Update: Tide was able to buy me the exact same shirts after…read moresome back-and-forth. They said the problem at the off-site cleaning facility had been fixed. (I was not the only customer to have items damaged.) After trying a couple different dry cleaners, nobody has the convenience of Tide's drop off and pickup service. I dry clean four or five shirts per week and there's just no one else who can compete on convenience. The shirts aren't 100% wrinkle free when I pick them up (placket, cuffs) but realistically, they're the only game in town.

I thought the prices and turnaround times were good. A few weeks ago, I dropped off a $128 Brooks Brothers shirt to have cleaned. I noticed when I got home that when the receipt was stapled to the plastic cover, the two staples were stapled into the shoulder of the shirt. It took over two weeks to catch the owner in the store and 4 separate visits. When I would not take a $40 credit, and wanted the value of the almost new shirt, which was $128, they gave me $120 and told me they didn't want my business anymore. I never raised my voice or acted upset in any way. The owner was very arrogant and told me that the 4 holes in the shoulder were not noticeable and other customers would accept a $40 credit. Based on how he treated a customer that tried to be understanding with no confrontation, I would highly Not recommend this place. If you use them, pray nothing happens where they have to graciously take responsibility, because you won't get that. At least don't leave them with anything expensive because if they damage it, they will only offer 1/5 of what it is worth or give you more but then tell you they don't want your business anymore. It would be easier to just go somewhere else. There are plenty of cleaners in the area. Update: 9/17/23 I called the manager several times after the request was made to do so. I left messages with the person that answered the phone and no response. They talk a good talk, but it's the same response as before. Don't use them!"
