners. Please do yourself a favor and use any one but them. They send your clothing to several other locations and do not do on site cleaning. After complaining about my items taking a month to get back to me, I decided to give them another chance. They have since left simple food stains in my clothes that can come off with water. They also faded two of my very expensive designer garments. When I asked for them to reimburse me they offered a store credit?!! Why would I use them again? read more

I brought in a blouse that was very delicate that had a sticky glue like substance on the arm. I didn't have any recommendations for a dry cleaner. I called Tide and the manager Jocelyn was very hopeful and told me one of the employees had the expertise to take on the challenge. She sent the blouse to her store and Jocelyn kept up with the progress. The blouse was able to be cleaned and Tide has got my recommendation thanks to Jocelyn and her team. I brought my brand new pair of pants to be lengthened. Instead of lengthening, they shortened. These pants are now not wearable.

I was trusting some good reviews found elsewhere, but it has been a bad experience in reality. I brought 10 pieces of clothes, from a formal vest to a tie, some pants and a shirt... the only decent job was done on the vest... from stains "magically" appearing on a shirt where they were not previously, to a tie that came back damaged to pants that actually looked worst after than before... I do not recommend and I won't be back! read more

If you care about the item of clothing you need dry cleaned, I suggest you go elsewhere. The very kind woman working agreed with me that the dress looked way worse than when I dropped it off, and said the assistant cleaner had worked on it and that the main woman was confident she could fix the problem. The stains became a little less obvious, but the material looked worn from them scrubbing at the stains. I spoke to the manager and the regional manager, who eventually offered me a store credit. I told them that wasn't really fair since clearly I wouldn't be returning - then the operations manager told me they couldn't offer me anything else because I "pre-treated" the dress with seltzer and dry cleaning doesn't work on liquid based stains. Really??? Because I'm pretty sure WINE is liquid based and I told them that's what was on the dress. I've also had other dry cleaners get blood (liquid!) out of items... no problem! Poor quality cleaning, poor quality customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Over a month ago, I brought my work clothes to dry clean. Unfortunately, a silk blouse, which I had worn once didn't come out all that well, but the establishment customer service was topnotch. Their store front representative named Tesla, got on it without wasting any time. With the outmost efficiency, and highest levels of customer service within 24 hours the store ordered me a brand new blouse from Neiman Marcus. That was a pleasant surprise, to know that I was going to have my same blouse back. Witnessing the establishment immediate response, thoughtfulness put into solving the problem, renew my faith that outstanding customer services still exists. I will continue to go because it is the first time they made a mistake with my clothes, which can happen to anyone. What's rare is finding a company that will do an excellent job 99% of the time, and would also ownership of their mistakes in the rare instance this happens.
